首先将麻黄、羌活、白芷、防风、威灵仙、木瓜、寻骨风、海风藤、虎杖、山柰、独活、当归、川牛膝、杜仲、续断、生川乌、生草乌、天南星、马钱子粉碎成细末，加等量灭菌用水，浓缩至原重量的80％，制成水煮浸膏，备用；再将三七、血竭、蜈蚣、全蝎、猪牙皂、丁香、花椒、乳香、没药、土鳖虫、冰片粉碎成细末，加入等量体积浓度为95%的医用酒精，浸泡1周，制成乙醇浸膏，备用；最后将水煮浸膏：乙醇浸膏按原料药重量比为2:1混合，加热干燥成混合药粉，将医用压敏胶加热融化，加入混合药粉，再加入氮酮，比例为医用压敏胶：混合药粉：氮酮=20：15：1，搅拌均匀成膏，在医用膏药空白贴布上摊制成型，即得。
本发明选料讲究，原料易得，原料配比科学合理，制备方法简单，对于颈腰椎病、肩周炎、骨性关节病、风湿性关节病、滑膜炎、足跟痛、跌打损伤及骨折等骨科疼痛疾病的治疗效果好，无任何毒作用，并且能达到标本兼治的效果，是治疗骨科疼痛药物上的创新。

本发明在具体实施时，可由以下重量份数计的原料制成：麻黄16份、羌活34份、白芷26份、防风34份、威灵仙26份、木瓜34份、寻骨风26份、海风藤34份、虎杖26份、山柰24份、独活16份、当归24份、川牛膝16份、杜仲34份、续断26份、生川乌34份、生草乌26份、天南星24份、马钱子26份、三七24份、血竭16份、蜈蚣19份、全蝎11份、猪牙皂34份、丁香26份、花椒34份、乳香21份、没药34份、土鳖虫26份、冰片34份、医用压敏胶120份、氮酮6份。
实施例2
本发明在具体实施时，还可由以下重量份数计的原料制成：麻黄20份、羌活30份、白芷30份、防风30份、威灵仙30份、木瓜30份、寻骨风30份、海风藤30份、虎杖30份、山柰20份、独活20份、当归20份、川牛膝20份、杜仲30份、续断30份、生川乌30份、生草乌30份、天南星20份、马钱子30份、三七20份、血竭20份、蜈蚣15份、全蝎15份、猪牙皂30份、丁香30份、花椒30份、乳香25份、没药25份、土鳖虫30份、冰片30份、医用压敏胶100份、氮酮5份。
本发明组分中：
麻黄：发汗解表，宣肺平喘，利水消肿，兼有散寒通滞作用，用治风寒痹症。
羌活：散寒祛风，胜湿止痛。用于风寒湿痹，肩臂疼痛。
白芷：解表散风，通窍，止痛，燥湿止带，消肿排脓。可用于风寒湿痹，腰背疼痛。
防风：发表散风，胜湿止痛，止痉，止泻。用于风寒湿痹，肢节疼痛，筋脉挛急。
威灵仙：祛风湿，通经络，消骨鲠。用于风湿痹痛，为风湿痹痛要药。
木瓜：舒筋活络，除湿和胃。用于风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，脚气肿痛。为久风顽痹筋脉拘急之要药。
寻骨风：祛风湿，通络止痛。用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，及跌打损伤。
海风藤：祛风除湿，通经活络。用于风湿痹痛，关节不利，筋脉拘挛，及跌打损伤疼痛。
独活：祛风湿，止痹痛，解表。用于风寒湿痹痛。
虎杖：利胆退黄，清热解毒。活血祛瘀，祛痰止咳。可用于血瘀经闭，跌打损伤。
山柰：温中化湿，行气止痛。可用于胸腹冷痛，跌打损伤，
当归：补血，活血，调经，止痛，润肠。用于血虚血滞兼有寒凝，以及跌打损伤，风湿痹阻的疼痛证。
川牛膝：活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利水通淋，引火下行。用于治疗跌打损伤，腰膝瘀痛等
杜仲：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。用于肝肾不足的腰膝酸痛，下肢痿软等症。
续断：补肝肾强筋骨，止血安胎，疗伤续折。用于肝肾不足，腰痛脚弱，风湿痹痛，及跌扑损伤骨折，肿痛等。
生川乌：祛风除湿，散寒止痛。用于风寒湿痹，诸寒疼痛，跌打损伤，麻醉止痛等。
生草乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝疼痛，跌打损伤疼痛，有麻醉止痛作用。
天南星：燥湿化痰祛风解痉；外用消肿止痛。
马钱子：散结消肿，通络止痛。用于跌打损伤，痈疽肿痛，风湿顽痹，麻木瘫痪等，有较强的开通经络，通达关节而止痛的作用。
三七：化瘀止血，活血定痛。用于跌打损伤，瘀滞疼痛，能活血化瘀而消肿止痛，为伤科要药。
血竭：活血疗伤，止血生肌。用于跌打损伤及其他瘀滞心腹疼痛。入血分而散瘀止痛，为伤科要药。
蜈蚣：清热息风，通络，平喘，利尿。用于痹症，风湿热痹及风寒湿痹均可用。
全蝎：熄风止痉，攻毒散结，通络止痛。治顽痹，对风寒湿痹久治不愈，筋脉拘挛，关节变形之顽痹，作用颇佳。
猪牙皂：祛顽痰，通窍开闭，祛风杀虫。辛散走窜之力极强，外用有散结消肿之效。
丁香：温中降逆，温肾助阳。所含挥发油丁香油酚有局部麻醉止痛作用。
花椒：温中止痛，杀虫，止痒。本品挥发油有麻醉止痛作用。
乳香：活血行气止痛，消肿生肌。用于伤科跌打损伤，疮疡痈肿及瘀血阻滞诸痛者。
没药：活血止痛，消肿生肌。
土鳖虫：破血逐瘀，接骨续筋，用于跌打损伤筋伤骨折，瘀肿疼痛。
冰片：开窍醒神，清热止痛。
上述组份科学、合理配伍，互相支持，有效用于治疗骨科疼痛，疗效好，用药安全，并经临床资料得到了充分证明，有关临床资料如下：
1骨科疼痛症的入选标准
选择骨科疼痛的患者100例，其中颈椎病15例、腰椎间盘突出症30例、肩周炎15例、膝骨性关节病20例、髋关节滑膜炎10例、跌打损伤10例。
疗效评定标准
疗效评定：“治愈”临床症状消失，功能活动恢复正常，“显效”临床症状基本或大部分消失，“有效”临床症状明显好转或好转，“无效”临床症状体征无改变。
治疗方案
本发明中药膏的使用方法：患处清洁处理，将药膏贴于患处，药膏贴规格160×120mm，有效成分5g，1贴3天，3贴1疗程。过敏体质慎用，孕妇慎用。
统计学处理
骨科疼痛的患者100例，1-5贴膏药治愈32例，显效40例，有效25例，无效3例；总有效率97％，表明该发明中药膏治疗骨科疼痛效果显著，达到了临床治疗目的，并且在治疗过程中，未见明显不良反应。

