Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide the photovoltaic cell panel cleaning vehicle, which solves the problems of complicated operation, low efficiency, high cost and residual sewage of the existing cleaning vehicle.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a using method of the photovoltaic cell panel cleaning vehicle, which is used for explaining the using method of the cleaning vehicle.
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a photovoltaic cell panel cleaning vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body, a vehicle body base and at least one group of cleaning components; the cleaning assembly comprises a telescopic rod, a cleaning brush and a braking device;
the telescopic rod is rotatably fixed on the vehicle body base, and the inclination of the telescopic rod relative to the vehicle body base is adjustable; wherein the vehicle body base is positioned at the bottom of the vehicle body;
the cleaning brush is arranged on the telescopic rod;
the braking device is connected with the telescopic rod and is used for driving the telescopic rod to perform telescopic movement so as to drive the cleaning brush to move up and down along the surface of the cleaning object.
Preferably, the top end of the telescopic rod is connected with a connecting rod downwards, and the cleaning brush is installed at the bottom end of the connecting rod.
Preferably, the telescopic rod comprises a pneumatic telescopic rod or a hydraulic telescopic rod.
Preferably, the cleaning brush is a rolling brush, and the rolling brush can rotate in two directions by taking a central shaft in the length direction of the rolling brush as an axis;
when the rolling brush moves up and down along the surface of the cleaning object, the rotating directions are opposite.
Preferably, the cleaning vehicle comprises two sets of cleaning assemblies, and the cleaning brushes in the two sets of cleaning assemblies alternately move up and down along the surface of the cleaning object.
Preferably, the cleaning vehicle comprises two sets of cleaning assemblies, the cleaning brushes of which are moved simultaneously up and down along the surface of the cleaning object.
Preferably, the vehicle body base is also provided with a glass scraper rod, and the top end of the glass scraper rod is connected with a glass scraper; the inclination of the glass scraping plate relative to the vehicle body base is adjustable;
the length direction of the glass scraping plate is perpendicular to the running direction of the vehicle body, the length of the glass scraping plate is not smaller than the length of the surface of the cleaning object, and the length direction of the surface of the cleaning object is perpendicular to the running direction of the vehicle body;
the glass scraper is used for removing residual sewage on the surface of the cleaning object.
Preferably, a level tester is arranged on the glass scraper for measuring the inclination of the surface of the cleaning object or the inclination of the glass scraper.
Preferably, the telescopic rod is further provided with a level tester for adjusting the inclination of the telescopic rod.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a using method of the photovoltaic cell panel cleaning vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
adjusting the inclination of the telescopic rod to the inclination of the surface of the cleaning object;
starting a braking device to drive the telescopic rod to move in a telescopic way, so as to drive the cleaning brush to move up and down along the surface of the cleaning object,
the vehicle body is opened, so that the cleaning brush can clean along the surface of the cleaning object along the S-shaped route.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
according to the embodiment of the invention, the telescopic rod is used for cleaning the cleaning object, so that the structure is simple, and the cost is low; the cleaning brush is driven to clean along the S-shaped route along the surface of the cleaning object along with the movement of the vehicle body, so that the cleaning process is simple and the efficiency is high; the cleaning brush adopts the round brush that can the bidirectional rotation to adopt the glass brush board to wash remaining sewage, the washing is cleaner.
Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
One of the core ideas of the embodiment of the invention is that the telescopic rod is driven to move in a telescopic way through the braking device, so that the cleaning brush is driven to move up and down along the surface of the cleaning object to clean, and the cleaning brush is enabled to quickly clean along the surface of the cleaning object along with the movement of the vehicle body in an S-shaped route.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle of the present invention, which may specifically include: a vehicle body, a vehicle body base 1 and at least one set of cleaning components; the cleaning assembly comprises a telescopic rod 2, a cleaning brush 3 and a braking device (not shown in the figure);
the telescopic rod 2 is rotatably fixed on the vehicle body base 1, and the inclination of the telescopic rod 2 relative to the vehicle body base 1 is adjustable; wherein the vehicle body base 1 is positioned at the bottom of the vehicle body. The vehicle body base 1 may be provided as a height-adjustable base.
The top end of the telescopic rod 2 is downwards connected with a connecting rod 4.
The telescopic rod 2 comprises an air telescopic rod or a hydraulic telescopic rod, and can also be other telescopic devices, and is not limited herein.
The cleaning brush 3 is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting rod 4.
The braking device is connected with the telescopic rod 2 and is used for driving the telescopic rod 2 to perform telescopic motion so as to drive the cleaning brush 3 to move up and down along the cleaning object surface 7.
In a specific implementation, the connecting rod 4 may be disposed parallel to the telescopic rod 2, or may be disposed at a certain angle with the telescopic rod 2.
The connecting rod 4 is arranged downwards to enable the cleaning brush 3 to contact the lowest edge of the surface 7 of the cleaning object on the floor or at a low level. The length of the connecting rod 4 can be set according to the minimum height reached by the telescopic rod 2. Specifically, when the telescopic link 2 reaches the lowest height, the cleaning brush 3 may be located at the bottom end of the telescopic link 2. If the cleaning object is located at a high position, the cleaning brush 3 may be directly mounted on the top end of the telescopic rod 2.
In a preferred example of the invention, the telescopic rod 2 and the connecting rod 4 are rotatably connected, i.e. the inclination of the connecting rod 4 with respect to the telescopic rod 2 is adjustable.
