技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备材料领域,具体涉及一种电子设备的外壳材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在的电子设备,以智能电视为例,智能电视正在走向厚度变薄、屏幕变大的趋势,因此智能电视在使用过程中的发热量越来越大,对外壳材料的刚性和耐热性要求也逐步提高。发热量提高,外壳温升上升,会引起外壳变形,用户外观体验度下降,严重的会造成安全规范问题;另一方面超薄超窄的设计理念要求外壳和相关部件的装配间隙需要进一步压缩(从0.8mm甚至更大压缩到0.4mm以内),传统不加纤材料后壳随温度变化收缩量更大,且减薄后强度进一步降低,双重因素导致外壳在经历环境实验后频繁出现开裂等不良现象。为了解决开裂带来的成本问题,音视频类电子设备普遍采用PC+ABS+GF方案的后壳,PC+ABS+GF(是在聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的混合塑料中添加玻璃纤维的复合材料)是一种刚性较高、低线性膨胀系数的材料,可以有效解决壳裂问题,这样使得成本约18.95元/kg,但是阻燃等级仅能达到UL94V0,无法满足信息技术类电子设备外壳的阻燃要求。而采用的金属材料外壳成本较高,不能满足大众需求;且现有技术中,电子设备外壳对电磁辐射的屏蔽作用很小,因此,也需改进完善。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种电子设备的外壳材料及其制备方法,该种外壳材料制备简单方便,成本低,制得成品外壳材料具有阻燃等级高、力学强度高,还能对电子设备产生的电磁辐射具有一定的减弱屏蔽作用,适宜推广应用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种电子设备的外壳材料,包括以下按重量份计的原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯25-35份、热塑性聚氨酯15-25份、改性短切碳纤维5-15份、聚碳酸酯8-12份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5-15份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺4-10份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、聚酰胺蜡3-7份、二苯胺5-9份、钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份、抗氧化剂1-5份、抗紫外线剂1-5份、发泡剂1-3份和稳泡剂1-3份;
上述的改性短切碳纤维通过以下步骤制得:取长度为50-100μm的将短切碳纤维置于研磨机中研磨2-4h,使得短切碳纤维的长度小于等于0.5μm,长径比小于10;再采用丙烯酸共聚物对研磨后的短切碳纤维进行浸润;之后采用低碳多羟基醇对浸润后的短切碳纤维进行包覆,且短切碳纤维的堆积密度控制在1以下,即得。
进一步地,所述材料包括以下按重量份计的原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯30份、热塑性聚氨酯20份、改性短切碳纤维10份、聚碳酸酯10份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺7份、纳米二氧化硅4份、聚酰胺蜡5份、二苯胺7份、钙锌复合稳定剂3份、抗氧化剂3份、抗紫外线剂3份、发泡剂2份和稳泡剂2份。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂TNP中的一种。
优选地,所述抗紫外线剂为2,4,6-三(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2(2-二羟基苯-5-苯甲基)苯并三唑或2,4二羟基二苯甲酮中的一种。
优选地,所述发泡剂为碳化硅、碳黑、十二烷基硫酸钠、硅酸钠或碳酸钙中的一种或者一种以上。
优选地,所述稳泡剂为硅树脂聚醚乳液、聚丙烯酰胺或聚乙烯醇中的一种。
上述的一种电子设备的外壳材料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)先将原料置于65-75℃温度下烘干1-2h;
(3)将步骤(1)烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为180-250℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(4)再向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(5)通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即可。
进一步地,所述模具的预热温度为70-90℃,螺杆挤压压力为30-40MPa。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明的电子设备的外壳材料通过对原料及生产工艺的改进和完善,提高外壳材料的阻燃性、耐热性和刚性,降低材料的热膨胀系数,提高外壳的环境适应性,解决壳裂及变形等质量问题,并使得成品键盘整体性能提高,主要表现在阻燃等级提高、力学强度增强、抗辐射性能提高,经研发技术人员检测,成品键盘用材料的阻燃等级大于等于5VB,缺口冲击强度大于等于57.2J/m,拉伸强度大于等于35.0MPa,弯曲强度大于等于54.7MPa,线性膨胀系数小于等于50μm/m℃;以上检测数据均远远超出国家及市售行业性能标准,且该种外壳材料制备简单方便,成本低,与市售的同等电子设备外壳单价相比,减少了约22-28%,适宜推广应用。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种电子设备的外壳材料,先称取以下原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯25kg、热塑性聚氨酯15kg、改性短切碳纤维5kg、聚碳酸酯8kg、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5kg、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺4kg、纳米二氧化硅2kg、聚酰胺蜡3kg、二苯胺5kg、钙锌复合稳定剂1kg、抗氧化剂1kg、抗紫外线剂1kg、发泡剂1kg和稳泡剂1kg;
上述的改性短切碳纤维通过以下步骤制得:取长度为50-100μm的将短切碳纤维置于研磨机中研磨2h,使得短切碳纤维的长度小于等于0.5μm,长径比小于10;再采用丙烯酸共聚物对研磨后的短切碳纤维进行浸润;之后采用低碳多羟基醇对浸润后的短切碳纤维进行包覆,且短切碳纤维的堆积密度控制在1以下,即制得本发明原料所需的改性短切碳纤维。

(2)再将烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为180℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(3)之后向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(4)最后通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,且模具的预热温度为70℃,螺杆挤压压力为30MPa,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即制得本发明的电子设备的外壳材料。
实施例2
一种电子设备的外壳材料,先称取以下原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯30kg、热塑性聚氨酯20kg、改性短切碳纤维10kg、聚碳酸酯10kg、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10kg、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺7kg、纳米二氧化硅4kg、聚酰胺蜡5kg、二苯胺7kg、钙锌复合稳定剂3kg、抗氧化剂3kg、抗紫外线剂3kg、发泡剂2kg和稳泡剂2kg;

