Abstract

本发明涉及一种人造革,提供一种仿羊绒人造革及其制备方法,解决现有技术的仿羊绒人造革使用舒适性较低、性能不高、吸湿性差的缺陷,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维60~70份、碳纳米管10~15份、炭黑5~8份、水合肼15~20份。

一种仿羊绒人造革
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种仿羊绒人造革。
背景技术
羊绒是生长在山羊外表皮层,掩在山羊粗毛根部的一层薄薄的细绒,入冬寒冷时长出,抵御风寒,开春转暖后脱落,自然适应气候,属于稀有的特种动物纤维。具有重量轻、柔软、韧性好、保暖性能好的特点,被称为“软黄金”,由于其价格较高,且易起球、易虫蛀,难以护理,因此市场上出现了仿羊绒腈纶短纤维(简称仿羊绒),价格适中、色泽鲜艳、手感柔软,保暖性好,使用仿羊绒,可以降低成本,减少由于过多豢养山羊造成植被过度破坏,产生环境效。
中国专利号201510196110.4公开了一种仿羊绒人造革,由针织布或梭织布底层、铺设在底层上的PVC或PU浆糊层、铺设在浆糊层上的PVC发泡层、铺设在PVC发泡层上的带有压纹的PVC面层、铺设在带有压纹的PVC面层上的带有凹凸纹的仿羊绒面层构成,仿羊绒人造革是这样制造的,先往针织布或梭织布底层涂覆高温热熔的PVC或PU浆糊层,然后铺设PVC发泡层,然后铺设PVC面层,再进入第一次发泡,第一次发泡出炉同时在高温下进行压纹处理,以便PVC面层形成压纹,通过发泡的高温,发泡层与PVC面层及PVC或PU浆糊层粘结紧密,然后涂覆固定厚度的仿羊绒浆,然后马上进入第二次发泡,通过发泡形成带有凹凸纹的仿羊绒面层,其中凹纹中的仿羊绒浆由于浆的厚度厚,发泡后形成的仿羊绒就厚,形成了仿羊绒凸纹,从而实现了表面立体图案。该仿羊绒人造革,其最表面是由仿羊绒浆料发泡形成具有凹凸立体图案的结构层,并在该仿羊绒层上灌入一种以上的色料,其具有表面丰富图案的特点,解决了现有技术的仿羊绒人造革色彩单一的缺陷,但其并没有公开具体的仿羊绒浆料的各物质组分,且其是直接将仿羊绒制成浆料,没有对仿羊绒进行改性,使用后的舒适性较为普通,性能也较为一般。
腈纶是一种合成纤维,其具有优良的保暖性、染色性和仿毛性等特点。但腈纶也有很多缺点,如吸湿性差、易产生静电、极易燃烧等,并且燃烧中易放出有毒性气体危害人体健康和造成二次环境污染。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种仿羊绒人造革及其制备方法,解决现有技术的仿羊绒人造革使用舒适性较低、性能不高、吸湿性差的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种仿羊绒人造革,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维60~70份、碳纳米管10~15份、炭黑5~8份、水合肼15~20份;
所述改性腈纶短纤维的制备方法为:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中30~60min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理40~60min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:溶胀剂3~4份、引发剂2~3份、乳化剂5~10份、去离子水1000~1200份。
进一步的改进是:所述溶胀剂为DMF或NaSCN。
进一步的改进是:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰。
进一步的改进是:在腈纶短纤维浸渍到反应液处理40~60min后再将其浸渍在带羧基单体的溶液中接枝反应30~40min。
进一步的改进是:带羧基单体为丁烯酸或衣康酸单丁酯。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的仿羊绒人造革,其在聚氯乙烯面层上设置改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维60~70份、碳纳米管10~15份、炭黑5~8份、水合肼15~20份;而改性腈纶通过以下方法制得:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中30~60min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理40~60min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:溶胀剂3~4份、引发剂2~3份、乳化剂5~10份、去离子水1000~1200份,通过将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理,接着再将腈纶短纤维与带羧基单体接枝,使腈纶接枝上羧基功能团,使腈纶具备一定的亲水性,从而改善成品的吸湿性,改性腈纶短纤维再与碳纳米管、炭黑反应,使腈纶的抗静电性能得到改善,水合肼则用于起发泡作用,本发明的仿羊绒人造革具有抗静电功能、吸湿率可达8~10%、使用舒适性高的优点。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种仿羊绒人造革,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维60份、碳纳米管10份、炭黑5份、水合肼15份;所述改性腈纶短纤维的制备方法为:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中30min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理40min,再将其浸渍在丁烯酸的溶液中接枝反应30min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:DMF3份、过氧化苯甲酰2份、乳化剂5份、去离子水1000份。
实施例二
一种仿羊绒人造革,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维65份、碳纳米管12份、炭黑6份、水合肼17份;所述改性腈纶短纤维的制备方法为:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中45min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理50min,再将其浸渍在衣康酸单丁酯的溶液中接枝反应35min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:NaSCN3.5份、过氧化苯甲酰2.5份、乳化剂7份、去离子水1100份。
实施例三
一种仿羊绒人造革,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维70份、碳纳米管15份、炭黑8份、水合肼20份;所述改性腈纶短纤维的制备方法为:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中60min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理60min,再将其浸渍在衣康酸单丁酯的溶液中接枝反应40min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:NaSCN4份、过氧化苯甲酰3份、乳化剂10份、去离子水1200份。
其中,本发明中,所述改性的仿羊绒面层的各原料在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:改性腈纶短纤维60~70份、碳纳米管10~15份、炭黑5~8份、水合肼15~20份;碳纳米管和炭黑随着量的增加抗静电效果越显著,水合肼量的增加发泡效果越好。所述改进反应液的各原料在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:溶胀剂3~4份、引发剂2~3份、乳化剂5~10份、去离子水1000~1200份。

1.一种仿羊绒人造革,包括基底层,所述基底层上依次设有聚氨酯涂层、发泡层、聚氯乙烯面层,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯面层上设有改性的仿羊绒面层,所述改性的仿羊绒面层包括以下重量份的各原料:改性腈纶短纤维60~70份、碳纳米管10~15份、炭黑5~8份、水合肼15~20份;
所述改性腈纶短纤维的制备方法为:将腈纶短纤维浸渍在氯化锌与盐酸混合的溶液中30~60min,接着对其进行清洗,再将腈纶短纤维浸渍在改进反应液中处理40~60min后再将其浸渍在带羧基单体的溶液中接枝反应30~40min,所述改进反应液由以下重量份的各原料组成:溶胀剂3~4份、引发剂2~3份、乳化剂5~10份、去离子水1000~1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿羊绒人造革,其特征在于:所述溶胀剂为DMF或NaSCN。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种仿羊绒人造革,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰。
