技术领域
本发明涉及层状材料领域,具体涉及具有优异保温、机械强度和较低质量的保温层状材料领域。
背景技术
随着“互联网+”的快速发展,外卖等行业快速发展,专职外卖配送员成为一个新兴行业,各外卖公司都组建了了配送团队。为了保障食品的快速高质量送达,食品保温箱成为必须的装备,现有技术中使用的保温箱存在或多或少的问题,难以满足食品保温箱综合性能的需求。
现有技术中存在的问题主要集中在:①保温效果不足;②保温箱强度不足;③保温箱质量过大。上述三点问题存在表面上相互的矛盾,难以兼顾三者性能,对使用者存在较大的困扰。上述问题主要源自制备保温箱的层状材料,且该领域由于起点低,相关成系统的研究尚未有报道。
为了解决上述问题,达到上述的综合效果,对层状材料中各层进行了细致的研究,分别从保温、重量和机械强度三个角度研究,平衡了三者的关系,该技术是具有实用性和有益性的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,通过对层状材料的各层结构以及组成进行详细的研究,提供一种具有优异保温性、机械强度和较低重量的层状材料,该层状材料适合制备高温保温箱或者低温保温箱。
为了实现本发明的目的,提出如下技术方案:
一种保温层状材料,依次包括金属箔层、高密度聚氨酯发泡层、增韧层、增粘层、阻水层,所述金属箔、所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层与金属箔层接触一侧均匀分布着波浪状结构。
本发明中至少包含上述5层的结构,每层分别起到了不同的作用,综合的平衡了各方面的性能。所述金属箔层、高密度聚氨酯发泡层主要是为了提高层状材料的保温性能;增韧层是为了提高层状材料的机械强度,具有较强的韧性和强度,同时,增韧剂中选择特定的増韧填料也会大幅度提高层状材料的保温性能;阻水层是为了提高对阴雨天气防水;而阻水层和増韧层之间的附着力很低,为了提高两层之间的附着强度,进一步增加了增粘层。
一般热量散失的方式为热传导和热辐射,本申请就采用了两种方式综合降低两者的热散失作用。所述超薄铝箔层采用的是一具有热反射效果的材料,可以有效的阻碍热辐射的降温,起到保温作用。所述高密度聚氨酯发沫层和増韧层,有效的减少热传导,这是十分重要的保温方式,热传导是热量散失的重要方式。聚氨酯发泡层也有相同保温的效果,两者同时利用,提高了保温的效果,大幅度提高了使用效果。
金属箔层
金属箔层是通过减少热辐射的途径减少热量的散失,其材质没有明显的限制,常见的铝、铜、金、银、不锈钢等本领域常用金属及其合金都可以作为金属箔的材质。
本发明通过研究发现,将金属箔层设置为波浪状结构具有更佳的减少热辐射的效果,比平面的金属箔结构有明显的提升,提升近50%,大大提高了使用的保温效果。
对于金属箔的结构的研究进一步发现,具有波浪结构即可以提高保温效果,其波浪结构最优的情况为:所述波浪状结构具有波峰和波谷,波峰与波谷的垂直方向距离为H,相邻波峰之间的距离为L,L>2H,H在0.5-1mm。通过H与L的关系可以发现,波峰与波谷连线与薄膜所成角度为小于45°,锐角的角度不易过小,进一步优选大于30°,在此范围内热反射效率高,可以提高反射的热量到被保温物质上,保温效果最佳;作为更进一步优选,H具有一定的厚度,该结构对保温效果影响不大,但该结构可以提高层状材料对被保温物质的缓冲性能,减少被保温物质收到冲击的损伤。
作为进一步优选技术方案,所述波浪状结构中线条呈现平行结构,不存在交叉情况。如果设置成具有交叉的结构,热量反射会收到彼此结构的影响,影响保温性能;同时,交叉结构也会影响层状材料的缓冲性能。
所述金属箔层的厚度大于0.3mm,小于0.8mm。金属箔层的结构从保温和缓冲角度没有过多限制,但从加工角度,金属箔层不易过薄。高密度聚氨酯发泡层为了与波浪状金属箔层良好的粘接,高密度聚氨酯发泡层是直接在金属箔层上进行发泡,如果金属箔过薄,强度过低,加工存在加大困难;如果金属箔层过厚,那层状材料的韧性过差,且大幅度提高了层状材料的重量。
高密度聚氨酯发泡层
高密度聚氨酯发泡层是为了提高层状材料的保温性能,其要具有良好的保温性及缓冲性,优选所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层的密度为38-45kg/m3,此范围的内的综合性能最佳。
所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层最厚处为1.5-2毫米,此处厚度不易过薄,过薄则缓冲和保温性能都不能满足需要;如果过厚,保温性能提高不多,且会大幅度的提高层状材料的生产成本。
増韧层
増韧层的设置是为了提高层状材料的强度,提供后期制备保温箱的强度,不需要后期过多的加固装置,在保证层状材料强度的同时,还可以保证増韧层具有良好的韧性,遇到小幅度碰撞的时不会发生结构的损坏。
该层采用了特定的组成,所述增韧层由高结晶聚丙烯,SBS、补强填料、增韧填料和助剂组成,所述增韧填料为粒径在30-100微米的中空聚合物微球。高结晶聚丙烯具有较强的硬度,SBS作为一种增韧剂,提高了柔韧性能;而补强填料是为了提高体系的强度,増韧填料采用中空聚合物微球,其可以吸收冲击产生得冲击力,缓冲效果比简单的使用增韧剂要提高很多;同时,中空聚合物微球具有中空结构,其可以形成一个隔层,起到了空气层的结构,也对保温性能有较大幅度的提高。
在于组分的选择,高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,SBS 20-40重量份,补强填料20-40重量,增韧填料20-45重量份,助剂1-20重量份。该组成的増韧层结构最佳,可以提高柔韧、保温等性能。
阻水膜层

增粘层的设置是为了弥补增强层设置后,层间粘合力下降的需要,其组成没有也别的要求,但从实际实验情况来看,作为增粘层的涂层组合物优选包含增粘树脂和硅烷偶联剂,其中增粘树脂和偶联剂的占涂料组合物固体份分别为的8%和3%。和增粘层厚度优选为10-60微米。
厚度选择
所述金属箔层厚度为400-500微米,所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层最厚处为1.5-2毫米,所述增韧层厚度为1-2毫米,所述增粘层厚度为10-60微米,所述阻水层厚度为100-500微米。
有益的技术效果
