Abstract

技术领域
本发明主要涉及用于人造圣诞树的发光二极管(LED)灯串,具体涉及可随着时间变化产生不同颜色灯光的LED灯串及相关的控制器。
背景技术
作为庆祝圣诞节的一部分,把松树或常青树带回家并以饰品、灯光、花环、彩带等进行装饰是一种传统。然而,使用天然树木是非常昂贵而且会浪费环境资源。此外,使用天然树木将会是杂乱的,在其移除之后会留下树汁和松针。天然树木通常还需要浇水以防止它们干燥并尽可能地降低与干燥的松针和树枝相关的火灾隐患。每一年都需要购买并装饰一颗天然树木,然后在圣诞季结束时,移除这些灯光和装饰。在圣诞季结束时,天然树木经常被填埋处理,进一步造成了环境压力。
为了克服使用天然圣诞树的这些缺陷,以及为了在节日庆典中仍使用树木,为此可使用大量的人造圣诞树。在大多数情况下,这些人造树被组装后以供使用、装饰,且在使用后拆解。人造圣诞树具有可使用好几年的优势,从而消除了每年为了短暂的节假日而购买树木的费用。此外,它们还有助于减少为了临时性的装饰而砍伐树木,以及后续的处理,通常为填埋等。

发明内容
简而言之,本发明的某些实施方式包括能集成到人造树上的装饰灯光系统。在一示例性实施方式中,所述装饰灯光系统可包括一个或多个白色发光二极管(LED)灯串以及一个或多个可变色LED灯串。某些示例性实施方式可仅包括所述可变色LED灯串。
根据一示例性实施方式,所述装饰灯光系统的可变色LED灯串可采用具有多个嵌入式LED的LED灯泡组。在示例性实施方式中,所述多个嵌入式LED包括红、绿和蓝(RGB)LED灯。在示例性实施方式中,所述LED灯泡包括在每一RGB灯泡中的嵌入式集成电路(IC)。所述嵌入式IC被配置成与每个相应的RGB LED相连通并控制其通电以产生多种颜色和颜色组合。根据本发明示例性实施方式,一旦所述可变色LED灯串被供电,每一RGB LED内的嵌入式IC被配置成启动和控制可随时间变化的灯光颜色序列。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,一个或多个装饰性灯串(如,白色LED灯串和/或可变色LED灯串)还与电控制器相连。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述电控制器可允许用户选择展示:(1)RGB LED发光顺序、(2)所述白色LED灯光;和/或(3)所述白色LED灯光和所述RGBLED发光顺序中的任意组合。

根据本发明的示例性实施方式,图1示出了人造圣诞树的组装体100。所述组装体100的某些示例性实施方式包括安装有装饰性灯光系统的树102,所述装饰性灯光系统包括具有多个发光二极管(LED)灯泡的一条或多条灯串。在一示例性实施方式中,所述装饰性灯光系统可包括一条或多条白色LED灯串和一条或多条可变色LED灯串。某些示例性实施方式可仅包括可变色LED灯串。
图1示出了分别位于树102的底部116、中间118以及顶部120的各种LED灯串122。在一些实施方式中,所述LED灯串122可单独分布于某一具体部分(例如,116)并可与分布在其它部分(例如,118或120)的LED灯串122独立控制。分布在某一特定部分的LED灯串122可以全为白色LED、全为RGB LED或是二者的结合。在另一示例性实施方式中,每一LED灯串122可重叠和/或均匀地分布在整个树上,且并不一定需要如图所示的限制在树102的底部116、中间118和顶部120。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述LED灯串122可包括白色LED灯泡和可变色LED灯泡的不同组合,但所述LED灯串122也可以仅是白色或可变色。

根据本发明的示例性实施方式,所述电线束114可提供用于向所述LED灯串122中的各个LED灯泡供电并对其进行控制的各种串联/并联电线。例如,每一LED灯串122中的LED灯泡可分别串联从而使得移除或断开其中的一条LED电路将中断给该对应部分中的其它全部或部分LED灯泡(例如,从而,可在视觉上提醒该用户注意有问题或有缺陷的灯泡组件)的供电。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述LED灯串122可通过所述电线束114并联,从而使得与某部分相关的有问题灯泡(或其它电源/导电问题)不会中断给其它部分的供电。以这种方式,任一LED灯串122中的供电分布问题将被隔离,不会导致其它部分中的LED熄灭。