(2)再将烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为220℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(3)之后向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(4)最后通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,且模具的预热温度为80℃,螺杆挤压压力为35MPa,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即制得本发明的电子设备的外壳材料。
实施例3
一种电子设备的外壳材料,先称取以下原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯35kg、热塑性聚氨酯25kg、改性短切碳纤维15kg、聚碳酸酯12kg、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯15kg、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺10kg、纳米二氧化硅6kg、聚酰胺蜡7kg、二苯胺9kg、钙锌复合稳定剂5kg、抗氧化剂5kg、抗紫外线剂5kg、发泡剂3kg和稳泡剂3kg;
上述的改性短切碳纤维通过以下步骤制得:取长度为50-100μm的将短切碳纤维置于研磨机中研磨4h,使得短切碳纤维的长度小于等于0.5μm,长径比小于10;再采用丙烯酸共聚物对研磨后的短切碳纤维进行浸润;之后采用低碳多羟基醇对浸润后的短切碳纤维进行包覆,且短切碳纤维的堆积密度控制在1以下,即制得本发明原料所需的改性短切碳纤维。
其中,上述的抗氧化剂采用抗氧剂TNP;抗紫外线剂采用2,4二羟基二苯甲酮;发泡剂采用硅酸钠和碳酸钙两种混合物,且两者之间的质量比为2:1;稳泡剂采用聚乙烯醇。
上述的一种电子设备的外壳材料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将原料置于75℃温度下烘干2h;
(2)再将烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为250℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(3)之后向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(4)最后通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,且模具的预热温度为90℃,螺杆挤压压力为40MPa,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即制得本发明的电子设备的外壳材料。
实施例4
一种电子设备的外壳材料,先称取以下原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯30kg、热塑性聚氨酯20kg、改性短切碳纤维10kg、聚碳酸酯10kg、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10kg、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺7kg、纳米二氧化硅4kg、聚酰胺蜡5kg、二苯胺7kg、钙锌复合稳定剂3kg、抗氧化剂3kg、抗紫外线剂3kg、发泡剂2kg和稳泡剂2kg;
上述的改性短切碳纤维通过以下步骤制得:取长度为50-100μm的将短切碳纤维置于研磨机中研磨2h,使得短切碳纤维的长度小于等于0.5μm,长径比小于10;再采用丙烯酸共聚物对研磨后的短切碳纤维进行浸润;之后采用低碳多羟基醇对浸润后的短切碳纤维进行包覆,且短切碳纤维的堆积密度控制在1以下,即制得本发明原料所需的改性短切碳纤维。
其中,上述的抗氧化剂采用抗氧剂1010;抗紫外线剂采用2,4,6-三(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪;发泡剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠;稳泡剂采用聚乙烯醇。
上述的一种电子设备的外壳材料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将原料置于65℃温度下烘干2h;
(2)再将烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为180℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(3)之后向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(4)最后通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,且模具的预热温度为70℃,螺杆挤压压力为40MPa,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即制得本发明的电子设备的外壳材料。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯25-35份、热塑性聚氨酯15-25份、改性短切碳纤维5-15份、聚碳酸酯8-12份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯5-15份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺4-10份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、聚酰胺蜡3-7份、二苯胺5-9份、钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份、抗氧化剂1-5份、抗紫外线剂1-5份、发泡剂1-3份和稳泡剂1-3份;
所述改性短切碳纤维通过以下步骤制得:取长度为50-100μm的将短切碳纤维置于研磨机中研磨2-4h,使得短切碳纤维的长度小于等于0.5μm,长径比小于10;再采用丙烯酸共聚物对研磨后的短切碳纤维进行浸润;之后采用低碳多羟基醇对浸润后的短切碳纤维进行包覆,且短切碳纤维的堆积密度控制在1以下,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯30份、热塑性聚氨酯20份、改性短切碳纤维10份、聚碳酸酯10份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺7份、纳米二氧化硅4份、聚酰胺蜡5份、二苯胺7份、钙锌复合稳定剂3份、抗氧化剂3份、抗紫外线剂3份、发泡剂2份和稳泡剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂TNP中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,所述抗紫外线剂为2,4,6-三(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2(2-二羟基苯-5-苯甲基)苯并三唑或2,4二羟基二苯甲酮中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为碳化硅、碳黑、十二烷基硫酸钠、硅酸钠或碳酸钙中的一种或者一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为硅树脂聚醚乳液、聚丙烯酰胺或聚乙烯醇中的一种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的电子设备的外壳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)先将原料置于65-75℃温度下烘干1-2h;
(3)将步骤(1)烘干后的聚合度为600的聚氯乙烯、热塑性聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺、纳米二氧化硅、聚酰胺蜡、二苯胺、钙锌复合稳定剂、抗氧化剂、发泡剂和稳泡剂输送至注塑机中,在温度为180-250℃条件下加热熔融,得熔融体;
(4)再向所述熔融体加入剩余的抗紫外线剂和改性短切碳纤维,得混合料;
(5)通过注塑机的螺杆挤压混合料注入预热的模具内,待产品冷却,模具开模取件即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种电子设备的外壳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述模具的预热温度为70-90℃,螺杆挤压压力为30-40MPa。
