背景技术
风湿性关节炎是一种常见的急性或慢性结缔组织炎症,可反复发作并累及心脏,临床以关节和肌肉游走性酸楚、重著、疼痛为特征,属变态反应性疾病,是风湿热的主要表现之一,多以急性发热及关节疼痛起病。
典型风湿性关节炎表现是轻度或中度发热,游走性多关节炎,受累关节多为膝、踝、肩、肘、腕等大关节,常见由一个关节转移至另一个关节,病变局部呈现红、肿、灼热、剧痛,部分病又也有几个关节同吋发病。不典型的病人仅有关节疼痛而无其他炎症表现,急性炎症一般于2-4周消退,不留后遗症,但常反复发作。若风湿活动影响心脏,则可发生心肌炎,甚至遗留心脏瓣膜病变。
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种病因未明的慢性、以炎性滑膜炎为主的系统性疾病,其特征是手、足小关节的多关节、对称性、侵袭性关节炎症,经常伴有关节外器官受累及血清类风湿因子阳性,可以导致关节畸形及功能丧失。
已报道的治疗风湿性及类风湿关节炎的化学药物大多具有副作用,传统的中成药也有很多报道,但其药物组方成分较多且比较复杂。
白蚁巢,俗称“白蚁坭”,是褐色或棕色的疏松坭块,是工蚁建巢时从巢内搬出的沙坭、加上排泄物和唾液加工的物质。排积物通常堆积在巢的外围。如门框两旁、梁或柱与墙地交接处。大树基部或树基近地面稍下有蚁巢。在树干上或树枝分叉处往往就有白蚁的排积物。
白蚁巢中的菌圃,是由白蚁的排泄物,经细致加工并经接种培养出白球菌而成的多孔块状物,是白蚁赖以生存而不可缺少的,缺少了则巢中的蚁群便会死亡。菌圃营养丰富,是鸡纵菌生长发育的最佳培养基。据《本草纲目》中记载:鸡纵菌气味“甘平,无毒”。主治“益胃、清神、治痔”。近年来的研究证明,鸡纵菌菌中含有16种氨基酸,是十分珍贵的药物。据分析,菌圃中含有16.5%的蛋白质,4%的多缩戊糖,20.91%的灰分,并含有亮氨酸、缬氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸等10种氨基酸。这些氨基酸对治疗疾病有着不可低估的药用价值。然而,现有技术中,关于白蚁巢的应用并不多。

发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物、薄荷、菊花、陈皮、甘草、党参、黄芪、红糖、麦芽糊精。
所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物5~20份、薄荷3~4份、菊花2~5份、麦芽糊精5~6份、红糖1~3份、陈皮2~5份、甘草6~7份、党参2~3份、黄芪1~3份。
所述的复方白蚁巢颗粒通过如下方法得到:将白蚁巢提取物,与薄荷、菊花、陈皮、甘草、党参、黄芪一起煎煮,再进行浓缩,得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入红糖搅拌均匀后再加入麦芽糊精,造粒,得到复方白蚁巢颗粒。
所述的白蚁巢提取物通过如下方法获得:将白蚁巢进行预处理,得到药液,将甘草浸湿,冷冻12小时后微波解冻,再重复冷冻解冻一次;二次解冻后,用70%的乙醇浸泡24小时,经过过滤,得到提取物。

白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物20份、薄荷4份、菊花5份、麦芽糊精6份、红糖3份、陈皮5份、甘草7份、党参3份、黄芪3份。

实验例
对大鼠关节炎的防治作用试验
取体重200-250g的大鼠,随机分配成空白组,云南白药膏的对照药物组,和本发明药物组(实施例1~实施例3)。对各组试验动物的左后足跖皮内注射0.05mlFreund’s的完全佐剂,致炎后第8天分别进行试验,连续给药4天进行贴敷。分别于致炎后第8天,第10天,第12天测左、后足容积,与正常值之差为肿胀度,对并大鼠的全身症状,如前肢、尾部、耳部的病变程度进行评分。
评分标准:0分为无红肿,1分为小趾关节肿胀,2分为趾关节和足跖肿胀;3分为踝关节以下足肿胀;4分为包括踝关节在内的全部足肿胀。
第12天后的试验结果如下表所示:

表明本发明的药物可以明显抑制大鼠关节炎,与空白组相比具有显著的差异性。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方中含有:白蚁巢提取物、薄荷、菊花、陈皮、甘草、党参、黄芪、红糖、麦芽糊精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物5~20份、薄荷3~4份、菊花2~5份、麦芽糊精5~6份、红糖1~3份、陈皮2~5份、甘草6~7份、党参2~3份、黄芪1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的复方白蚁巢颗粒通过如下方法得到:将白蚁巢提取物,与薄荷、菊花、陈皮、甘草、党参、黄芪一起煎煮,再进行浓缩,得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入红糖搅拌均匀后再加入麦芽糊精,造粒,得到复方白蚁巢颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢提取物通过如下方法获得:将白蚁巢进行预处理,得到药液,将甘草浸湿,冷冻12小时后微波解冻,再重复冷冻解冻一次;二次解冻后,用70%的乙醇浸泡24小时,经过过滤,得到提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物5份、薄荷3份、菊花2份、麦芽糊精5份、红糖1份、陈皮2份、甘草6份、党参2份、黄芪1份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物20份、薄荷4份、菊花5份、麦芽糊精6份、红糖3份、陈皮5份、甘草7份、党参3份、黄芪3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗骨关节炎的复方白蚁巢颗粒,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢颗粒的配方为:白蚁巢提取物5份、薄荷4份、菊花2份、麦芽糊精6份、红糖1份、陈皮5份、甘草6份、党参2份、黄芪1份。