图2示出了在如图1所示的装饰性灯光系统100中使用的控制器104的示例性方框图。根据本发明的示例性实施方式,其可通过电源线112供电。如上所讨论的,所述电源线112可提供需要进一步整流(例如,通过可选的电源整流/滤波电路204)的交流电。在另一示例性实施方式中,所述电源线112可提供用于控制处理器202的操作的恰当的直流电。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述控制处理器202可与用户控制开关或按钮106相连,可通过按压所述用户控制开关或按钮以选择具体的操作模式。例如,所述控制器104可使得用户选择(通过按压按钮106):(1)RGB LED发光顺序;(2)白色LED光;和/或(3)RGB LED发光顺序以及白色LED发光中的任意组合。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,和控制器104相关的控制处理器202的输出与电线束114相连以给与所述装饰性灯光系统相关的各种LED灯(和/或其它灯泡或配饰)供电和/或提供控制信号。在一示例性实施方式中,所述控制处理器202的输出可包括电回路或地回路210以及一个或多个供电和/或控制信号输出206、208。在一示例性实施方式中,所述装饰性灯光系统同时包括白色LED灯串分和可变色LED灯串,可取的是,各个灯串可单独通电或关闭。因此,根据一示例性实施方式,第一信号通电和/或控制信号输出206可用于单独开启、关闭可变色LED灯串,并向其提供灯光显示重置信号,而第二信号通电和/或控制信号输出208可用于例如,基于通过所述按钮106所选择的模式单独开启和关闭所述白色LED灯串。

