本发明公开了一种双面门窗打胶机,包括门窗输送装置、龙门架、上打胶单元和下打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置上方设有龙门架,所述龙门架上安装有上打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置下方设有与上打胶单元相对应的下打胶单元,所述上打胶单元和下打胶单元上均设有控制出胶的胶阀,所述龙门架在行走齿轮的驱动下能沿X轴移动,所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元分别能在上滚珠丝杆、下滚珠丝杆的驱动下沿Y轴移动;所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元自身还能沿Z轴移动并且使打胶头就地转动。该双面打胶机结构简单、自动化程度高,操作简便,可同时进行双面打胶,耗时短,效率高,大量减轻了工人的劳动强度,而且涂胶质量稳定,涂胶面外观美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及打胶机,具体是一种双面门窗打胶机。
背景技术
随着我国建筑需求量的增加,其门窗需求量也在逐年增加。目前,我国建筑用门窗加工过程中玻璃与型材之间需要涂封密封胶,现有的门窗涂胶方式以人工和机器为主,人工涂胶质量不稳定,效率低下,劳动强度大,对工人的素质要求较高。而且目前市面上的门窗自动打胶机均为单面打胶,需要待胶有一定强度后才能转移运输,耗时长,效率低。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种双面门窗打胶机,可同时进行双面打胶,耗时短,效率高。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种双面门窗打胶机,包括门窗输送装置、龙门架、上打胶单元和下打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置上方设有龙门架,所述龙门架上安装有上打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置下方设有与上打胶单元相对应的下打胶单元,所述上打胶单元和下打胶单元上均设有控制出胶的胶阀,所述龙门架在行走齿轮的驱动下能沿X轴移动,所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元分别能在上滚珠丝杆、下滚珠丝杆的驱动下沿Y轴移动;所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元自身还能沿Z轴移动并且使打胶头就地转动。
本发明的有益效果是:该双面打胶机结构简单、自动化程度高,操作简便,可同时进行双面打胶,耗时短,效率高,大量减轻了工人的劳动强度,,而且涂胶质量稳定,涂胶面外观美观。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明的作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1和图2所示,一种双面门窗打胶机,包括门窗输送装置1、龙门架6、上打胶单元2和下打胶单元3,门窗输送装置1上方设有龙门架6,龙门架6上安装有上打胶单元2,门窗输送装置1下方设有与上打胶单元2相对应的下打胶单元3,上打胶单元2和下打胶单元3上均设有控制出胶的胶阀8,龙门架6在行走齿轮7的驱动下能沿X轴移动,上打胶单元2、下打胶单元3分别能在上滚珠丝杆4、下滚珠丝杆5的驱动下沿Y轴移动;上打胶单元2、下打胶单元3自身还能沿Z轴移动并且使打胶头就地转动。
使用时,待打胶的门窗框(玻璃已安装)由门窗框输送装置1输送到合适位置后夹紧,上打胶单元2和下打胶单元3的打胶头(事先调整好)分别移动到需要打胶的位置,胶阀8打开,开始打胶,上打胶单元2和下打胶单元3同时沿需要打胶的轨迹运动完成打胶。

1.一种双面门窗打胶机,其特征在于,包括门窗输送装置、龙门架、上打胶单元和下打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置上方设有龙门架,所述龙门架上安装有上打胶单元,所述门窗输送装置下方设有与上打胶单元相对应的下打胶单元,所述上打胶单元和下打胶单元上均设有控制出胶的胶阀,所述龙门架在行走齿轮的驱动下能沿X轴移动,所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元分别能在上滚珠丝杆、下滚珠丝杆的驱动下沿Y轴移动;所述上打胶单元、下打胶单元自身还能沿Z轴移动并且使打胶头就地转动。
