Abstract

本发明提出陶瓷玻璃组及制备方法,涉及陶瓷与玻璃深加工技术领域,陶瓷玻璃组,包括至少1块陶瓷1块玻璃,陶瓷与玻璃表面平整度小于0.02nm,表面粗糙度1*10‑9mm,陶瓷贴合在玻璃的边缘或玻璃贴合在陶瓷的边缘。其制备方法包括先将陶瓷与玻璃表面清洗洁净;将陶瓷与玻璃表面相接触;对陶瓷与玻璃组施力,使接触部分形成范德华力贴合;对陶瓷玻璃组烘烤加热,加热温度300‑500℃,时间1‑40h;在显微镜下能看到熔合断层的陶瓷玻璃组状态,即为陶瓷玻璃组。本发明可作为原材料可加工为手机中框,完全替代金属中框,从而提高天线功能,直接进入5G时代跨越。

Description

一种陶瓷玻璃组及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷与玻璃深加工技术领域,尤其是一种陶瓷玻璃组及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着移动通信的发展及人们的生活水平的不断提高,智能手机使用的越来越普及。目前智能手机大量使用金属材料作为中框或者一体化金属机身,天线功能的要求必须使得金属被切断分割成金属块件。
例如采用铝板或者不锈钢材进行CNC加工成型,包含天线处的一体化金属机身,需要大量的CNC铣削来形成手机金属结构,这使得批量生产时需要巨大的加工成本。再例如中高端手机金属中板与金属外框的链接方式分为:螺丝固定方式;点状冲压铆合方式;塑胶连接;热嵌方式;镶嵌铆合结构。但是都有各自的缺陷与不足:螺丝固定方式,此类工艺零件多,生产效率低,结合点少传导性差;点状冲压铆合方式,此工艺表面极易损伤,结合点少传导性差,结合力小;塑胶连接,需要特制模具,成本高热传导差,机械强度低;热嵌方式,需要特制加热设备及模具,成本较高;镶嵌铆合结构,对加工精度要求较高;所有金属结构都有一个共同缺陷中框部分都是金属块,都会一定程度影响天线功能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种陶瓷玻璃组及其制备方法,将其作为原材料可加工为手机中框,完全替代金属中框,从而提高天线功能,直接进入5G时代跨越,从而既能从根本上规避现有技术的缺陷,又能提高手机质量及外观设计。
本发明具体采用如下技术方案实现:
一种陶瓷玻璃组,包括至少1块陶瓷1块玻璃,所述的陶瓷与玻璃表面平整度小于0.02nm,表面粗糙度1*10-9mm,所述陶瓷贴合在所述玻璃的边缘或所述玻璃贴合在所述陶瓷的边缘。
作为优选,所述陶瓷外层设有镀膜层。
作为优选,所述镀膜层为Si或者SiO2
作为优选,所述镀膜层厚度为100nm-300nm。
作为优选,至少1块所述陶瓷由如下配方制成:
上述百分比为重量百分比。
作为优选,至少1块所述玻璃是康宁玻璃、肖特玻璃、Panda玻璃或DT玻璃。
作为优选,至少1块所述玻璃由如下配方制成:

本发明还提出上述的陶瓷玻璃组的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
S1.先将陶瓷与玻璃表面清洗洁净;
S2.将陶瓷与玻璃表面相接触;
S3.对陶瓷与玻璃组施力,使接触部分形成范德华力贴合;
S4.对陶瓷玻璃组烘烤加热,加热温度300-500℃,时间1-40h;
S5.在显微镜下能看到熔合断层的陶瓷玻璃组状态,即为陶瓷玻璃组。
作为优选,所述S4中,加热温度越低,则加热时间越长。
本发明的有益效果在于,
1、本发明陶瓷玻璃组在组合过程中没用到任何贴合介质,例如胶制品,属于无胶产品。
2、本发明陶瓷玻璃组为不同材质的玻璃与陶瓷进行不完全熔合,可为1块玻璃与1块陶瓷进行熔合,亦可多块玻璃与多块陶瓷进行熔合,从而使本发明的陶瓷玻璃组具有多样性。
3、本发明的不完全陶瓷玻璃组可以保证其机械强度与结合质量,可以被加工为手机外壳,主要优势是可以使手机天线信号向5G时代跨越。

