下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床资料
采用本发明制备的膏药从2014年3月—2015年3月，共治疗急性腰扭伤患者127例，其中男性71例，女性56例，年龄14—68岁，平均38.1岁。
二、治疗方法
贴本发明所制备的中药膏药，每天一贴。
三、疗效评定标准
痊愈：经治疗后腰痛症状消失，活动自如，能正常工作和劳动；
显效：腰痛症状明显减轻，腰部活动仍有受限；
有效：腰痛症状减轻，腰部活动仍受限；
无效：腰痛症状无改善。
四、治疗结果
本发明治疗急性腰扭伤患者127例，经过2—7天的治疗，痊愈120例，占94.4%，显效4例，占3.1％，有效2例，占1.5%，无效1例，占0.7%，总有效率为99.3%，未见任何副作用；治愈120例中，2天治愈28例，3天治愈37例，4天治愈44例，5—7天治愈18例；结果表明，本发明具有疗效好，见效快，无毒副作用，愈后不易复发的优点。
五、典型病例
1.刘某，女，26岁，患者自诉搬抬重物时不慎腰部扭伤，疼痛难忍，不能行走，卧床不能翻身，活动受限。贴本发明所制备的中药膏药，第二天疼痛感明显减轻，又继续贴用2天，腰部活动恢复正常，症状及体征完全消失，随访一年未见复发。
2.刘某，男，54岁，患者自诉因搬抬重物不慎腰部左侧扭伤，疼痛剧烈，不能行走，CT扫描腰椎未见异常。贴本发明所制备的中药膏药2天，腰部疼痛感明显消失，又继续贴用3天，腰部活动自如，症状、体征完全消失，治愈，随访一年未见复发。
3.马某，男，37岁，因在家搬抬重物时腰部扭伤，疼痛难忍，不能直立，卧床不能翻身，咳嗽、打喷嚏时疼痛加重。贴本发制备的中药膏药3天后，腰部疼痛感完全消失，恢复正常，随访半年未见复发。
4.吴某，男，36岁，患者自诉搬抬重物时不慎将腰部扭伤，疼痛难忍，不能行走，咳嗽、打喷嚏时疼痛加重。贴本发明制备的中药膏药2天，症状明显好转，又继续贴用2天后，症状、体征完全消失，治愈。
