Abstract
本实用新型为有关一种光条灯，属于电气类，其基本由电源控制器及至少一灯条所组成，其中该灯条具有透光的管套，内置有由电源控制器连接而出的电源线，于电源在线设有数个LED发光二极管，而电源控制器设有电源按键及供电单元，藉此可依需要随身使用于不同衣饰、手炼、颈炼或搭配播放器、电器电线，由LED的发光而突显其位置，达到辨认、安全及预定的娱乐的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气类，为提供一种光条灯，尤指一种结构简易、体积细小、携带方便，具有安全、装饰及娱乐功能的光条灯。
背景技术
目前光电产业发展，具有省电及体积小的特点，因而被普遍的应用于各行业上，如车灯、广告招牌，甚至设于衣饰上作为安全警示之用，不一而足。
然而，市场上尚没有厂商将LED发光二极管真正发展可应用于人们随身携行的设计上，皆是固定式的设计，如将LED发光二极串连而固定于衣着上、皮包上，或其它固定型态的图案上，对新时代有新创意的年轻人而言，是无法满足其使用需要的，因此，发展多种可随身携带使用的LED发光二极管的应用产品实有其必要性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种光条灯，即提供结构简单、体积细小、携带方便、使用安全的LED发光的光条灯。
本实用新型由电源控制器及至少一灯条所组成，其中该灯条具有透光的管套，内置有由电源控制器连接而出的电源线，于电源线上设有数个LED发光二极管，藉此可方便人们携带及使用于手炼、颈炼装饰上。
本实用新型具体包括：
一电源控制器，设有按键及供电单元；
至少一灯条，于透光的管套内设有由电源控制器连结而出的电源线，沿着电源线上连接有数个LED发光二极管，此LED发光二极管由电源控制器按键的控制供电发光。
其中，透光的管套为软质的透明塑料制成；
其中，透光的管套为布织品制成；
其中，于管套内设有如尼龙线、铁钢丝、防弹丝等软质丝强化线。
一电源控制器，设有按键及供电单元及可与播放器联机的连接线；
至少一灯条，于透光的管套内设有由电源控制器连结而出的电源线，沿着电源线上连接有数个LED发光二极管，此LED发光二极管由电源控制器按键的控制供电发光；
两耳机及耳机线，该耳机线与灯条的电源线连结于电源控制器相对应的灯条位置上；
其中，耳机线于一定线段的灯条及耳机线外套设有透光管套，该管套设于后颈部位置上；
其中，于管套两端另设有固定套管，可将自透光管套引出的灯条及耳机线固定，及依需要调整其方便到将耳机提起到耳机线的位置；
其于一透光的管套内设有电源线及电器线，而沿着电源线上设置有数个LED发光二极管。
本实用新型的优点在于：
本实用新型光条灯的灯条具有相当的柔轫性，故可依需要弯折，附着于特定位置上。
其电源控制器设有电源按键及供电单元，藉此可由LED的发光而突显其位置，达到辨认、安全及娱乐的效果。
其可搭配如iPhone、iPob、随身听、手机耳机的使用，而具有其特殊的娱乐效果。
本实用新型光条灯可配合电器线使用，以具有安全警示的效果。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，其基本由电源控制器10及灯条20所组成，于事实设计上，该灯条20为至少一条以上，以变化不同的使用方式及不同使用的需要。
其中，该电源控制器10于本体11上设有按键12及底盖13，于底盖13内设有如水银电池的小型供电单元，而灯条20设有透光的管套23。如附图2所示，此管套23可为软质的透明塑料制成，也可以为布织品，主要就是可以将内藏的LED发光二极管22的光源得以显亮于外，也以有助灯条20的柔轫性。
于灯条20内设有由电源控制器10连结而出的电源线21，沿着电源线21上设置有数个LED发光二极管22，于LED发光二极管22与电源线21的裸线连结的范围，覆有透明绝缘胶24。LED发光二极管22由电源控制器10、按键12的控制电源发光，而此种发光的方式，可设计有多种控制方式，如一直发光、单亮或间隔亮光的种类，可由按键12以循环的按动来控的。
其中，为避免灯条20、电源线21被意外拉扯而毁损，可于透光的管套23内设以如尼龙线、铁钢丝、防弹丝等软质丝强化线25，以强化其耐弯折的特性。藉此，可供为手炼、颈炼、套于脚踏车、皮包、雨伞，而具有易于辨认及安全、娱乐的效果，或依不同尺寸作为室内装饰，如耶诞树、派对等等场合，实用又方便简单。
另如附图3所示，为本实用新型应用于如iPhone、iPob、随身听、手机等播放器50的耳机的使用方式，其将耳机42的耳机线40与灯条20内的电源线21相连接，于此实施例，电源控制器10以吊绳吊挂播放器50于身前，而以一音讯传输线51与播放器50联机。
为了避免耳机线40与灯线20有缠绕的现象，于一定线段的灯条20及耳机线40外再套设有透光管套41(如附图4)，于此实施例中，该管套41设于后颈部位置上，除可稳固电源线21及耳机线20外，亦可保持LED发光二极管22的光亮度；且于管套41两端设有固定套筒44，将自透光管套41引出的灯条20及耳机线40固定，使用者可依需要调整其到方便将耳机42提起耳机线42的位置。
本实用新型的灯线20可配合各种如计算机、传真机、抬灯、吸尘器、计算机周边用线、电器用品用线、延长线等的电器电线6的使用。如附图5所示，为本实用新型应用于台灯的实施例，附图6为其实施的结构，将电器电线6设于灯线20透光管套23内，如此，在昏暗处，可获得光亮警示行走者，避免发生意外的危险。也就是说透光的管套23内设有电源线21及电器电线6，而沿着电源线21上设置有数个LED发光二极管22的方式实施。当然，也可依电线6的不同粗细、及使用位置，将灯线20设于电线或电缆线外，也可获得同样效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种光条灯，其特征在于包括：
一电源控制器，设有按键及供电单元；
至少一灯条，于透光的管套内设有由电源控制器连结而出的电源线，沿着电源线上设置有多个由电源控制器按键控制供电发光的LED发光二极管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光条灯，其特征在于：其中，透光的管套为软质的透明塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光条灯，其特征在于：其中，透光的管套为布织品制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光条灯，其特征在于：其中，于管套内设有如尼龙线、铁钢丝、防弹丝软质丝强化线。
5.一种光条灯，其特征在于：
一电源控制器，设有按键及供电单元及与播放器联机的连接线；
至少一灯条，于透光的管套内设有由电源控制器连结而出的电源线，沿着电源线上设置有多个由电源控制器按键控制供电发光的LED发光二极管；
两耳机及耳机线，该耳机线与灯条的电源线连结于电源控制器相对位的灯条位置上；
其中，耳机线于一定线段的灯条及耳机线外套设有透光管套，该管套设于后颈部位置上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光条灯，其特征在于：其中于管套两端另设有将自透光管套引出的灯条及耳机线固定的固定套筒。
7.根据权利要求5所述的光条灯，其特征在于：其于一透光的管套内设有电源线及电器电线，而沿着电源线上设置有多个LED发光二极管。
