Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,纤维抗菌粉与所配其余原料混匀后,常规工艺制成宣纸;在宣纸上喷涂胶矾水,再烫平,即得;所述的胶矾水由下述重量份的原料制得:植物胶8‑15、海藻酸钠3‑5、明矾2‑8,水适量。采用植物胶代替动物明胶充足的生产制作原料供给,降低了生产制作成本,且制成的宣纸加工纸不易发霉变质,保存时间更久。本发明采用纤维负载杀菌的银离子,锁墨效果良好,能充分体现墨色变化,同时还能够抗菌防霉变。

Description

一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸 的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及宣纸领域,确切地说是一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法。
背景技术
宣纸是中国传统的古典书画用纸,是中国传统造纸工艺之一。宣纸“始于唐代、产于泾县”,因唐代泾县隶属宣州管辖,故因地得名宣纸,迄今已有1500余年历史。2002年安徽宣城泾县被国家确定为宣纸原产地域。
由于宣纸有易于保存,经久不脆,不会褪色等特点,故有“纸寿千年”之誉。宣纸的原材料主要是青檀,配料是稻草等农产品。
宣纸按加工方法分为原纸和加工纸。按纸张洇墨程度分为生宣、半熟宣和熟宣。熟宣是采用特种再加工技术形成更多花色品种的加工宣纸,主要分蜡宣、 矾宣、色宣、色矾宣等百余种。书法和写意画用生宣,工笔画用熟宣。按原料配比分为棉料、净皮、特种净皮三大类。规格按大小有四尺、五尺、六尺、七尺金榜、尺八屏、八尺、丈二、丈六;按丝路有单丝路、双丝路、罗纹、龟纹等。宣纸制品有素白册页、印谱、信笺和仿古对联等等。
明胶是不可或缺的最重要制作宣纸用料之一,目前市场上制造宣纸所用明胶几乎全部采用动物皮骨熬制而成,因动物皮骨熬制的明胶一方面造成大量动物被捕杀,另一方面动物明胶因其主要成分含有蛋白质,时间久后经微生物分解氧化成硫化氢(致癌物质),且易变质发臭,影响宣纸吸墨效果及保存。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照下述重量份配比配料:
宣纸草浆180-190、剑麻2-4、秸秆3-5、粘胶纤维1-3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、硫酸铜0.1-0.2、聚苹果酸0.01-0.02、椰子油酸0.1-0.3,甜菜碱0.1-0.2、聚乙烯醇0.1-0.2、氧化淀粉0.1-0.3;
(2)将剑麻、秸秆去离子水浸泡10-12小时后、磨浆、后置于密闭汽缸中,通入温度为110~300℃、压力为1.0~5.0MPa的水蒸汽,进行水解后,干燥,磨粉,得改性纤维备用;
(3)聚苹果酸、椰子油酸、甜菜碱加适量水,在40-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h后,再加入改性纤维、氧化淀粉、硫酸铜,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,再于50-70℃下干燥后,即得纤维抗菌粉备用;
(4)纤维抗菌粉与步骤(1)所配其余原料混匀后,常规工艺制成宣纸;
(5)在宣纸上喷涂胶矾水,再烫平,即得;所述的胶矾水由下述重量份的原料制得:植物胶8-15、海藻酸钠3-5、明矾2-8,水适量。
所述的利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的植物胶指的是田菁胶、瓜尔胶、胡麻胶、香豆胶中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明从根本规避了动物自身疾病带来的风险,克服了动物明胶存在防腐剂残留、动物药物残留、重金属残留等诸多缺陷。
(2)采用植物胶代替动物明胶充足的生产制作原料供给,降低了生产制作成本,且制成的宣纸加工纸不易发霉变质,保存时间更久。
(3)本发明采用纤维负载杀菌的银离子,锁墨效果良好,能充分体现墨色变化,同时还能够抗菌防霉变,蒸汽爆破处理后的纤维能够给宣纸加工纸带来更好的吸水性和韧性的同时防霉变。
具体实施方式
一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照下述重量份配比配料:
宣纸草浆180、剑麻4、秸秆5、粘胶纤维3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3、硫酸铜0.2、聚苹果酸0.02、椰子油酸0.3,甜菜碱0.2、聚乙烯醇0.1、氧化淀粉0.3;
(2)将剑麻、秸秆去离子水浸泡12小时后、磨浆、后置于密闭汽缸中,通入温度为200℃、压力为3.0MPa的水蒸汽,进行水解后,干燥,磨粉,得改性纤维备用;
(3)聚苹果酸、椰子油酸、甜菜碱加适量水,在60℃下搅拌1h后,再加入改性纤维、氧化淀粉、硫酸铜,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,再于70℃下干燥后,即得纤维抗菌粉备用;
(4)纤维抗菌粉与步骤(1)所配其余原料混匀后,常规工艺制成宣纸;
在宣纸上喷涂胶矾水,再烫平,即得;所述的胶矾水由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:胡麻胶12、海藻酸钠2、明矾3,水适量。

Claims (2)

1.一种利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
按照下述重量份配比配料:
宣纸草浆180-190、剑麻2-4、秸秆3-5、粘胶纤维1-3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.5、硫酸铜0.1-0.2、聚苹果酸0.01-0.02、椰子油酸0.1-0.3,甜菜碱0.1-0.2、聚乙烯醇0.1-0.2、氧化淀粉0.1-0.3;
将剑麻、秸秆去离子水浸泡10-12小时后、磨浆、后置于密闭汽缸中,通入温度为110~300℃、压力为1.0~5.0MPa的水蒸汽,进行水解后,干燥,磨粉,得改性纤维备用;
聚苹果酸、椰子油酸、甜菜碱加适量水,在40-60℃下搅拌0.5-1h后,再加入改性纤维、氧化淀粉、硫酸铜,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,再于50-70℃下干燥后,即得纤维抗菌粉备用;

在宣纸上喷涂胶矾水,再烫平,即得;所述的胶矾水由下述重量份的原料制得:植物胶8-15、海藻酸钠3-5、明矾2-8,水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用植物胶代替动物胶制备胶矾水从而制备宣纸加工纸的方法,其特征在于:所述的植物胶指的是田菁胶、瓜尔胶、胡麻胶、香豆胶中的一种或几种。