If the connecting rod 4 is arranged in parallel with the telescopic rod 2, the connecting rod 4 is connected with the telescopic rod 2 through a transverse rod, so that a preset distance is kept between the connecting rod 4 and the telescopic rod 2, and the cleaning is more convenient.
In a preferred example of the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning brush 3 may be a roll brush, and the roll brush may be rotated in both directions with a central axis in a length direction of the roll brush as an axis.
The rotation direction is opposite when the roller brush moves up and down along the cleaning object surface 7. That is, the rotation directions when the rolling brush moves upward and downward are opposite. When the same surface is cleaned up and down, the rotation directions are different, the cleaning angles are also different, and the cleaning is cleaner.
In particular, the cleaning brush can spray water in the cleaning process, or can be provided with a separate water sprinkling or spraying device, so that the cleaning is more convenient.
In a preferred example of embodiment of the invention, two sets of cleaning assemblies may be provided, the cleaning brushes 3 of which are moved alternately up and down along the cleaning object surface 7. That is, when one of the cleaning brushes moves upward along the cleaning object surface 7, the other cleaning brush moves downward along the cleaning object surface 7; when one of the cleaning brushes moves down the cleaning object surface 7, the other cleaning brush moves up the cleaning object surface 7.
In cleaning large-area cleaning objects, a plurality of sets of cleaning components may be provided, without limitation.
It should be noted that the cleaning brushes 3 in the two sets of cleaning assemblies can also move up and down simultaneously along the cleaning object surface 7. The cleaning mode of the cleaning brush is not limited herein.
The cleaning brushes 3 are arranged, so that the cleaning brush can be cleaned more cleanly and the efficiency is higher.
The vehicle body base 1 is also provided with a glass scraper rod 5, and the top end of the glass scraper rod 5 is connected with a glass scraper 6; the inclination of the glass run 6 with respect to the vehicle body bed 1 is adjustable.
The glass scraper rod 5 and the glass scraper 6 are connected through the transverse rod, so that a preset distance is kept between the glass scraper rod 5 and the glass scraper 6, and the glass scraper 6 extends outwards relative to the glass scraper rod 5, so that cleaning is more convenient.
The length direction of the glass scraper 6 is perpendicular to the running direction of the vehicle body, and the length of the glass scraper 6 is not smaller than the length of the cleaning object surface 7, wherein the length direction of the cleaning object surface 7 is perpendicular to the running direction of the vehicle body.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a glass blade 6 is rotatably attached to the glass blade lever 5 for adjusting the inclination of the glass blade lever 5. At this time, the glass-blade lever 6 may be fixed to the vehicle body base 1 in a rotatable manner or in a non-rotatable manner, that is, the inclination of the glass-blade lever 6 with respect to the vehicle body base 1 may be adjustable or non-adjustable.
A glass scraper 6 for removing the residual sewage on the surface 7 of the cleaning object. Thereby preventing residual sewage from forming dirt on the cleaning object surface 7 and affecting the cleanliness of the cleaning object surface 7.
The telescopic rod 2 is also provided with a horizontal tester for adjusting the inclination of the telescopic rod 2.
A level tester is also provided on the glass squeegee 6 for measuring the inclination of the cleaning object surface 7 or adjusting the inclination of the glass squeegee 6.
The inclination of the telescopic rod 2 and the inclination of the glass scraping plate 6 can be accurately adjusted through the horizontal tester, so that the cleaning brush 3 on the telescopic rod 2 and the glass scraping plate 6 are tightly attached to the surface 7 of a cleaning object to be cleaned, and the cleanliness of the surface 7 of the cleaning object is guaranteed.
In a specific implementation, the level tester may be configured to be detachable for detecting the inclination of the cleaning object surface 7 first, and then adjusting the inclination of the telescopic link 2 and the glass scraper 6.
The inclination of the cleaning object surface 7 can also be obtained by manually adjusting the glass scraper 6 to be closely attached to the cleaning object surface 7; the inclination of the telescopic rod 2 is then adjusted according to the inclination of the cleaning surface 7.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a using method of the photovoltaic cell panel cleaning vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: the glass scraper 6 is adjusted to be capable of clinging to the inclination of the surface 7 of the cleaning object, and the inclination of the surface 7 of the cleaning object is obtained through a horizontal tester on the glass scraper rod 5;
step 2: adjusting the inclination of the telescopic rod 2 to the inclination of the cleaning object surface 7 by a horizontal tester on the telescopic rod 2;
step 3: starting a braking device to drive the telescopic rod 2 to perform telescopic motion so as to drive the cleaning brush 3 to move up and down along the surface 7 of the cleaning object;
step 4: opening the vehicle body to enable the cleaning brush 3 to clean along the surface 7 of the cleaning object in an S-shaped route; at the same time, the glass scraper 6 is moved forward along the cleaning object surface 7 to remove the residual sewage on the cleaning object surface 7.
Along with the car body moving forwards at a uniform speed, the cleaning process is completed, the cleaning process is simple, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
It should be noted that the cleaning vehicle for the photovoltaic panel provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can clean the photovoltaic solar panel, but also can clean other objects with flat surfaces, and is not limited herein.
The vehicle body may be a vehicle body that travels by driving (including unmanned driving), or may be a vehicle body that is pushed by hand, and is not limited thereto.
In summary, the cleaning vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and simple operation.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described by differences from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to be referred to each other.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments.