本发明通过对保温层状材料的层状结构、组成选择进行了选择,该特定选择得到了一种具有优异保温性、机械强度、抗冲击性和较低重量的层状材料,该层状材料适合制备高温保温箱或者低温保温箱,满足了各项基本需求。相近的结构在本领域没有报道,也没有发现具体结构和厚度综合效果的选择启示,最终产品性能远远优于市售产品的。
具体实施方式
为了便于技术人员详细的连接本发明的技术方案,在此仅以示例的方式介绍若干种实施方式,但该实施方式的示例不够成对技术保护范围任何限定。任何不背离本发明构思的方案均在保护范围内。
实施例1
一种保温层状材料,依次包括450μm的波浪状金属箔层(H=0.5mm,L=2mm,波浪状结构中线条呈现平行结构)、2mm厚的高密度聚氨酯发泡层、1.5mm增韧层、50μm增粘层、400μm厚PTT阻水层。其中増韧层组成为:高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,SBS 30重量份,补强填料30重量,粒径约45μm的中空聚合物微球增韧填料40重量份,相容剂10重量份;增粘层组成中增粘树脂和偶联剂的占涂料组合物固体份分别为的8%和3%。
对比例1
实施例1中波浪状金属箔层替换为H=0.5mm,L=0.8mm的波浪状金属箔层,其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例2
实施例1中的波浪状金属箔层替换为波浪状结构中线条交叉呈现菱形,其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例3
实施例1中波浪状金属箔层替换为200μm厚度的波浪状金属箔层,其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例4
实施例1中増韧层替换为如下组成:高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,SBS 70重量份,补强填料30重量,相容剂10重量份;其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例5
实施例1中増韧层替换为如下组成:高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,SBS 30重量份,补强填料30重量,粒径约45μm的实心聚合物微球增韧填料40重量份,相容剂10重量份;其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例6
实施例1中増韧层替换为如下组成:高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,补强填料30重量,粒径约45μm的中空聚合物微球增韧填料70重量份,相容剂10重量份;其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例7
实施例1中波浪状金属箔替换为450μm平面金属箔,2mm厚的高密度聚氨酯发泡层,其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例8
两侧均不使用增粘层,其他结构组成同实施例1。.
对比例9
增粘层中不含有偶联剂,增粘树脂比例11%,其他结构组成同实施例1。
对比例10
增粘层中不含有增粘树脂,偶联剂的比例为11%,其他结构组成同实施例1。
测试方法
(1)层状材料的导热系数测试:
实施例和对比例的样品的导热系数测试参考ASTM D5470-2012进行。
(2)层状材料的弯曲模量和断裂弯曲应变性能测试:
实施例和对比例的样品的弯曲模量和断裂弯曲应变的测试参考GB/T9341-2000进行,其中断裂弯曲应变表示断裂时下压距离/样品测试的跨度。
(3)层状材料的剥离测试
实施例和对比例的样品采用GB8808-88进行,增强层和阻水层分别进行夹持,测试速度采用B法(200+/-50mm/min)。
测试结果
实施例1和对比例1-10的测试结果参见下表:
通过上述实验数据可以发现,本发明得到的层状材料具有优异的保温、力学性能和层间作用力,并且三者得到了良好的平衡,可以满足实际生产的需要。该优异的结果主要源自层状材料的膜层设计、各层组成以及结构、厚度等选择,很出乎预料的得到了本发明的技术方案,这在本领域中属于超前的效果,尚未见到有可以达到上述综合性能的层状材料。
Claims (8)
1.一种保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述层状材料依次包括金属箔层、高密度聚氨酯发泡层、增韧层、增粘层、阻水层,所述金属箔层和所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层与金属箔层接触一侧均匀分布着波浪状结构;
所述波浪状结构具有波峰和波谷,波峰与波谷的垂直方向距离为H,相邻波峰之间的距离为L,L>2H,H在0.5-1mm;
所述增韧层由高结晶聚丙烯,SBS、补强填料、增韧填料和助剂组成,所述增韧填料为粒径在30-100微米的中空聚合物微球。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述波浪状结构中线条呈现平行结构,不存在交叉情况。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述金属箔层的厚度大于0.3mm,小于0.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层的密度为38-45kg/m3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:高结晶聚丙烯100重量份,SBS20-40重量份,补强填料20-40重量份,增韧填料20-45重量份,助剂1-20重量份。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述增粘层组成为包含增粘树脂和硅烷偶联剂的涂层组合物。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述阻水膜层选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温层状材料,其特征在于:所述金属箔层厚度为400-500微米,所述高密度聚氨酯发泡层最厚处为1.5-2毫米,所述增韧层厚度为1-2毫米,所述增粘层厚度为10-60微米,所述阻水层厚度为100-500微米。
