Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, there are two front side inspection stations, one back side inspection station and one back side inspection station, and the two front side inspection stations and the two back side inspection stations are sequentially arranged along the rotation direction of the turntable 11; the front inspection mechanism 12 includes a first vision module 121 for inspecting the workpiece on the front inspection station; the back inspection mechanism 13 comprises a second vision module 131 and a material moving device 132, the first vision module 121 corresponds to two front inspection stations, and is arranged above the front inspection station, the second vision module 131 corresponds to one back inspection station, and is arranged below the back inspection station, the first vision module 121 and the second vision module 131 are the same, and are opposite in direction, so that the synchronous operation of the front inspection mechanism 12 and the back inspection mechanism 13 on two sides of the turntable 11 is realized, the double-sided inspection of workpieces on the turntable 11 is realized, the intermittent rotation of the turntable 11 is matched, a plurality of workpieces can be continuously and sequentially subjected to front and back inspection, and the inspection efficiency is effectively improved.
The first and second vision modules 121 and 131 respectively include cameras 1211 and 1311, combined light sources 1212 and 1312, and a multi-path light source controller, where the combined light sources 1212 and 1312 are provided with through holes (not shown) including a first annular light source (not shown) close to the first carrier 112, a second annular light source (not shown) close to the cameras, and a bar-shaped light source (not shown) disposed between the first and second annular light sources, the first and second annular light sources are coaxially disposed, and the bar-shaped light source is spaced from central axes of the first and second annular light sources; the photographing devices 1211, 1311 photograph the workpiece irradiated with the combined light source through the through-holes.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the rack 200 is provided with a first support 22, the material moving device 132 of the back surface inspection mechanism 13 is mounted on the first support 22 and comprises two back surface inspection hand grips 1321 for gripping the workpiece at the back surface inspection material waiting station and a driving device for driving the back surface inspection hand grips 1321, the two back surface inspection hand grips 1321 alternately grip the workpiece at the back surface inspection material waiting station, the intermittent rotation pause of the turntable 11 is fully utilized, the gripping frequency of the back surface inspection mechanism 13 to the workpiece is effectively improved, and the efficient inspection of the workpiece at the back surface inspection station is ensured; the driving device is provided with a first driving mechanism 1322 and a second driving mechanism 1323 corresponding to each back surface inspection gripper 1321, a second carrier (not shown) for adsorbing the workpiece is arranged on the back surface inspection gripper 1321, the first driving mechanism 1322 is connected with the back surface inspection gripper 1321 and drives the back surface inspection gripper 1321 to move back and forth between the back surface inspection material waiting station and the second vision module 131, so that the position transfer of the workpiece is realized, the inspected workpiece can be transferred to the second vision module 131 to inspect the back surface of the workpiece, meanwhile, the second driving mechanism 1323 is connected with the back surface inspection gripper 1321, the driving direction of the second driving mechanism 1323 is placed along the vertical direction, and the back surface inspection gripper 1321 can approach or depart from the working position in the vertical direction, so as to improve the gripping precision, in the embodiment, the second driving mechanism 1323 is a driving air cylinder, the piston shaft of the drive cylinder is connected to the back inspection hand 1321.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the FPC appearance inspection machine further includes a temporary storage carrying mechanism 300, a sorting and tray loading mechanism 400, and a tray feeding mechanism 500 electrically connected to the control host, the temporary storage carrying mechanism 300 is disposed after the process of the back side inspection mechanism 13, the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 is disposed between the temporary storage carrying mechanism 300 and the tray feeding mechanism 500, the tray feeding mechanism 500 is disposed at the discharge position of the workpiece on the rack 200, after the inspected workpiece is received by the temporary storage carrying mechanism 300, the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 automatically sorts good and defective products in the workpiece by a signal fed back by the control host, and the inspected workpiece is distinguished and placed by an empty tray provided by the tray feeding mechanism 500 at the discharge position of the workpiece; and finally, the full material tray after being loaded is transferred to a discharging position to be taken out, so that the automatic operation of checking, sorting and transmitting the workpieces is realized, and the stability and consistency of the operation are ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the temporary storage carrying mechanism 300 includes a temporary storage jig 31 and a carrying cylinder 32, the temporary storage carrying mechanism 300 is provided with a temporary storage feeding position and a temporary storage discharging position, the carrying cylinder 32 drives the temporary storage jig 31 to move between the temporary storage feeding position and the temporary storage discharging position, and further a workpiece after being inspected can be placed on the temporary storage jig 31 of the temporary storage feeding position, then the workpiece is moved through the carrying cylinder 32, so that the temporary storage jig 31 is moved to the temporary storage discharging position, and the workpiece on the temporary storage jig 31 is sorted and palletized by the sorting turntable 11 mechanism.
