具备行驶用的电动机的汽车
技术领域
本发明涉及具备行驶用的电动机的汽车,详细地说,涉及具备电动机、第一蓄电池、第二蓄电池、第一升压转换器以及第二升压转换器的汽车。
背景技术
以往,作为这种汽车,提出了如下的方案:在具备行驶用的发动机及电动机和与电动机交换电力的蓄电池的结构中,控制发动机和电动机,以在第一CD(Charge Depleting:电量耗尽)模式、第二CD模式以及CS(Charge Sustaining:电量维持)模式之间切换而行驶(例如,参照国际公开2013/121574)。在此,第一CD模式及第二CD模式是使EV行驶和HV行驶中的EV行驶优先于CS模式的模式。EV行驶是不伴随发动机的运转的行驶,HV行驶是伴随着发动机的运转的行驶。第二CD模式是与第一CD模式相比使EV行驶持续(使关于要求功率的发动机的起动阈值变大)并且使EV行驶时的行驶功率的上限值变小的模式。
发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在具备行驶用的电动机的汽车中,在具备第一蓄电池和额定容量比第一蓄电池小的第二蓄电池的情况下,根据第一蓄电池及第二蓄电池的使用方法的不同,有时无法充分发挥与模式相应的行驶性能。若在第二CD模式下第二蓄电池的蓄电比例变得比较低,则在随后从第二CD模式切换成了第一CD模式时,有时无法从第二蓄电池输出足够的电力从而无法充分发挥与第一CD模式相应的行驶性能。
鉴于上述情况,本发明提供一种在根据模式来切换电动机的上限输出的汽车中能够发挥与模式相应的行驶性能的汽车。
于是,根据本发明的一观点,提供一种具备行驶用的电动机的汽车,该汽车具有第一蓄电池、第二蓄电池、第一升压转换器、第二升压转换器以及电子控制单元。所述第二蓄电池构成为具有比所述第一蓄电池的额定容量小的额定容量。所述第一升压转换器构成为伴随着向所述第一升压转换器输入的电压的升压而将来自所述第一蓄电池的电力向所述电动机供给。所述第二升压转换器构成为伴随着向所述第二升压转换器输入的电压的升压而将来自所述第二蓄电池的电力向所述电动机供给。所述电子控制单元构成为:(i)从包括第一模式和第二模式的多个模式中设定执行用模式,并基于所述执行用模式来控制所述电动机,在此,所述第一模式是在以第一输出为上限的范围内驱动所述电动机的模式,且所述第二模式是在以比所述第一输出小的第二输出为上限的范围内驱动所述电动机的模式;(ii)根据所述执行用模式来控制所述第一升压转换器和所述第二升压转换器;并且(iii)在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,以与所述执行用模式为所述第一模式时相比分配率变小的方式控制所述第一升压转换器和所述第二升压转换器,该分配率是所述第二蓄电池的放电电力相对于所述第一蓄电池和所述第二蓄电池的总放电电力的比例。
在本发明的具备行驶用的电动机的汽车中,从包括在以第一输出为上限的范围内驱动电动机的第一模式和在以比第一输出小的第二输出为上限的范围内驱动电动机的第二模式的多个模式中设定执行用模式,基于执行用模式来控制电动机。并且,在执行用模式为第二模式时,以与执行用模式为第一模式时相比第二蓄电池的放电电力相对于第一蓄电池和第二蓄电池的总放电电力的比例即分配率变小的方式控制第一升压转换器和第二升压转换器。由此,在第二模式时,能够与第一模式时相比抑制第二蓄电池的蓄电比例的降低的程度。其结果,在随后切换成了第一模式时,能够抑制在第一模式下无法从第二蓄电池放出足够的电力这一不良状况的情况,能够抑制无法充分发挥与第一模式相对的行驶性能的情况。
在所述具备行驶用的电动机的汽车中,所述电子控制单元可以构成为,在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,以使所述分配率的值成为0的方式进行控制。另外,所述电子控制单元也可以构成为,以在所述执行用模式为所述第一模式时使所述分配率成为规定值的值而在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时使所述分配率成为比0大且比该规定值小的值的方式进行控制。而且,所述电子控制单元还可以构成为,在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,停止驱动所述第二升压转换器。这样一来,在第二模式时,能够进一步抑制第二蓄电池的蓄电比例的降低的程度。
在所述具备行驶用的电动机的汽车中,电子控制单元可以构成为:(i)将所述第一输出设定成所述第一蓄电池的容许放电电力与所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力之和;并且(ii)将所述第二输出设定成所述第一蓄电池的容许放电电力。这样一来,在第一模式时,在第一蓄电池的容许放电电力与第二蓄电池的容许放电电力之和的范围内驱动电动机,所以能够更充分地发挥与第一模式相应的行驶性能。另外,在第二模式时,在第一蓄电池的容许放电电力的范围内驱动电动机,所以即使将分配率设定为值0或比所述规定值小的值,也能够更充分地发挥与第二模式相应的行驶性能。
在所述具备行驶用的电动机的汽车中,电子控制单元可以构成为:(i)在所述第二蓄电池的温度比容许温度范围高时,以与处于该容许温度范围内时相比所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力变小的方式设定所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力;并且(ii)在所述第二蓄电池的蓄电比例比容许比例范围小时,以与处于该容许比例范围内时相比所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力变小的方式设定所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力。这样一来,在第二模式时,通过使分配率变小,能够抑制第二蓄电池的蓄电比例的降低及第二蓄电池的温度上升,从而抑制第二蓄电池的容许放电电力变小。其结果,在随后切换成了第一模式时,能够抑制在第一模式下无法从第二蓄电池放出足够的电力这一不良状况的产生。

具体实施方式
接着,使用实施方式对用于实施本发明的方式进行说明。
图1是示出作为本发明的一实施方式的混合动力汽车20的结构的概略的结构图。图2是示出包括电动机MG1、MG2的电机驱动系统的结构的概略的结构图。
如图1所示,实施方式的混合动力汽车20具备发动机22、行星齿轮组30、电动机MG1、MG2、变换器41、42、第一、第二升压转换器54、55、第一、第二蓄电池50、51、第一、第二系统主继电器56、57、充电器60以及混合动力用电子控制单元(以下,称作HVECU)70。
发动机22构成为以汽油、轻油等为燃料而输出动力的内燃机。该发动机22由发动机用电子控制单元(以下,称作“发动机ECU”)24进行运转控制。
发动机ECU24构成为以CPU为中心的微处理器。并且,发动机ECU24除了CPU之外还具备存储处理程序的ROM、暂时存储数据的RAM、输入输出端口以及通信端口。经由输入端口向发动机ECU24输入对发动机22进行运转控制所需的来自各种传感器的信号。该来自各种传感器的信号例如是来自检测发动机22的曲轴26的旋转位置的曲轴位置传感器23的曲轴角θcr等。经由输出端口从发动机ECU24输出用于对发动机22进行运转控制的各种控制信号。发动机ECU24经由通信端口与HVECU70连接。此外,发动机ECU24基于来自曲轴位置传感器23的曲轴角θcr来运算发动机22的转速Ne。
行星齿轮组30构成为单小齿轮行星齿轮机构(single pinion planetary gearmechanism)。行星齿轮组30的太阳轮连接于电动机MG1的转子。行星齿轮组30的齿圈连接于经由差动齿轮37与驱动轮38a、38b连结的驱动轴36。行星齿轮组30的齿轮架连接于发动机22的曲轴26。
电动机MG1例如构成为同步发电电动机,如上所述,转子连接于行星齿轮组30的太阳轮。电动机MG2例如构成为同步发电电动机,转子连接于驱动轴36。变换器41、42用于驱动电动机MG1、MG2,连接于高电压系统电力线46。通过由电动机用电子控制单元(以下,称作“电动机ECU”)40对变换器41、42的未图示的多个开关元件进行开关控制,来驱动电动机MG1、MG2旋转。
如图2所示,第一升压转换器54连接于与变换器41、42连接的高电压系统电力线46和与第一蓄电池50连接的第一低电压系统电力线47。该第一升压转换器54具有两个晶体管T11、T12、两个二极管D11、D12以及电抗器L1。晶体管T11连接于高电压系统电力线46的正极线。晶体管T12连接于晶体管T11和高电压系统电力线46及第一低电压系统电力线47的负极线。两个二极管D11、D12分别以逆向的方式并联连接于晶体管T11、T12。电抗器L1连接于晶体管T11、T12的中间点Cn1和第一低电压系统电力线47的正极线。第一升压转换器54通过由电动机ECU40调节晶体管T11、T12的接通时间的比例,从而伴随着电压的升压而将第一低电压系统电力线47的电力向高电压系统电力线46供给,或者伴随着电压的降压而将高电压系统电力线46的电力向第一低电压系统电力线47供给。
第二升压转换器55连接于高电压系统电力线46和与第二蓄电池51连接的第二低电压系统电力线48。该第二升压转换器55具有两个晶体管T21、T22、两个二极管D21、D22以及电抗器L2。晶体管T21连接于高电压系统电力线46的正极线。晶体管T22连接于晶体管T21和高电压系统电力线46及第二低电压系统电力线48的负极线。两个二极管D21、D22分别以逆向的方式并联连接于晶体管T21、T22。电抗器L2连接于晶体管T21、T22的中间点Cn2和第二低电压系统电力线48的正极线。第二升压转换器55通过由电动机ECU40调节晶体管T21、T22的接通时间的比例,从而伴随着电压的升压而将第二低电压系统电力线48的电力向高电压系统电力线46供给,或者伴随着电压的降压而将高电压系统电力线46的电力向第二低电压系统电力线48供给。
在高电压系统电力线46的正极母线和负极母线安装有平滑用的电容器46a。在第一低电压系统电力线47的正极母线和负极母线安装有平滑用的电容器47a。在第二低电压系统电力线48的正极母线和负极母线安装有平滑用的电容器48a。
电动机ECU40构成为以CPU为中心的微处理器,除了CPU之外还具备存储处理程序的ROM、暂时存储数据的RAM、输入输出端口以及通信端口。如图1所示,经由输入端口向电动机ECU40输入对电动机MG1、MG2、第一、第二升压转换器54、55进行驱动控制所需的来自各种传感器的信号。作为向电动机ECU40输入的信号,例如有来自检测电动机MG1、MG2的转子的旋转位置的旋转位置检测传感器43、44的旋转位置θm1、θm2等。另外,作为向电动机ECU40输入的信号,还有电压VH、电压VL1、VL2等。在此,电压VH是来自安装于电容器46a的端子间的电压传感器46b的电容器46a(高电压系统电力线46)的电压。电压VL1是来自安装于电容器47a的端子间的电压传感器47b的电容器47a(第一低电压系统电力线47)的电压。电压VL2是来自安装于电容器48a的端子间的电压传感器48b的电容器48a(第二低电压系统电力线48)的电压。而且,也可举出来自安装于第一低电压系统电力线47的正极母线的电流传感器54a的电抗器L1的电流IL1、来自安装于第二低电压系统电力线48的正极母线的电流传感器55a的电抗器L2的电流IL2等。
经由输出端口从电动机ECU40输出向变换器41、42的未图示的多个开关元件的开关控制信号、向第一、第二升压转换器54、55的未图示的多个开关元件的开关控制信号等。电动机ECU40经由通信端口与HVECU70连接。电动机ECU40基于来自旋转位置检测传感器43、44的电动机MG1、MG2的转子的旋转位置θm1、θm2来运算电动机MG1、MG2的转速Nm1、Nm2。
第一蓄电池50例如构成为锂离子二次电池或镍氢二次电池。如上所述,第一蓄电池50连接于第一低电压系统电力线47。第二蓄电池51例如构成为锂离子二次电池或镍氢二次电池。如上所述,第二蓄电池51连接于第二低电压系统电力线48。在实施方式中,第一蓄电池50构成为高容量型的蓄电池。第二蓄电池51构成为与第一蓄电池50相比额定容量小(且输出密度高)的蓄电池。第一、第二蓄电池50、51由蓄电池用电子控制单元(以下,称作蓄电池ECU)52管理。
蓄电池ECU52构成为以CPU为中心的微处理器,除了CPU之外还具备存储处理程序的ROM、暂时存储数据的RAM、输入输出端口以及通信端口。经由输入端口向蓄电池ECU52输入对第一、第二蓄电池50、51进行管理所需的信号。作为向蓄电池ECU52输入的信号,例如可举出来自设置于第一、第二蓄电池50、51的端子间的电压传感器50a、51a的第一、第二蓄电池50、51的电压Vb1、Vb2、来自安装于第一、第二蓄电池50、51的输出端子的电流传感器50b、51b的第一、第二蓄电池50、51的电流Ib1、Ib2、来自安装于第一、第二蓄电池50、51的温度传感器50c、51c的第一、第二蓄电池50、51的温度Tb1、Tb2等。
蓄电池ECU52经由通信端口与HVECU70连接。蓄电池ECU52基于来自电流传感器50b、51b的第一、第二蓄电池50、51的电流Ib1、Ib2的累计值来运算蓄电比例SOC1、SOC2。在此,蓄电比例SOC1、SOC2是能够从第一、第二蓄电池50、51放出的电力的容量相对于第一、第二蓄电池50、51的额定容量(总容量)Sr1、Sr2的比例。
另外,蓄电池ECU52基于来自温度传感器50c、51c的第一、第二蓄电池50、51的温度Tb1、Tb2和蓄电比例SOC1、SOC2来运算输出限制Wout1、Wout2。在此,输出限制Wout1、Wout2是可以从第一、第二蓄电池50、51放出的容许放电电力。在实施方式中,考虑第一、第二蓄电池50、51的特性而以如下方式设定输出限制Wout1、Wout2:在温度Tb1、Tb2比容许温度范围高时,与处于容许温度范围内时相比,输出限制Wout1、Wout2变小,并且,在蓄电比例SOC1、SOC2比容许比例范围小时,与处于容许范围内时相比,输出限制Wout1、Wout2变小。
此外,第一蓄电池50由未图示的冷却装置进行冷却(抑制温度上升),以使得即使在第一、第二蓄电池50、51中仅第一蓄电池50与电动机MG1、MG2交换电力时,温度Tb1也会处于容许温度范围内。即,由该冷却装置抑制温度上升,以使得输出限制Wout不会因温度Tb1高于容许温度范围而变小。
第一系统主继电器56设置于第一低电压系统电力线47,进行第一升压转换器54与第一蓄电池50的连接及连接的解除。第二系统主继电器57设置于第二低电压系统电力线48,进行第二升压转换器55与第二蓄电池51的连接及连接的解除。
充电器60连接于第二低电压系统电力线48。并且,充电器60构成为,在自己的住宅、充电站等充电点将电源插头61连接于家庭用电源、工业用电源等外部电源时,能够进行使用来自外部电源的电力对第一、第二蓄电池50、51进行充电的外部充电。
HVECU70构成为以CPU为中心的微处理器,除了CPU之外还具备储存处理程序的ROM、暂时储存数据的RAM、输入输出端口以及通信端口。向HVECU70输入的信号例如是来自点火开关80的点火信号、来自档位传感器82的档位SP、来自加速器踏板位置传感器84的加速器开度Acc、来自强制降档(kick-down)开关84a的通断信号等。另外,也向HVECU70输入来自制动器踏板位置传感器86的制动器踏板位置BP、来自车速传感器88的车速V、来自模式切换开关89的开关信号SW等信号。强制降档开关84a的位置被调节成,强制降档开关84a在加速器踏板的踩踏量相对于整体成为规定量(例如,75%、80%、85%等)时与加速器踏板抵接。该强制降档开关84a在从与加速器踏板抵接起到与加速器踏板的抵接解除为止的期间输出接通信号。在降档开关84a安装有未图示的弹簧,以使得加速器踏板与降档开关84a抵接以后的加速器操作感(踩踏感)与此前相比变重。模式切换开关89是指示后述的第一CD模式与第二CD模式的切换的开关。经由输出端口从HVECU70输出向第一、第二系统主继电器56、57的控制信号、向充电器60的控制信号等。如上所述,HVECU70经由通信端口与发动机ECU24、电动机ECU40以及蓄电池ECU52连接。
在这样构成的实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,在CD(Charge Depleting:电量耗尽)模式或CS(Charge Sustaining:电量维持)模式下进行混合动力行驶(HV行驶)或电动行驶(EV行驶)。在此,CD模式是与CS模式相比使EV行驶更优先的模式。HV行驶是伴随着发动机22的运转而行驶的模式。EV行驶是不伴随发动机22的运转而行驶的模式。
在实施方式中,在自己的住宅、充电站等充电点系统关闭(系统停止)而停车的期间,当电源插头61被连接于外部电源时,HVECU70控制充电器60和第一、第二升压转换器54、55,以使用来自外部电源的电力对第一、第二蓄电池50、51进行充电。并且,在系统开启(系统起动)时第一蓄电池50的蓄电比例SOC1大于阈值Shv1(例如45%、50%、55%等)的情况下,在第一蓄电池50的蓄电比例SOC1到达阈值Shv2(例如25%、30%、35%等)以下之前,以CD模式行驶,在第一蓄电池50的蓄电比例SOC1到达了阈值Shv2以下以后,以CS模式行驶,直到系统关闭。另外,在系统开启时在第一蓄电池50的蓄电比例SOC1为阈值Shv1以下的情况下,以CS模式行驶,直到系统关闭。
另外,在实施方式中,作为CD模式,具有第一CD模式和第二CD模式。在此,第一CD模式是CD模式中的在EV行驶期间用户的加速器要求变得比较大时起动发动机22(向HV行驶转变)的模式。第二CD模式是CD模式中的与第一CD模式相比限制行驶性能(的上限)并且仅在EV行驶期间接通了强制降档开关84a时起动发动机22(与第一CD模式相比不容易起动发动机22)的模式。此外,第二CD模式也可以设为无论要求转矩Tp*、强制降档开关84a的状态如何都不起动发动机22(持续进行EV行驶)的模式。第一CD模式与第二CD模式的切换根据驾驶员对切换开关89的操作而进行。
在第一CD模式下的EV行驶中,HVECU70基于加速器开度Acc和车速V来设定行驶所要求(驱动轴36所要求)的要求转矩Tp*。接着,设定作为电动机MG1、MG2的最大容许输出的功率限制Pmax,将所设定的功率限制Pmax除以电动机MG2的转速Nm2来设定作为可以从电动机MG2输出的转矩的上限的转矩限制Tm2max。在实施方式中,将第一、第二蓄电池50、51的输出限制Wout1、Wout2之和设定为功率限制Pmax。
接着,将要求转矩Tp*与转矩限制Tm2max进行比较。并且,在要求转矩Tp*为转矩限制Tm2max以下时,将要求转矩Tp*设定成电动机MG2的转矩指令Tm2*并向电动机ECU40发送。电动机ECU40在接收到转矩指令Tm2*时,以使电动机MG2由转矩指令Tm2*驱动的方式进行变换器42的多个开关元件的开关控制。
在要求转矩Tp*比转矩限制Tm2max大时,判定为起动发动机22。当判定为起动发动机22时,通过HVECU70、发动机ECU24以及电动机ECU40的协调控制来伴随着电动机MG1对发动机22的起转而起动发动机22,向HV行驶转变。
在第二CD模式下的EV行驶中,HVECU70基于加速器开度Acc和车速V来设定要求转矩Tp*。接着,将比第一CD模式小的值设定为功率限制Pmax,将所设定的功率限制Pmax除以电动机MG2的转速Nm2来设定电动机MG2的转矩限制Tm2max。在实施方式中,将第一蓄电池50的输出限制Wout1设定为功率限制Pmax。
接着,判定强制降档开关84a是接通还是断开。并且,在强制降档开关84a为断开时,将利用转矩限制Tm2max限制了要求转矩Tp*的值设定成电动机MG2的转矩指令Tm2*并向电动机ECU40发送。电动机ECU40在接收到转矩指令Tm2*时,以使电动机MG2由转矩指令Tm2*驱动的方式进行变换器42的多个开关元件的开关控制。
在强制降档开关84a为接通时,判定为起动发动机22。当判定为起动发动机22时,通过HVECU70、发动机ECU24以及电动机ECU40的协调控制来伴随着电动机MG1对发动机22的起转而起动发动机22,向HV行驶转变。
另外,在第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的EV行驶中,HVECU70基于电动机MG2的转矩指令Tm2*及转速Nm2来设定高电压系统电力线46的目标电压VH*,并且计算电动机MG2的转矩指令Tm2*与转速Nm2之积作为电动机MG2的目标电力Pm2*。接着,基于高电压系统电力线46的电压VH及目标电压VH*和电动机MG2的目标电力Pm2*来设定第一、第二升压转换器54、55的电抗器L1、L2的总目标电流ILsum*。然后,将总目标电流ILsum*乘以分配率(1-Di)、Di来计算电抗器L1、L2的目标电流IL1*、IL2*,并将该目标电流IL1*、IL2*向电动机ECU40发送。在此,分配率Di是电抗器L2的电流IL2相对于电抗器L1、L2的总电流ILsum的比例。关于该分配率Di的设定方法,将在后文叙述。电动机ECU40在接收到电抗器L1、L2的目标电流IL1*、IL2*时,以使电抗器L1、L2的电流IL1、IL2成为目标电流IL1*、IL2*的方式进行第一、第二升压转换器54、55的晶体管T11、T12、T21、T22的开关控制。通过这样的控制,在分配率Di小时,与分配率Di大时相比,相对于总电流Ilsum的电抗器L2的电流IL2变小,相对于来自第一、第二蓄电池50、51的总电力Pbsum的来自第二蓄电池51的放电电力Pb2(=Vb2·Ib2)变小。
关于第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的HV行驶、CS模式下的EV行驶、HV行驶,由于不构成本发明的核心,所以省略详细的说明。
接着,对这样构成的实施方式的混合动力汽车20的动作、尤其是设定在第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的EV行驶中的第一、第二升压转换器54、55的控制中使用的分配率Di时的动作进行说明。图3是示出由实施方式的HVECU70执行的分配率设定例程的一例的流程图。该例程在第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的EV行驶时反复执行。
当执行分配率设定例程时,HVECU70首先输入模式Md(步骤S100)。在此,关于模式Md,输入根据模式切换开关89的状态而设定的模式(第一CD模式或第二CD模式)。
当这样输入数据后,判定所输入的模式Md是第一CD模式还是第二CD模式(步骤S110)。并且,在模式Md为第一CD模式时,将正的值Di1设定为分配率Di(步骤S120),结束本例程。在此,值Di1可以根据第一、第二蓄电池50、51的蓄电比例SOC1、SOC2的关系、输出限制Wout1、Wout2的关系来设定,也可以以使车辆整体的效率变得良好的方式来设定,还可以使用一定值(例如,第二蓄电池51的额定容量Sr2相对于第一、第二蓄电池50、51的额定容量Sr1、Sr2之和的比例等)。
在步骤S110中模式Md为第二CD模式时,将值0设定为分配率Di(步骤S130),结束本例程。在该情况下,第二升压转换器55的电抗器L2的目标电流IL2*的值成为0,所以停止驱动第二升压转换器55。此外,除此之外,也可以将第二系统主继电器57断开而解除第二蓄电池51与第二升压转换器55的连接。
这样,在第二CD模式(与第一CD模式相比限制行驶性能的模式)下的EV行驶中,通过将值0设定为分配率Di,与第一CD模式下的EV行驶时相比,电抗器L2的电流IL2(来自第二蓄电池51的放电电力Pb2)变小(成为值0)。因而,能够抑制第二蓄电池51的蓄电比例SOC的降低(的程度)、第二蓄电池51的温度上升,能够抑制第二蓄电池51的输出限制Wout2变小。其结果,在随后操作模式切换开关89而从第二CD模式切换成了第一CD模式时,能够抑制在第一CD模式下无法从第二蓄电池51放出足够的电力这一不良状况的产生,能够抑制无法充分发挥与第一CD模式相应的行驶性能的情况。此外,如上所述,由于第一蓄电池50由未图示的冷却装置冷却(抑制温度上升),以使得即使在第一、第二蓄电池50、51中仅第一蓄电池50与电动机MG1、MG2交换电力时,温度Tb1也处于容许温度范围内,所以即使在第二CD模式下将分配率Di设为值0,也不会出现问题。
在以上说明的实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,在第一CD模式下的EV行驶时,将正的值Di1设定为分配率Di,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,将值0设定为分配率Di。并且,在该分配率Di小时,以与该分配率Di大时相比电抗器L2的电流IL2(来自第二蓄电池51的放电电力Pb2)变小的方式控制第一、第二升压转换器54、55。由此,在从第二CD模式切换成了第一CD模式时,能够抑制在第一CD模式下无法从第二蓄电池51放出足够的电力这一不良状况的产生,能够抑制无法充分发挥与第一CD模式相应的行驶性能的情况。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,在第一CD模式下的EV行驶时,将正的值Di1设定为分配率Di,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,将值0设定为分配率Di。但是,也可以是,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,将比0大且比值Di1小的值设定为分配率Di。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,在第一CD模式下的EV行驶时,将第一、第二蓄电池50、51的输出限制Wout1、Wout2之和设定为功率限制Pmax,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,将第一蓄电池50的输出限制Wout1设定为功率限制Pmax。但是,不限于此,只要使第二CD模式下的EV行驶时的功率限制Pmax比第一CD模式下的EV行驶时的功率限制Pmax小即可。因而,也可以是,在第一CD模式下的EV行驶时,将比第一、第二蓄电池50、51的输出限制Wout1、Wout2之和稍小的值设定为功率限制Pmax。另外,也可以是,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,将比第一蓄电池50的输出限制Wout1稍大的值或稍小的值设定为功率限制Pmax。此外,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时将比第一蓄电池50的输出限制Wout稍大的值设定为功率限制Pmax时,需要以能够利用来自第一、第二蓄电池50、51的电力来提供电动机MG2的目标电力Pm2*的方式(以来自第一蓄电池50的放电电力处于输出限制Wout1的范围内的方式)设定分配率Di。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,虽然没有特别进行说明,但也可以是,在第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的HV行驶时,与第一CD模式、第二CD模式下的EV行驶时同样,根据模式Md来设定分配率Di,在该分配率Di小时,以与该分配率Di大时相比电抗器L2的电流IL2(来自第二蓄电池51的放电电力Pb2)变小的方式控制第一、第二升压转换器54、55。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,具有第一CD模式和第二CD模式作为CD模式,第一CD模式与第二CD模式的切换根据切换开关89的操作而进行。但是,也可以是,除了第一CD模式和第二CD模式之外还具有第三CD模式作为CD模式,第一CD模式、第二CD模式以及第三CD模式的切换根据切换开关89的操作而进行。第三CD模式是除了无论要求转矩Tp*、强制降档开关84a的状态如何都不起动发动机22(持续进行EV行驶)这一点之外与第一CD模式相同的模式。在第三CD模式下的EV行驶中,与第一CD模式下的EV行驶同样,将第一、第二蓄电池50、51的输出限制Wout1、Wout2之和设定为功率限制Pmax,并且在该范围内设定电动机MG2的转矩指令Tm2*来控制电动机MG2,将值Di1设定为分配率Di来控制第一、第二升压转换器54、55。在该情况下,也与实施方式同样,在第二CD模式下的EV行驶时,通过将值0设定为分配率Di,从而在随后操作模式切换开关89而从第二CD模式切换成了第一CD模式或第三CD模式时,能够抑制在第一CD模式或第三CD模式下无法从第二蓄电池51放出足够的电力这一不良状况的产生,能够抑制无法充分发挥与第一CD模式或第三CD模式相应的行驶性能的情况。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,具备电动机ECU40和HVECU70。但是,也可以将电动机ECU40和HVECU70构成为单一的电子控制单元。
在实施方式的混合动力汽车20中,构成为将发动机22及电动机MG1经由行星齿轮组30连接于与驱动轮38a、38b连结的驱动轴36,并且将电动机MG2连接于驱动轴36。但是,也可以如图4的第一变形例的混合动力汽车120所示那样,构成为将电动机MG经由变速器130连接于与驱动轮38a、38b连结的驱动轴36,并且经由将发动机22离合器129连接于电动机MG的旋转轴。另外,也可以如图5的第二变形例的混合动力汽车220所示那样,构成为将发电用的电动机MG1连接于发动机22的输出轴,并且将行驶用的电动机MG2连接于与驱动轮38a、38b连结的驱动轴36的所谓的串联混合动力汽车。而且,还可以如图6的第三变形例的电动汽车320所示那样,构成为将行驶用的电动机MG连接于与驱动轮38a、38b连结的驱动轴36的电动汽车。
对实施方式的主要要素与发明内容一栏所记载的发明的主要要素的对应关系进行说明。在实施方式中,电动机MG2是“电动机”的一例。第一蓄电池50是“第一蓄电池”的一例。第二蓄电池51是“第二蓄电池”的一例。第一升压转换器54是“第一升压转换器”的一例。第二升压转换器55是“第二升压转换器”的一例。HVECU70和电动机ECU40是“电子控制单元”的一例。
此外,由于实施方式是用于对用于实施发明内容一栏所记载的发明的方式进行具体说明的一例,所以实施方式的主要要素与发明内容一栏所记载的发明的主要要素的对应关系不对发明内容一栏所记载的发明的要素进行限定。即,关于发明内容一栏所记载的发明的解释应该基于该栏的记载来进行,实施方式只不过是发明内容一栏所记载的发明的具体一例。
以上,虽然使用实施方式对用于实施本发明的方式进行了说明,但本发明不受这样的实施方式的任何限定,当然能够在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内以各种方式来实施。

Claims (6)

1.一种汽车,具备行驶用的电动机,其特征在于,具备:
第一蓄电池;
第二蓄电池,构成为具有比所述第一蓄电池的额定容量小的额定容量;
第一升压转换器,构成为伴随着向该第一升压转换器输入的电压的升压而将来自所述第一蓄电池的电力向所述电动机供给;
第二升压转换器,构成为伴随着向该第二升压转换器输入的电压的升压而将来自所述第二蓄电池的电力向所述电动机供给;以及
电子控制单元,
该电子控制单元构成为:
(i)从包括第一模式和第二模式的多个模式中设定执行用模式,并基于所述执行用模式来控制所述电动机,所述第一模式是在以第一输出为上限的范围内驱动所述电动机的模式,且所述第二模式是在以比所述第一输出小的第二输出为上限的范围内驱动所述电动机的模式;
(ii)根据所述执行用模式来控制所述第一升压转换器和所述第二升压转换器;并且
(iii)在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,以与所述执行用模式为所述第一模式时相比分配率变小的方式控制所述第一升压转换器和所述第二升压转换器,该分配率是所述第二蓄电池的放电电力相对于所述第一蓄电池和所述第二蓄电池的总放电电力的比例。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元构成为,在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,以使所述分配率的值成为0的方式进行控制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元构成为,以在所述执行用模式为所述第一模式时使所述分配率成为规定值而在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时使所述分配率成为比0大且比该规定值小的值的方式进行控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元构成为,在所述执行用模式为所述第二模式时,停止驱动所述第二升压转换器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元构成为:
(i)将所述第一输出设定成所述第一蓄电池的容许放电电力与所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力之和;并且
(ii)将所述第二输出设定成所述第一蓄电池的容许放电电力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车,其特征在于,
所述电子控制单元构成为:
(i)在所述第二蓄电池的温度比容许温度范围高时,以与处于该容许温度范围内时相比所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力变小的方式设定所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力;并且
(ii)在所述第二蓄电池的蓄电比例比容许比例范围小时,以与处于该容许比例范围内时相比所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力变小的方式设定所述第二蓄电池的容许放电电力。
