背景技术
传统的金属切削加工采用矿物油或植物油或切削液进行大量冲淋式润滑和冷却,润滑剂的使用量大,不仅浪费资源,造成加工场所和环境的巨大污染,同时还会严重影响操作工人的身体健康。在提倡节能减排、环境保护、绿色生产的今天,急需一种新的金属切削加工润滑油。微量润滑技术是近几年发展起来的金属绿色加工新技术,就是在金属切削加工过程中使用微量润滑系统将极压抗磨性、润滑性好的润滑油喷洒于加工刀具和加工表面进行润滑、冷却,解决传统加工时切削油、液使用量大、浪费泄漏量大等问题。现有的微量润滑技术中使用的润滑油存在这几个方面问题:易断力、工件有划痕、工件易被腐蚀等。这一类的产品主要由国外厂家控制着国内的市场,它们的产品价格高,使用成本高,严重制约了民族产业的发展。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种成本低、润滑性好的润滑油。

所述脂肪酸为碳原子数为8-24的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述脂肪酸为异辛酸、正癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述引发剂为过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、过氧化二碳酸二乙基己酯、偶氮二异丁腈和偶氮二异庚腈中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述聚马来酸酐的质均分子量为1000,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸的脂肪醇基团中碳原子数为18-20,所述异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的异构脂肪醇基团中碳原子数为13-15。
所述醇胺硼酸酯选自由醇胺和硼酸进行酯化反应生成的产物中的一种或几种的混合物。
实施例2
一种金属润滑油,包括以下原料:
矿物油60克, 聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯5克,
脂肪酸15克,
硬脂酸锌5克, 石油磺酸钠5克,
十二烯基丁二酸钠6克, 聚马来酸酐1克,
三乙醇胺5克, 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸2克,
异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10克, 引发剂1克,
丙三醇3克, 环烷基础油2克,
自乳化酯20克, 磷酸酯5克,
缓蚀剂2克, 异噻唑啉酮1克,
水8克。
所述脂肪酸为碳原子数为8-24的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸中的一种或几种的混合物。

矿物油43克, 聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯8克,
脂肪酸12克, 醇胺硼酸酯3克,
硬脂酸锌3克, 石油磺酸钠7克,
十二烯基丁二酸钠4克, 聚马来酸酐2克,
三乙醇胺4克, 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸4克,
异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7克, 引发剂4克,
丙三醇2克, 环烷基础油4克,
自乳化酯13克, 磷酸酯8克,
缓蚀剂1克, 异噻唑啉酮3克,
水6克。

所述醇胺硼酸酯选自由醇胺和硼酸进行酯化反应生成的产物中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明采用聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯、脂肪酸、醇胺硼酸酯和硬脂酸锌,使本发明具有很好极压抗磨性和润滑性和生物可降解性;聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯具有良好的润滑性和生物可降解性,脂肪酸具有良好的润滑性和极压抗磨性,并且生物降解性好;醇胺硼酸酯润滑性能良好,防锈性能佳;矿物油、石油磺酸钠、三乙醇胺等组成的油溶性缓蚀剂与马来酸酐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚进行复配,使得它们能够溶于水中形成电解质溶液,具有更优的防锈和乳化性能。本发明能够延长金属刀具的使用寿命,增强其极性润滑效果,加工金属制品光洁度更好,产品的不良率由原来的2.1%减少到现在0.03%,节约了成本,提高了生产效率;将本发明配合微量润滑装置使用,使用量可以减少至原来的5%以下,达到良好的润滑、冷却效果,节能减排、环境保护效果显著,降低使用成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:
矿物油30-60份, 聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯5-10份,
脂肪酸5-15份, 醇胺硼酸酯0-5份,
硬脂酸锌1-5份, 石油磺酸钠5-10份,
十二烯基丁二酸钠3-6份, 聚马来酸酐1-3份,
三乙醇胺3-5份, 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸2-5份,
异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份, 引发剂1-5份,
丙三醇1-3份, 环烷基础油2-6份,
自乳化酯10-20份, 磷酸酯5-10份,
缓蚀剂1-2份, 异噻唑啉酮1-5份,
水4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述金属润滑油包括以下按重量份计的原料:
矿物油43份, 聚季戊四醇丙烯酸酯8份,
脂肪酸12份, 醇胺硼酸酯3份,
硬脂酸锌3份, 石油磺酸钠7份,
十二烯基丁二酸钠4份, 聚马来酸酐2份,
三乙醇胺4份, 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸4份,
异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7份, 引发剂4份,
丙三醇2份, 环烷基础油4份,
自乳化酯13份, 磷酸酯8份,
缓蚀剂1份, 异噻唑啉酮3份,
水6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸为碳原子数为8-24的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸为异辛酸、正癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、油酸、硬脂酸中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、过氧化二碳酸二乙基己酯、偶氮二异丁腈和偶氮二异庚腈中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述聚马来酸酐的质均分子量为1000,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸的脂肪醇基团中碳原子数为18-20,所述异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的异构脂肪醇基团中碳原子数为13-15。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述醇胺硼酸酯选自由醇胺和硼酸进行酯化反应生成的产物中的一种或几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属润滑油,其特征在于,所述硬脂酸锌为300目硬脂酸锌粉。
