Abstract
本发明有关于一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,包括有:第一电力线及第二电力线;第一发光二极管,所述第一发光二极管的两端分别连接于所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线;第二发光二极管以及切换开关串联成串联线路,所述串联线路的一端连接于所述第一电力线,并且串联线路的另一端连接于所述第二电力线;所述切换开关以切换频率反复切换导通与断路;以及控制器,电连接于第一电力线与第二电力线,且所述控制器输出电力至所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线,使所述第一电力线与第二电力线之间具有电压差。通过所述发光二极管并联电路,实现了用简单电路分组控制多个发光二极管,降低了分组控制电路的制作成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于线灯的电路,特别是关于一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路。
现有技术
线灯(String light)是直接在电线间隔地焊接多数光源,以形成长线状的照明装置,省去传统灯座的配置。对于小型光源,例如球泡、发光二极管而言,是一种经常被应用的配置方式。线灯(String light)保有电线原有可缠绕的特性,使得线灯(String light)容易作任意型态的配置,而适合于特殊照明需求或是装饰。
在线灯电路中,如果要将光源做分组控制,例如部分闪烁部分不闪烁,需要采用自带控制IC的光源,例如将控制芯片与发光二极管共同封装的光源。而驱动电路需要有输出控制编码的功能,利用控制编码,切换个别光源的开启状态。
不论是自带控制IC的光源或者是可以输出控制编码的驱动电路,设置成本相当高,会使得线灯电路的成本以及终端价格提高,不利于市场竞争。
发明内容
为了解决现有公知技术中分组控制的线灯电路复杂,并且制作成本高的问题,本发明提出一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,藉以解决先前技术存在的问题。
本发明提出一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,包括有:第一电力线及第二电力线;第一发光二极管,所述第一发光二极管的两端分别连接于所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线;第二发光二极管以及切换开关串联成串联线路,所述串联线路的一端连接于所述第一电力线,并且串联线路的另一端连接于所述第二电力线;所述切换开关以切换频率反复切换导通与断路;以及控制器,电连接于第一电力线与第二电力线,且所述控制器输出电力至所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线,使所述第一电力线与第二电力线之间具有电压差。
优选地,所述控制器输出的电力以切换周期进行切换,使所述电压差交替在高电位差与零电位差之间切换。
优选地,所述控制器可调整所述高电位差的半周期长度。
优选地,所述高电位差的半周期长度大于或等于所述切换开关的导通时间。
优选地,所述半周期长度小于所述切换开关的导通时间。
优选地,所述控制器可调整所述高电位差的半周期长度。
通过本发明上述实施例,可将多个发光二极管并联配置,只需要一个切换开关以及可以输出周期切换电力的控制器,就能达成分组控制的效果,而个别切换闪烁或恒亮,不需要复杂的控制讯号产生器以及自带控制IC的发光二极管元件,降低了分组控制电路的制作成本。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,是本发明第一实施例所提出的一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路100,包括有第一电力线110、第二电力线120、第一发光二极管130、第二发光二极管140、切换开关150以及控制器160。
如图1所示,第一电力线110与第二电力线120并列配置。所述第一发光二极管130的两端分别连接于所述第一电力线110与所述第二电力线120;同时,第一发光二极管130的导通电压方向是由第一电力线110朝向第二电力线120。也就是,第一发光二极管130的正极连接于第一电力线110,并且第一发光二极管130的负极连接于第二电力线120。
如图1所述,第二发光二极管140与切换开关150串联成串联线路。串联线路的一端连接于第一电力线110,并且串联线路的另一端连接于第二电力线120。同时,第二发光二极管140的导通电压方向是由第一电力线110朝向第二电力线120。也就是,串联线路102的正极直接或间接连接于第一电力线110,并且串联线路102的负极直接或间接连接于第二电力线120。切换开关150以一切换频率反复切换导通与断路,并且在每一切换周期中,是先切换为导通后才切换为断路。切换开关150的具体实施为一控制芯片,可以与第二发光二极管一起被封装成单一发光元件。
图1中配置了多个第一发光二极管130以及一个串联电路,并且是并联于第一电力线110与第二电力线120之间,而形成一个并联电路。实际上,第一发光二极管130以及串联电路(第二发光二极管140)是可以是需求任意变化。
如图1所示,控制器160电连接于第一电力线110与第二电力线120,且所述控制器160输出电力至所述第一电力线110与所述第二电力线120,使所述第一电力线110与第二电力线120之间具有电压差Vd。
在一具体实施例中,控制器160的输出电力是直流电力,使得电压差Vd保持一定值输出。此时,第一发光二极管130就会处于恒亮的状态,而第二发光二极管140则是随切换开关150的切换频率闪烁。以每秒一次的切换频率(1Hz)为例,第二发光二极管140就会以0.5秒发光后熄灭0.5秒的状态闪烁。这个切换频率远低于视觉暂留所需要的频率,因此人眼可以感受到闪烁。这时候,就会多个发光二极体中,就会形成一个闪烁其余恒亮的状态。
再如图2所示,所述控制器160输出的电力以一切换周期进行切换,使所述电压差Vd交替在高电位差Vh与零电位差V0之间切换。此一高电位差Vh需大于发光二极管的导通电压。此外,控制器160也可以调整所述高电位差Vh的半周期长度以及切换频率。
如图2所示,当高电位差Vh的半周期长度大于或等于所述切换开关150的导通时间,并且零电位V0的半周期大部分重迭于切换开关150的关闭时间时,此时,第一发光二极管130就会进入闪烁状态,并且,闪烁的频率会等于第二发光二极管的闪烁频率。这时候,如果前述的闪烁频率远低于视觉暂留所需要的频率,人眼就会观察到所有的发光二极管都在闪烁。
如图3所示,若所述半周期长度远小于所述切换开关150的导通时间时,切换开关150会不断被重置,而在半周期出现时重新切换为导通状态。此时,提高切换周期的切换频率,使其大于造成人眼视觉暂留的频率,人眼就不会观察到闪烁,而是观察到所有的发光二极体都是恒亮状态。
在切换频率以及Vh没有改变的情况下,半周期长度的长短,将会影响发光二极管的平均亮度;在半周期长度的长的情况下,平均亮度将会提升,在半周期短的情况下;平均亮度将会降低。因此,在切换频率以及Vh没有改变的情况下,随时间调整半周期长度的长短,就可以使可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路100具有呼吸灯功能。
如图4所示,图1的并联电路,实际上也可以是需求延伸增加,增加并联电路的组数。由于是并联电路,因此控制器160的输出,不需要因为组数增加而改变。
请参阅图5所示,是本发明第二实施例所揭露的一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路100,用于将第一实施例扩增为长线灯。
如图5所示,第二实施例的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路100包括有第一电力线110、第二电力线120、第三电力线170以及多个如前述发光二极管并联电路100。
如图5所示,第二实施例中,第二电力线120与第三电力线170实质上就是另一组第一电力线110与第二电力线120,而可在第二电力线120与第三电力线170之间设置如第一实施例所揭露的发光二极管并联电路100。因此,透过第一电力线110、第二电力线120、第三电力线170之间的电位调整,就可以个别控制不同组电力线之间的高电位差Vh与零电位V0,而进一步执行分组控制。
请参阅图6所示,是第三实施例所提供的一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路100,用于将第一实施例扩增为长线灯。
如图6所示,第三实施例的发光二极管并联电路100包括有第一电力线110、第二电力线120、第三电力线170以及多个如前述发光二极管并联电路100。
如图6所示,第三实施例的发光二极管并联电路100进一步设置了第三切断点C3、第二切断点C2以及第一切断点C1,以构成所需的电流路径。第一电力线110、第二电力线120以及第三电力线170是依据一延伸方向并列配置,实际上可为三条利用绝缘层结合的单股金属线或是三条多股金属绞线。第三切断点C3、第二切断点C2以及第一切断点C1依据延伸方向,依序间隔地切断第三电力线170、第二电力线120以及第一电力线110进行,从而依据第三切断点C3、第二切断点C2以及第一切断点C1,而将电路区分为多个区间。
如图6所示,前述每个区间之间,可以设置多个发光二极管并联电路100。而这些发光二极管并联电路100,实际上又互相串联,依此可以依串联数,提高对第一电力线110的电压。例如原有每一组发光二极管并联电路100是以高电位差Vh为3V来驱动,在图6中有四组发光二极管并联电路100,因此对第一电力线110施加的电压就可以改为高电位差Vh为12V。
通过本发明上述实施例,可将多个发光二极管并联配置,只需要一个切换开关150以及可以输出周期切换电力的控制器160,就能达成分组控制的效果,而个别切换闪烁或恒亮,不需要复杂的控制讯号产生器以及自带控制IC的发光二极管元件。
Claims (6)
1.一种可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路包括有:
第一电力线与第二电力线;
第一发光二极管,所述第一发光二极管的两端分别连接于所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线;
第二发光二极管与切换开关,串联成串联线路,所述串联线路的一端连接于所述第一电力线,并且所述串联线路的另一端连接于所述第二电力线;所述切换开关以切换频率反复切换导通与断路;以及
控制器,电连接于所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线,且所述控制器输出电力至所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线,使所述第一电力线与所述第二电力线之间具有电压差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述控制器输出的电力以切换周期进行切换,使所述电压差交替在高电位差与零电位差之间切换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述控制器可调整所述高电位差的半周期长度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述高电位差的半周期长度大于或等于所述切换开关的导通时间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述半周期长度小于所述切换开关的导通时间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可分组控制的发光二极管并联电路,其特征在于,所述控制器可调整所述高电位差的半周期长度。