As shown in fig. 4, 11 and 12, the rack 200 is further provided with a second support 23, the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 is mounted on the second support 23 and includes a sorting gripper 41 and a sorting driving mechanism 42, the sorting driving mechanism 42 is connected to the sorting gripper 41 and drives the sorting gripper 41 to move back and forth along a path from the temporary storage and transportation mechanism 300 to the tray supply mechanism 500, so as to implement a function of transferring the workpiece from the temporary storage and transportation mechanism 300 to the tray supply mechanism 500.
As shown in fig. 13, the tray supply mechanism 500 includes a tray storage mechanism 51, a tray carrying mechanism 52 and a tray conveying mechanism 53, the tray storage mechanism 51 is disposed at the front end of the tray carrying mechanism 52, and a tray 600 is stored in the tray storage mechanism 51; the material tray conveying mechanism 52 is arranged above the material tray storage mechanism 51 and the material tray conveying mechanism 53, the material tray conveying mechanism 52 is provided with a material tray adsorption mechanism 521, the material tray adsorption mechanism 521 moves back and forth between the material tray storage mechanism 51 and the material tray conveying mechanism 53, and then the material tray storage mechanism 51 provides an empty material tray 600 for the sorted workpieces in time; the material tray adsorption mechanism 521 adsorbs the empty material tray 600 and then places the empty material tray 600 on the material tray conveying mechanism 53 for the sorting tray loading mechanism 400 to carry out tray loading, and after the material tray 600 is filled, the material tray conveying mechanism 53 transmits the fully loaded material tray 600 to the discharging position to discharge, so that the purpose of transferring the material to the next procedure is achieved.
Specifically, the tray storing mechanism 51 includes a storage rack 511 and a carrying module 512, and a plurality of trays 600 are accommodated in the storage rack 511; the carrying module 512 is movably mounted on the storage rack 511, the tray 600 is placed on the carrying module 512, the carrying module 512 drives the tray 600 to move on the storage rack 511, and further after the tray 600 on the material conveying module 53 is loaded, the tray conveying mechanism 53 conveys the fully loaded tray 600 to the discharging position for discharging, meanwhile, the carrying module 512 of the tray storage mechanism 51 moves to enable the tray 600 on the storage rack 511 to move to the supplying position, and the tray carrying mechanism 52 receives a corresponding signal to adsorb and grab the tray 600 at the supplying position and transfer the tray 600 to the tray conveying mechanism 53, so as to complete the supplying process of the empty tray 600. In the whole working process, automatic sorting and tray loading of workpieces are realized, and therefore production efficiency and stability are effectively improved.
As an optional embodiment, the tray supply mechanism 500 has two trays and respectively includes a good tray for collecting qualified workpieces and a bad tray for collecting unqualified workpieces, and the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 sorts and trays the workpieces on the temporary storage and transportation mechanism 300 into the good tray and the bad tray according to the structure detected by the inspection system.

sorting and loading, wherein the sorting and loading mechanism 400 sorts and grabs the workpieces at the temporary storage blanking position according to the signals fed back by the control host and loads the workpieces into the corresponding material tray 600;
discharging of the material tray: the tray feeding mechanism 500 conveys the trays 600 sorted and palletized to the discharging position.