在一示例性实施方式中,所述(彩色)RGB LED灯泡400包括每一LED灯泡400内的嵌入式集成电路(IC)408。所述嵌入式IC 408被配置成与每一相应的RGB LED相连并对其进行分别控制以形成多种不同颜色或是颜色的组合。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述嵌入式IC408被配置成运行用于给所述灯泡400内的相关LED分别通电的预编程序列以形成不同的颜色,而无需与所述灯泡插座除了电源和接地以外的任何其它连接(例如,通过电线束114提供)。
根据本发明的一示例性实施方式,一旦所述可变色LED灯串部分被供电,每一RGBLED400内的嵌入式IC408可被配置成启动和控制一个可随时间变化的发光颜色序列。在某些示例性实施方式中,每一RGB LED402、404、406的强度或亮度可通过所述IC408分别控制。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述LED的亮度可通过嵌入式IC408的PWM输出控制。在其它示例性实施方式中,所述灯泡400的颜色可由变化每一RGB LED 402、404、406的嵌入式IC408的PWM输出来确定。
图5为如图4所示的多色LED灯泡的方框图,其具有内置或嵌入式IC408并被配置成与控制器(例如,图2中所示的控制器104)相连。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述IC408可包括处理器502以及与所述处理器502相连的存储器504。所述存储器504,例如,可存储非易失性数据,如光显示计划信息、时间或其它信息以控制相关LED402、404、406的发光。根据本发明的示例性实施方式,所述处理器502可包括(或连接有)用于通过各电路路径504、506、508、510向LED402、404、406提供驱动电流的输出驱动部分(未示出)。在一示例性实施方式中,可设置一共用回路504。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述回路504可直接或间接与所述电线束114的接地部分相连。
根据本发明的示例性实施方式,以及如图5中的右上角所示,与所述电线束114相关的电/信号导体512可向所述嵌入式IC408提供可选择的电源和控制/复位信号。在一示例性实施方式中,所述电源可周期性(例如每隔几分钟)中断514一段短的时间416(例如每隔几毫秒)以完全重置在所述处理器402上的运行的序列程序,从而其周期性514启动所述灯光显示序列。如下文中将要讨论的,这种周期性重置每一RGB LED灯泡中的嵌入式IC308的处理器502的特点,可提供某些有益效果,例如,能节省与某些RGB LED灯泡的生产和使用相关的费用。
根据本发明的某些示例性实施方式,与所述RGB LED发光序列相关的各种颜色的时间可通过每一RGB LED内的嵌入式IC408的处理器502中的计数器来控制。在某些示例性实施方式中,所述电控制器(例如,如图1和图2所示的控制器104)可和与每一RGB LED相关的嵌入式IC408相连以提供周期性514复位516信号以使得所述嵌入式IC在预设周期后重置和重启所述RGB LED发光顺序。
在某些示例性实施方式中,所述嵌入式IC408内的计数器的操作频率可作为包括但不限于:温度、电路电容、电阻、制造变量或其它因素的函数而发生变化。由于一定的尺寸及成本参数,其可能是不可行或是需要在电路中增加晶体振荡器以提高计数器频率的稳定性(或从单元到单元的频率的均一性)。因此,在某些示例中,当几个RGB LED灯同时被通电,从而在每一单元启动相同程序的灯光显示序列,由于控制每一RGB LED中序列的计数器个体/时钟频率中的差异,各单元间的灯光显示序列可逐渐失去同步性。因此,根据示例性实施方式,来自于所述控制器104的周期性复位使得所述灯光显示在预设间隔内再次同步。在一示例性实施方式中,当通电或复位的时候,所述RGB LED可通过亮起红灯,然后再移动到蓝灯和绿灯来启动所述序列,此时,所述控制器104可提供复位以在预设周期514后启动该序列。
图6根据本发明的示例性实施方式,示出了方法600的流程框图。所述方法600包括在选择性地控制602装饰性灯光系统的可变色LED灯串,所述可变色LED灯串包括多个可变色LED灯泡,每一可变色LED灯泡包括多个彩色LED;与所述多个彩色LED相连的嵌入式IC;与所述嵌入式IC相连的至少两个电导体以与相关的电线束相连,其中,所述电线束连接有控制器。所述方法600还包括通过所述电线束接收来自于所述控制器的电力来选择性地控制604可变色LED灯串。此外,所述方法600可包括通过由所述嵌入式IC启动所述多个可变色LED灯泡的发光信号序列来选择性地控制所述可变色LED灯串。最后,所述方法600可包括在嵌入式IC接收来自于控制器的周期性重置信号以在一预设周期后重置所述发光序列来选择性地控制所述可变色LED灯串。
如各附图所示以及如上所讨论的,虽然本发明已经结合多个示例性方面进行了描述,但应当理解的是,为执行与本发明相同功能而对本发明所描述的方案进行的其它类似描述或修改及添加均不偏离本发明的保护主题。例如,在本发明的各方面,根据当前公开的主题对方法和组件进行了描述。但是,在本发明的教导下,可得出与这些所述描述方面相等效的其它方法或组件。因此,本发明不应限于任何单一方面,而应按照所附的权利要求来解释本发明的广度和范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种装饰性灯光系统,其包括:
电线束,其具有两个或多个绝缘导体;
至少一可变色LED灯串,所述至少一可变色LED灯串包括多个可变色LED灯泡,所述多个可变色LED灯泡中的每一个灯泡包括:
多个彩色LED;
与所述多个彩色LED相连的嵌入式集成电路;
与所述嵌入式IC相连的至少两个电导体以用于和相关的电线束相连;
与所述电线束相连的控制器,所述控制器包括处理器以及与所述处理器可操作连接的至少一个存储器,所述存储器被设置成用于存储在控制器的执行下使得所述处理器执行含有以下步骤的方法的指令:
根据发光序列选择性地控制所述至少一可变色LED灯串,其中,选择性地控制所述至少一可变色LED灯串包括:
由所述电线束接收来自于所述控制器的电力;
由所述嵌入式IC启动分配给所述多个可变色LED灯泡的发光信号序列;
以及
在所述嵌入式IC接收来自于所述控制器的周期性复位信号以在一预设周期后重置所述发光序列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述控制器被配置成可供用户选择以显示不同的发光序列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:还包括至少一白色LED灯串。
4.如权利要求3所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述两个或多个绝缘导体中的第一绝缘导体控制所述至少一白色LED灯串,以及所述两个或多个绝缘导体中的第二绝缘导体控制所述至少一可变色LED灯串,并且,所述第一和第二绝缘导体均与所述控制器相连。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:使用者可选择以下发光序列:(1)变色LED发光序列;(2)白色LED发光序列;和/或(3)白色LED发光序列以及所述变色LED发光序列。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述装饰性灯光系统被结合到具有第一部分和第二部分的人造树上,其中,所述至少一可变色LED灯串为第一可变色LED灯串,所述装饰性灯光系统还包括第二可变色LED灯串,所述第一可变色LED灯串与所述第一部分相关联,所述第二可变色LED灯串与所述第二部分相关联。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述两个或多个绝缘导体中的第一绝缘导体与所述第一可变色LED灯串电连接以控制所述第一可变色LED灯串,且所述两个或多个绝缘导体中的第二绝缘导体与所述第二可变色LED灯串电连接以控制所述第二可变色LED灯串。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述多个彩色LED包括红色、绿色以及蓝色LED。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述电线束提供被设置成用于给所述至少一可变色LED灯串中的多个可变色LED灯泡供电并对其进行控制的串联电线。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述电线束提供被设置成用于给所述至少一可变色LED灯串中的多个可变色LED灯泡供电并对其进行控制的并联电线。
11.根据权利要求3所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述至少一可变色LED灯串以及所述至少一白色LED灯串通过所述电线束串联接线。
12.根据权利要求3所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述至少一可变色LED灯串以及所述至少一白色LED灯串通过所述电线束并联接线。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装饰性灯光系统,其特征在于:所述控制器与所述电线束相连以控制给所述至少一可变色LED灯串的供电分配。
14.一种方法,其包括:
选择性地控制装饰性灯光系统的至少一可变色LED灯串,所述至少一可变色LED灯串包括多个可变色LED灯泡,所述多个可变色LED灯泡中的每一个包括:
多个彩色LED;
与所述多个彩色LED相连的嵌入式集成电路(IC);
与所述嵌入式IC相连的至少两个电导体以与相关的电线束相连,其中,所述电线束与一控制器相连;
其中,选择性控制所述至少一个可变色LED灯串包括:
通过所述电线束接收来自于所述控制器的电力;
由所述嵌入式IC启动分配给所述多个可变色LED灯泡的发光信号序列;以及
在所述嵌入式IC接收来自于所述控制器的周期性复位信号以在一预设周期后重置所述发光序列。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述装饰性灯光系统集成在人造树上。
