Abstract

车、船、飞机用“缓冲安全座椅”发明,涉及机械装置及运输技术领域。它是为减少乘客(包括司机)在车船飞机遭遇前冲撞击事故时的伤亡,利用机械、力学原理,对现在所用座椅进行改造发明的。该椅的创新,一是将现用的四角“固定椅”改造为靠窗户一侧的前角腿固定为轴心,其余三腿均为万向轮着地的“可移动椅”;二是将原椅靠背改造为椅厢;三是将原横排连椅改为单个间隔排列。这样,当事故发生时,乘客就可以由只身离椅,箭式前冲撞击,改成在椅厢里随椅厢整体作钟摆式移动,从而使前冲力和撞击力被分解而显著降低,减少伤亡。

背景技术 车、船、飞机上的座椅;儿童安全座椅;钟摆、表针移动及门、窗开关。
发明内容 为减少车、船、飞机突发前撞事故时乘客(包括司机)的伤亡,特利用机械、力学原理,发明“缓冲安全座椅”。本椅由现在所用座椅改造而成。
一、将现在的底座四角腿“固定椅”,改造为靠窗户的前角腿为固定轴心,其余均为万向轮着地的“可移动椅”,使乘客在事故发生时由只身前冲直接与阻挡物碰撞,变为与座椅整体弧线移动,间接碰撞。二、将原来的座椅靠背改为半桶状“椅厢”对人体进行后、左、右三面保护。三、座椅在车厢、船舱、机舱的布置改为单体间隔排列,避免移动时相互碰撞、阻碍。这样,乘客可避免事故发生时只身离椅前撞的伤害。只要座椅移动顺畅,(实施信息联通电动,可无忧)可使乘客在事故中的伤亡程度大大减轻。
首先座位的前冲矢向,由原来的箭发式,改成了围绕轴心画弧的钟摆式,其前冲力被在一定弧线段内连续不断的新矢向力所分解、削减,大为减小;最后的惯性撞击力也由前冲力的拉拽而减轻。
其次,座椅的绕轴心画弧移动,使乘客在事故发生时不是只身离椅前冲,与阻挡物直接碰撞,而是在椅厢内左右摇晃,受到厢体保护。
第三,人与座椅整体绕轴心水平转动使人体的受撞部位由前脸变为侧、后身,不仅人的抗压力增强,而且椅厢体的外皮强度和内衬的柔软可以吸收部分撞击力。
具体实施方式
一、将座椅的靠窗户的前角腿用轴承连接固定在厢、舱“地”面,其余三腿均装万向轮着“地”。(见图1)
二、现座椅的进深、宽度、高度不变,只将靠背两边折向前伸出30厘米,头枕两边折向前伸20厘米宽的侧帮,形成半桶状椅厢。(见图2)椅厢内层挂软衬。座椅的腰身分上下两段作可伸缩连接,以便厢高随乘客身高调节。
三、座椅在厢、舱内的布置,成单体间隔(左右10厘米,前后轴间65厘米左右)排列。(见图3)

1.车、船、飞机用缓冲安全座椅,是本人在养老院偶然得知世界交通事故死伤人数众多,引起对为减少一些伤亡做点贡献的思考。于是从事故发生的种类,当时人员的动态、受伤情况,及其可缓解、减轻的因素、办法中择优、选易确定发明的。事故发生时,座椅的钟摆式移动,如同物体落地受到侧力的推动,其触地力会减小。本椅的绕轴心画弧,从开始到侧撞,对前冲力的分解,可用先后发生的离心、向心、惯性三个假设力点(以座椅的中心点前射线为中心线)加以解释、计算。本椅的钟摆式移动及椅厢的设置,对乘客完全可以起到,降低前冲力、撞击力和保护乘客肉体免受坚硬、尖锐物体伤害的作用。
1)座椅的钟摆式移动设计。
2)椅厢的形态、结构设计。厢体外表与内衬有弹性。
3)座椅在车厢、船舱、机舱里的单体间隔排列。(连体,伸长力臂、增加质量,会加大撞击力) 。
