Abstract
本发明提出设计用在过滤悬浮液的过滤装置中的凹板(1),过滤装置具有固定头部件、可动端部件和包括多个凹板(1)的滤板组,滤板组具有:在滤板组内邻接凹板(1)的滤室、将悬浮液填充到滤室中的第一管、从悬浮液收集出固体内含物的滤布和把悬浮液液体部分作为滤液从滤室排出的第二管,其中通过朝头部件方向推端部件能在过滤前闭合过滤装置,通过释放端部件且使端部件移离头部件能在过滤后打开过滤装置以从滤布移除滤饼,其中凹板(1)有滤室处第一表面(9)和与第一表面相对的第二表面(10),由板材(2,3)形成第一表面(9)和第二表面(10),凹板(1)有在板材(2,3)之间的刚性体(15)。本发明还提出制造凹板(1)的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用在过滤悬浮液的过滤装置中的凹板的制造方法,过滤装置具有固定头部件、可动端部件和包括多个凹板的滤板组,滤板组具有:在滤板组内部邻接凹板的滤室、用于将悬浮液填充到滤室中的第一管、用于从悬浮液收集出固体内含物的滤布、和用于把悬浮液的液体部分作为滤液从滤室排出的第二管,其中,通过朝着头部件的方向推动端部件能够在过滤之前闭合过滤装置,通过释放端部件并且使得端部件移动离开头部件能够在过滤之后打开过滤装置以从滤布移除滤饼,其中,成形第一板材以在滤室处提供凹板的第一表面,并且成形第二板材以提供凹板的与第一表面相对的第二表面,将泡沫注入到第一板材和第二板材之间的空间中,在泡沫硬化后该空间被刚性体填充。
背景技术
除了其它文件以外,从DE 10 2007 027 033 A1公知一种凹板。
凹板必须能够承受不可避免的压差,并且在因压差而发生挠曲之后能够恢复成原始形状。凹板必须承受大的封闭力和密封力以及全过程压力,同时又不会被压缩。必须能够进行机加工确保尺寸精度,以及安装密封环和密封膜。固定区和支撑区必须足够坚固,并且还必须能够提供包括用于滤液、洗涤介质、空气等的内部通道的机会。目前,这种凹板大多由聚丙烯(PP)乃至钢成型,并且随后机加工成最终形状。
PP板制造商的有限数量和成型压机技术的有限尺寸在技术上以及在经济上约束了过滤装置的制造和应用。
US2001/0021428A1提出了一种根据上述的方法,其中,通过用刚性聚乙烯滚塑来把包括第一板材和第二板材的壳体制造成一个密封中空件。
待解决的问题
本发明的目的是提出一种替代的凹板。
发明内容
从已知的方法出发,本发明提出了把第一板材和第二板材安装到框架上,其中,该框架包含有用于滤液所需的所有钻孔和孔腔,并且泡沫与框架一起构成了刚性体。
通过使用根据本发明的凹板,过滤装置的制造商和用户不再依赖PP板制造商和他们有限的制造能力以及有限尺寸的成型压机。根据本发明的凹板提供了抗压差的非常高强度且轻重量的凹板,无需庞大且昂贵成型压机且制造周期短的全自动化制造。
在根据本发明的优选方法中,板材由织物形成。织物表面提供了高的抗弯曲应力性能。替代地,板材可以是塑料膜或者钢板。
在这种方法中,织物优选地由纤维增强。因而,表面的抗弯曲应力性能进一步增大。
此外,在这种方法中,纤维优选地是玻璃纤维。各种玻璃纤维增强织物有市售,并且对玻璃纤维增强织物的处理众所周知。替代地,纤维可以例如为碳纤维、陶瓷纤维或者金属纤维。
在这种方法中,凹板具有由织物制成的板材,织物优选地浸渍有硬化树脂。众所周知,用硬化树脂浸渍可赋予织物尺寸稳定性和防渗透性。作为赋予织物自身尺寸稳定性的替代方案,模具可以衬有柔性织物,并且随后由硬化材料填充模具以形成刚性体。
此外,在这种方法中,树脂优选地为聚乙烯。用聚乙烯(PE)浸渍织物是众所周知的,并且为此PE是非常具有竞争性的材料。
在根据本发明的优选方法中,通过将第一板材和/或第二板材压到整体模具中来成形第一表面和/或第二表面。在可重复使用的整体模具中成形板材能够提供重复性好的形状和规模化生产。
在这种方法中,防护片优选地布置在相应第一板材和/或第二板材与整体模具之间,而且在成形之后从第一表面和/或第二表面移除防护片。这种防护片可以用于避免第一和/或第二板材的树脂污染模具和压型剂。
优选地,在根据本发明的方法中,通过将第一板材和第二板材布置在两个整体模具之间并且将压型剂注入在第一板材和第二板材之间来成形第一表面和第二表面。两个表面同时地成形允许使凹板制造处理流水化并且避免了库存。
替代地,可以在封闭了凹部的整体模具和整体盖之间成形仅仅一片板材,或者可以通过组合两个独立的整体模具来成形两片独立板材。
在根据本发明的另一优选方法中,采用流体来将第一板材和/或第二板材压到整体模具中。流体通常适应于整体模具的形状并且因此不受整体模具形状的影响。替代地,公模(或者“阳模”)可以用于将板材压到模具中。这种公模可以为刚性或者挠性。