具体实施方式
为进一步说明各实施例,本发明提供有附图。这些附图为本发明揭露内容的一部分,其主要用以说明实施例,并可配合说明书的相关描述来解释实施例的运作原理。配合参考这些内容,本领域普通技术人员应能理解其他可能的实施方式以及本发明的优点。图中的组件并未按比例绘制,而类似的组件符号通常用来表示类似的组件。
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本实施例提供的一种陶瓷玻璃组,包括1块陶瓷210和2块玻璃110,陶瓷210与玻璃表面平整度小于0.02nm,表面粗糙度1*10-9mm,2块玻璃110贴合在陶瓷210的边缘,接触部分形成范德华力,再通过高温烘烤,使玻璃110与陶瓷210处的接触区域112和211的原子相互扩散,产生熔合效应,随着烘烤时间的加长,接触区域112和211的结合力会不断上升,并且将大于破裂时的应力,即便陶瓷玻璃组被破坏,接触区域112和211也不会分离。并且陶瓷外层设有Si或者SiO2的镀膜层(未图示),镀膜层厚度为100nm-300nm。
其中,发明人对玻璃和陶瓷进行了研究,得出可以应用在陶瓷玻璃组的配方。陶瓷可由如下配方制成:

而其他可添加的成分为FeO、Fe2O3、CuO、Cu2O、CdO、Co2O3、Ni2O3、MnO2的其中一种或一种以上。
上述的陶瓷玻璃组的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
S1.先将陶瓷与玻璃表面清洗洁净;
S2.将陶瓷与玻璃表面相接触;
S3.对陶瓷与玻璃组施力,使接触部分形成范德华力贴合;
S4.对陶瓷玻璃组烘烤加热,加热温度300-500℃,时间1-40h;
S5.在显微镜下能看到熔合断层的陶瓷玻璃组状态,即为陶瓷玻璃组。
其中,S1的作用在于去除杂质,使表面无脏污以及微型颗粒;S2和S3的作用在于,使玻璃与陶瓷之间形成范德华力贴合;S4作用在于,使玻璃与陶瓷的熔合力大于破裂力,但又未达到完全熔合的状态。
利用本发明制备的不完全陶瓷玻璃组,再结合本申请人于2016年4月8日申请的一种3D玻璃,授权公告号CN205497811U公开的加工工艺,将不完全陶瓷玻璃组加工成手机外壳,即在加工陶瓷玻璃组曲面内边处挖凹槽沟A,此沟围绕玻璃内边一圈。定义水平为Y垂直为X,即此槽的深度离凹平面的距离为X=10um,内弧半径y=500/800um,为了便于描述将Y与X形成的弧形叫做内C角,外弧边采用仿型刀具将外弧铣出。这样加工可以保证可视区加工,保证其平整度,减少加工量。此类成品结构可以代替手机金属框的一系列问题,可加工成玻璃110作为圆弧边,陶瓷210作为背盖的手机外壳,如图3所示;也可加工成陶瓷210作为中框,玻璃110作为盖板的手机外壳。此不完全陶瓷玻璃组可以保证其机械强度与结合质量,外观手感质量不断更新新颖,主要优势是可以使手机天线信号向5G时代跨越。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种陶瓷玻璃组,其特征在于,包括至少1块陶瓷1块玻璃,所述的陶瓷与玻璃表面平整度小于0.02nm,表面粗糙度1*10-9mm,所述陶瓷贴合在所述玻璃的边缘或所述玻璃贴合在所述陶瓷的边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷玻璃组,其特征在于:所述陶瓷外层设有镀膜层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷玻璃组,其特征在于:所述镀膜层为Si或者SiO2
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷玻璃组,其特征在于:所述镀膜层厚度为100nm-300nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷玻璃组,其特征在于:至少1块所述陶瓷由如下配方制成:
