技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及环境友好普通碳素结构钢镗削加工切削液的组合物。
背景技术
普通碳素结构钢又称普通碳素钢,对含碳量、性能范围以及磷、硫和其他残余元素含量的限制较宽。在中国和某些国家根据交货的保证条件又分为三类:甲类钢(A类钢)是保证力学性能的钢。乙类钢(B类钢)是保证化学成分的钢。特类钢(C类钢)是既保证力学性能又保证化学成分的钢,常用于制造较重要的结构件。中国目前生产和使用最多的是含碳量在0.20%左右的A3钢(甲类3号钢),主要用于工程结构。
镗削加工是机械加工的主要加工方法之一,其工作过程是工件装夹在工作台式装置上固定不动,刀具主轴作旋转运动,靠移动主轴或工作件做进阶运动,从而实现金属零部件的加工。镗床加工的万能性较强,它可以镗削半孔和孔系、锪铣平面、镗止口和镗车端面,配备了各种附件、专用镗杆和装置后,还可以切槽、车螺纹、镗锥孔及球面等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、抗氧化、抗微生物、热容量大以及对油漆的相溶性的环境友好普通碳素结构钢镗削加工切削液的组合物。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
环境友好普通碳素结构钢镗削加工切削液的组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的7号全损耗系统用油和50%的蓖麻油脂肪酸的复合基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合;金属减活剂是噻重氮。油性剂是硫化棉籽油T404;摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321;极压剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202;抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T911。
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物D232;防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的环烷酸锌T704复合。
补强剂是质量比50%的三嗪Starcide.BK和50%的吡啶硫酮钠Starcide SP-40复合。
本发明的环境友好普通碳素结构钢镗削加工切削液的组合物的显著优点有:具有良好的冷却、润滑(极压抗磨承载)、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、抗氧化、抗微生物、热容量大以及对油漆的相溶性。