病例5，许XX，女，55岁，务农，双膝关节疼痛肿胀，功能活动受限，双膝关节骨质增生，髌上囊少量积液，使用本膏药4贴，12天症状基本消失，正常行走，3个月后回访无复发。
结论
上述临床试验证明，本发明是治疗骨科疼痛的有效药物，配伍精当，疗效显著，无毒无副作用，治愈率高达97%，且材料简单易得，制作工艺简单，耗费成本低，主要用于颈腰椎病、肩周炎、骨性关节病、风湿性关节病、滑膜炎、足跟痛、跌打损伤及骨折等骨科疼痛疾病，具有实际的临床意义和良好的推广应用价值。

1.一种治疗骨科疼痛的中药膏，其特征在于，该中药膏是由以下重量份数计的原料制成：麻黄15-25份、羌活25-35份、白芷25-35份、防风25-35份、威灵仙25-35份、木瓜25-35份、寻骨风25-35份、海风藤25-35份、虎杖25-35份、山柰15-25份、独活15-25份、当归15-25份、川牛膝15-25份、杜仲25-35份、续断25-35份、生川乌25-35份、生草乌25-35份、天南星15-25份、马钱子25-35份、三七15-25份、血竭15-25份、蜈蚣10-20份、全蝎10-20份、猪牙皂25-35份、丁香25-35份、花椒25-35份、乳香20-35份、没药20-35份、土鳖虫25-35份、冰片25-35份、医用压敏胶80-120份、氮酮4-6份。