According to the FPC appearance inspection method, the workpieces are loaded on the first carrier 112 at the station 111 of the turntable 11, the front or back images of the workpieces placed at different inspection stations 111 are synchronously acquired and sent to the control host, so that inspection data of corresponding surfaces of the different workpieces are obtained, and feeding and inspection of the workpieces at different stations 111 are performed in parallel by matching with intermittent rotation of the turntable 11, so that corresponding double-surface image data are finally obtained; then the work piece after will two-sided inspection through transport mechanism 300 of keeping in removes the unloading position of keeping in, and pick by the work piece letter sorting of letter sorting sabot mechanism 400 to unloading position department of keeping in according to the signal of control host computer feedback, in order loading to the charging tray 600 that corresponds, and then the effectual classification to the material that has realized, at last through charging tray feed mechanism 500 with the charging tray 600 after the letter sorting sabot convey to the ejection of compact position ejection of compact, in whole course of the work, because the inspection of work piece and the transfer of work piece are gone on in parallel, and then can realize the parallel high-speed inspection to the two-sided outward appearance of work piece, the effectual stability and the uniformity of having guaranteed the inspection, the efficiency of inspection has been improved.

In the front-side inspection process, when the first carrier 112 mounted with the workpiece to be inspected rotates to a first front-side inspection station, the first vision system corresponding to the first front-side inspection station works and collects the front-side image of the workpiece, and at this time, the control host receives the collected signal to start a front-side inspection working thread; then the first carrier 112 rotates to the second front side inspection station, the first vision system corresponding to the second inspection station works, and continues to collect the front side image of the workpiece, and the front side inspection thread continues to work, and at this time, the control host receives the collected signal and feeds back the front side inspection thread to continue working, so as to perform front side inspection on the next workpiece.
In the back side inspection process, the workpiece after the front side inspection is finished rotates to a back side inspection standby station along with the turntable 11, at this time, the control host drives the back side inspection hand 1321 at the back side inspection standby station to grab the workpiece, and moves the workpiece to the upper side of the second vision module 131 for back side inspection operation, at this time, the other back side inspection hand 1321 moves to the back side inspection standby station; after the inspection of the workpiece on the second vision module 131 is completed, the back inspection gripper 1321 gripping the workpiece is transferred to the temporary storage and transportation mechanism 300, and the back inspection gripper 1321 at the back inspection standby station is moved to the back inspection standby station to perform a back inspection operation on the next workpiece.
Two drawing positions are arranged above the second vision module 131, when a workpiece is located at one drawing position, the second vision module 131 acquires an image, the back side inspection thread starts to work, and at the moment, the control host controls the back side inspection hand 1321 to place the workpiece at the other drawing position according to the acquired information so as to continue the back side inspection thread; after the inspection is completed, the workpiece is transferred to the temporary storage and transportation mechanism 300.
As an optional implementation manner, the material tray 600 includes a good product material tray and a defective product material tray, and in the sorting and tray loading process, when the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 receives a good product signal fed back by the control host, the sorting gripper 41 of the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 grips the workpiece temporarily stored at the blanking position and moves and places the workpiece to the position of the good product material tray to be fed; when the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 receives a defective product signal fed back by the control host, the sorting gripper 41 of the sorting and tray loading mechanism 400 grabs and temporarily stores the workpiece at the blanking position, and moves and places the workpiece at the position of a defective product tray to be fed, and after the workpiece tray 600 is full of workpieces, the tray feeding mechanism 500 conveys the workpiece tray 600 containing the workpieces to the discharging position for the operator to take away the workpieces in time; meanwhile, the material tray storage mechanism 51 in the material tray supply mechanism 500 provides a new empty material tray 600, and the empty material tray is adsorbed and conveyed to the material tray conveying mechanism 53 through the material tray adsorption mechanism 521 so as to be continuously discharged by the sorting gripper 41.
