(1)龙胆草：草性味苦,涩,大寒,无毒。主治骨间寒热、惊病邪气,继绝伤,定五脏,杀虫毒。
(2)川芎：适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症；祛风止痛,效用甚佳,可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。
(3)黄芩：主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
(4)辛夷：归肺、胃经。主要用于风寒头痛,鼻塞,鼻塞不通,齿痛、鼻流浊涕等病症。
(5)栀子：具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用。
(6)白芷：归肺、胃、大肠经；芳香升散；具有祛风解表,散寒止痛,除湿通窍,消肿排脓的功效和作用。
(7)薄荷：薄荷是辛凉性发汗解热药,有疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气的功效。
(8)荆芥：祛风；解表；透疹；止血。主感冒发热；头痛；目痒；咳嗽；咽喉肿痛；麻疹；痈肿；疮疥；衄血；吐血；便血；崩漏；产后血晕。
(9)茯苓：性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。
(10)黄芪：黄芪味甘,性微温,归肝、脾、肺、肾经。有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。
(11)苍耳子：具有散风寒、通鼻窍、祛风湿、止痒的功效。。
(12)木通：清热利尿；活血通脉。主小便赤赤；淋浊；水肿；胸中烦热；喉喉疼痛；口舌生疮；风湿痹痛；乳汁不通；经闭；痛经。
(13)麻黄：发汗散寒、宣肺平喘、利水消肿。属解表药下属分类的辛温解表药。
(14)桔梗：宣肺，利咽，祛痰，排脓。用于咳嗽痰多，胸闷不畅，咽痛，音哑，肺痈吐脓，疮疡脓成不溃。
(15)柴胡：清虚热中药,用于感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞、胸肋胀痛、脱肛、子宫脱落、月经不调。
本方能清热除湿，宣肺利气，益气活血，用于急慢性鼻窦炎。口服，每日三次，每次20ml，用时摇匀。五年中，通过对80名患者的使用表明，该药能有效治疗鼻窦炎，有效率达93.75％。

毒性试验：
试验药品时本发明实施例2中的散剂。试验动物为ICR种小白鼠，体重18～22克，雌雄各半，共40只。试验方法是，禁食12小时后，按20克/千克给小白鼠灌胃4个月，长期毒性试验结果显示，小白鼠体重，肝、肾功能、血象等与对照组无明显差异，表明该药的安全性大，属于无毒级别。

4.根据权利要求1所述的鼻窦炎合剂，其特征在于：上述鼻窦炎合剂，包括以下质量克数的组分：龙胆草45g、川芎69g、黄芩61g、辛夷81g、栀子61g、白芷69g、薄荷81g、荆芥81g、茯苓97g、黄芪156g、苍耳子69g、木通75g、麻黄40g、桔梗81g、柴胡65g；上述鼻窦炎合剂制备方法为，将以上十五味，共水煎煮，第一次1.5小时，第二次1小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩至适量，加入防腐剂，搅拌使溶，放冷，加入芳香水100g，最后加入蒸馏水至全量1000ml，搅匀，灌封，即得。
