本发明公开一种金属磨削油,每100份磨削油由如下重量份的组分制成:两性聚醚消泡剂0.05‑0.2,路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂0.5‑1.5,巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂0.5‑1.5,雅富顿POLARTECH XP 9530A润滑剂4‑5.5,60N基础油余量。与现有技术相比,本发明组分简单,成本低廉,性能指标符合国家标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工液,具体是一种金属磨削油及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的磨削油能够在磨轮和工件接触面上形成一种抗积压性能很强的油膜,减少工件和磨轮的摩擦,从而降低摩擦生热。
公开号为CN105838487A的发明专利公开了一种低油雾磨削油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油精制15号工业白油70-80份、高分子聚合物5-20份、油酸乙二醇酯5-10份、抗氧化剂1-10份、防锈剂5-20份、抗磨剂亚磷酸二正丁酯1-5份和降凝剂烷基萘0.1-2份。
公开号为CN105838486A的发明专利公开了一种用于高硬度复合材料加工的磨削油,由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:26#白矿油57-60、苯并三氮唑2-4、六甲基磷酰胺0.4-0.7、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5-7、三萜皂苷0.1-0.2、正硅酸乙酯1-2、癸二酸0.5-0.8、气相白炭黑0.3-1、氢氧化锂1.0-2.5、碳酸钙0.15-0.3、苯甲酸锌0.01-0.03、中性二壬基萘磺酸钡17-18、二苯胺13-14、甲基硫醇锡0.01-0.02、木杂酚油2-3、三压硬脂酸10-15、二甲基硅油0.1-0.13。
这两件专利的主要成分都是工业级白油,而白油是从基础油经过提纯、加氢饱和的正构窄馏分生产出来的,虽然运动粘度较小,但综合使用成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种综合成本较低的磨削油。所采取的技术方案是:
这种金属磨削油,每100份磨削油由如下重量份的组分制成:
60N基础油 余量
两性聚醚消泡剂 0.05-0.2
路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂 0.5-1.5
巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂 0.5-1.5
雅富顿POLARTECH XP 9530 A润滑剂 4-5.5。
进一步的优选方案是:
60N基础油 95.15
两性聚醚消泡剂 0.05
路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂 0.5
巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂 0.5
雅富顿POLARTECH XP 9530 A润滑剂 4。
本发明还公开这种金属磨削油的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将60N基础油加入到调和釜中,升温至45℃;
(2)将油雾抑制剂、酚类抗氧剂加入混合,搅拌15分钟;
(3)将润滑剂加入混合,搅拌5分钟;
(4)最后加入消泡剂并不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到磨削油。
与现有技术相比,本发明组分简单,成本低廉,性能指标符合国家标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将60N基础油949公斤加入到调和釜中,升温至45℃;将5公斤路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂、5公斤巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂加入混合,搅拌5分钟;将40公斤雅富顿POLART ECH XP 9530 A润滑剂加入混合,搅拌8分钟;最后加入1公斤两性聚醚消泡剂并不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到磨削油。
实施例2:
将60N基础油934公斤加入到调和釜中,升温至45℃;将15公斤路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂、10公斤巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂加入混合,搅拌5分钟;将40公斤雅富顿POLART ECH XP 9530A润滑剂加入混合,搅拌10分钟;最后加入1公斤两性聚醚消泡剂并不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到磨削油。
实施例3:
将60N基础油934公斤加入到调和釜中,升温至45℃;将10公斤路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂、10公斤巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂加入混合,搅拌15分钟;将45公斤雅富顿POLAR TECH XP 9530 A润滑剂加入混合,搅拌10分钟;最后加入1公斤两性聚醚消泡剂并不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到磨削油。
对实施例1-3的磨削油进行性能测试,结果如下:
运动粘度反映油品沉降性,闪点反映油品安全性,最大无卡咬负荷反映油品抗磨性,从上表可以看出,本发明生产法的磨削油完全达到国家标准,但成本仅为现有磨削油的一半左右,且铅、锡等有害物质含量符合美国金属加工或金属切削液卫生与安全性标准,因此在环保方面完全达到或超过国内标准。

1.一种金属磨削油,其特征在于每100份磨削油由如下重量份的组分制成:
60N基础油 余量
两性聚醚消泡剂0.05-0.2
路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂0.5-1.5
巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂0.5-1.5
雅富顿POLARTECH XP 9530A润滑剂4-5.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属磨削油,其特征在于每100份磨削油由如下重量份的组分制成:
60N基础油95.15
两性聚醚消泡剂0.05
路博润生产的ADDTAC油雾抑制剂0.5
巴斯夫IRGANOX L135酚类抗氧剂0.5
雅富顿POLARTECH XP 9530A润滑剂4。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种金属磨削油的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)将60N基础油加入到调和釜中,升温至45℃;
(2)将油雾抑制剂、酚类抗氧剂加入混合,搅拌15分钟;
(3)将润滑剂加入混合,搅拌5分钟;
(4)最后加入消泡剂并不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到磨削油。