在这种方法中,流体优选地为热水。热水可以有助于使浸渍板材的树脂硬化。
进一步优选地,在根据本发明的方法中,刚性体粘合到第一板材和第二板材中的至少一个上。粘合能够使刚性体耐久地连接到板材。
具体实施方式
接下来,参照附图更加详细地描述根据本发明制造的凹板和相关方法,附图示出了在制造过程中四个步骤期间的板材、模具和所形成的凹板的示意性剖面图。
在制造根据本发明的凹板1的过程中,如图1所示,将由玻璃纤维增强织物制成的一叠两片板材2、3插入在两个阴整体模具6之间,玻璃纤维增强织物用液态PE浸渍,并且每片板材2、3均衬有两片防护片4、5(在此为:塑料箔)。
然后,将整体模具6挤压以及夹持(未示出夹具)在一起,以确保将凹部7密封在内侧,如图2所示。
如图3所示,随后将热水8供给到两片板材2、3之间,从而将板材2、3压入到凹部7中。在PE硬化之后,排放热水8,打开整体模具6。到目前为止,第一板材2的第一表面9和第二板材3的第二表面10一直互相面对。
从整体模具6移除现在已具有了相应凹部7的形状并且尺寸稳定了的板材2、3。从板材2、3的反面11移除防护片4,并且如图4所示,翻转板材2、3以使得板材2、3的反面11彼此面对。把板材2、3安装到预制框架12,预制框架12包含有用于滤液、洗涤水、空气等所需的所有钻孔和孔腔。然后,用以SAN聚合物为基体的结构性泡沫14芯部材料填充板材2、3之间的中空空间13,这种芯部材料的特点是具有高的韧性和耐冲击性,例如由瑞士Gurit HoldingAG,Wattwil出售的商标名为CorecellTM M。在硬化之后,泡沫14与框架12一起构成凹板1的刚性体15。

Claims (12)
1.一种用在过滤悬浮液的过滤装置中的凹板(1)的制造方法,过滤装置具有固定头部件、可动端部件和包括多个凹板(1)的滤板组,滤板组具有:在滤板组内部邻接凹板(1)的滤室、用于将悬浮液填充到滤室中的第一管、用于从悬浮液收集出固体内含物的滤布、和用于把悬浮液的液体部分作为滤液从滤室排出的第二管,其中,通过朝着头部件的方向推动端部件能够在过滤之前闭合过滤装置,通过释放端部件并且使得端部件移动离开头部件能够在过滤之后打开过滤装置以从滤布移除滤饼,其中
a.成形第一板材(2),以提供凹板(1)的第一前表面(9)和与第一前表面相反的第一后表面,第一前表面具有与滤室对应的凹形;并且成形第二板材(3),以提供凹板(1)的与第一前表面(9)相对的第二前表面(10)以及与第二前表面相反的第二后表面,第二前表面具有与滤室对应的凹形;
b.把第一板材和第二板材翻转,以使第一后表面和第二后表面彼此面对;
c.把第一板材(2)和第二板材(3)安装到框架(12)上,其中,该框架(12)包含有用于滤液所需的所有钻孔和孔腔;
d.把泡沫(14)注入到第一板材(2)的第一后表面和第二板材(3)的第二后表面之间的空间;以及
e.在泡沫(14)硬化之后,所述空间被刚性体(15)填充,泡沫(14)与框架(12)一起构成了刚性体(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,第一板材(2)和第二板材(3)由织物形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,织物由纤维增强。

7.根据前述权利要求中的任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将第一板材(2)和/或第二板材(3)压到整体模具(6)中成形第一前表面(9)和/或第二前表面(10)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,把防护片(4,5)布置在相应的第一板材(2)和/或第二板材(3)与整体模具(6)之间,并且在成形之后从第一前表面(9)和/或第二前表面(10)移除防护片。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,通过将第一板材(2)和第二板材(3)布置在两个整体模具(6)之间并且将压型剂注入到第一板材(2)和第二板材(3)之间来成形第一前表面(9)和第二前表面(10)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,采用流体将第一板材(2)和/或第二板材(3)压到整体模具(6)中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,流体是热水(8)。
