Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于纺织的材料,是将甲壳素预处理后得到的甲壳素纤维与普通纤维混合制备的,所述甲壳素的制备方法为:将动物甲壳放在温水里浸泡3min,经过酸化脱钙和以碱消化脱蛋白后,再经过脱碱和脱乙酰过程得到甲壳素;所述甲壳素的预处理方法为将甲壳素经过湿法纺丝法处理,所述酸化脱钙使用的为1.5mol盐酸;所述以碱消化脱蛋白使用的是1.5mol的氢氧化钠溶液,其中用到的甲壳素纤维,具有良好的抗菌效果,手感外观良好,并且此种纺织材料制备工艺简单,只需与普通纤维混合即可达到增强韧度及抗菌的效果,市场前景良好。

本发明涉及一种用于纺织的材料。
背景技术
纤维(Fiber):一般是指细而长的材料,纤维具有弹性模量大,塑性形变小,强度高等特点,有很高的结晶能力,分子量小,一般为几万。纤维经常用于纺织领域,一种常见的纺织材料。甲壳素是存在于自然界中的低等植物菌类、藻类的细胞,甲壳动物虾、蟹、昆虫的外壳,高等植物的细胞壁等,是从蟹、虾壳中应用遗传基因工程提取的动物性高分子纤维素,被欧美中日政府认定为机能性免疫物质。现有的纺织工艺中,多用到植物纤维,对于动物纤维很少涉及,动物纤维中,又以甲壳素纤维最为坚韧且抗菌效果好,适用范围极广。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于纺织的材料,从而解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种用于纺织的材料,其特征在于,是将甲壳素预处理后得到的甲壳素纤维与普通纤维混合制备的,所述甲壳素的制备方法为:将动物甲壳放在温水里浸泡3min,经过酸化脱钙和以碱消化脱蛋白后,再经过脱碱和脱乙酰过程得到甲壳素;所述甲壳素的预处理方法为将甲壳素经过湿法纺丝法处理,所述酸化脱钙使用的为1.5mol盐酸;所述以碱消化脱蛋白使用的是1.5mol的氢氧化钠溶液。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述普通纤维为莫代尔纤维或动物毛发纤维;所述甲壳素纤维与普通纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计(8-86):(80-22)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计(30-60):(70-40)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计1:2。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种用于纺织的材料,其中用到的甲壳素纤维,具有良好的抗菌效果,手感外观良好,并且此种纺织材料制备工艺简单,只需与普通纤维混合即可达到增强韧度及抗菌的效果,市场前景良好。

实施例1
本发明提供一种用于纺织的材料,是将甲壳素预处理后得到的甲壳素纤维与普通纤维混合制备的,所述甲壳素的制备方法为:将动物甲壳放在温水里浸泡3min,经过酸化脱钙和以碱消化脱蛋白后,再经过脱碱和脱乙酰过程得到甲壳素;所述甲壳素的预处理方法为将甲壳素经过湿法纺丝法处理,所述酸化脱钙使用的为1.5mol盐酸;所述以碱消化脱蛋白使用的是1.5mol的氢氧化钠溶液。
实施例2:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;甲壳素纤维与普通纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计85kg:15kg。
实施例3:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计75kg:25kg。
实施例4:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计35kg:65kg。
实施例5:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计20kg:70kg。

1.一种用于纺织的材料,其特征在于,是将甲壳素预处理后得到的甲壳素纤维与普通纤维混合制备的,所述甲壳素的制备方法为:将动物甲壳放在温水里浸泡3min,经过酸化脱钙和以碱消化脱蛋白后,再经过脱碱和脱乙酰过程得到甲壳素;所述甲壳素的预处理方法为将甲壳素经过湿法纺丝法处理,所述酸化脱钙使用的为1.5mol盐酸;所述以碱消化脱蛋白使用的是1.5mol的氢氧化钠溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织的材料,其特征在于,所述普通纤维为莫代尔纤维或动物毛发纤维;所述甲壳素纤维与普通纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计(8-86):(80-22)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纺织的材料,其特征在于,所述甲壳素纤维与莫代尔纤维的混合比例为按照重量份计(30-60):(70-40)。
