Description

伸缩片的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及第1片层和第2片层夹着弹性膜而成的伸缩片的制造方法。
背景技术
在吸收性物品、例如一次性尿布中,为了提高针对身体表面的合身性,一般是对腿围或腰围等适当的部位赋予伸缩性。作为用于赋予伸缩性的方法,以往广泛采用将橡胶线等细长状弹性伸缩部件在沿长度方向伸长的状态下进行固定的方法,但是,在希望以一定程度的宽度来赋予伸缩性的情况下,采用这样的方式:将橡胶线以在宽度方向上隔开间隔地并排配置的状态进行固定。
另一方面,代替并行配置的多根橡胶线,提出有这样的伸缩片:该伸缩片被按压成面状的条,且被赋予伸缩性,并且考虑到肌肤触感,该伸缩片具有无纺布/弹性体膜/无纺布的结构(例如参照专利文献1)。
专利文献1不仅公开了在第1外层、第2外层以及弹性膜(弹性体)的整体上均未形成有孔的无孔的形态,还公开了形成有贯通第1外层、第2外层以及弹性膜的整体的孔的有孔的形态。
如果是无孔的形态,则在将伸缩片例如作为构成一次性尿布的背面的片来使用的情况下,由于没有透气性,因此存在产生闷湿等的问题。
另一方面,专利文献1的有孔的形态为:向第1外层与第2外层之间供给熔点更高或不具有熔点的连续的弹性膜,其中,该弹性膜在机器方向(MD)上伸缩,在规定的位置处,通过熔接使第1外层和第2外层直接结合在一起,然后,在CD方向上作用拉伸的力,由此在结合部位形成贯通第1外层、弹性膜以及第2外层的整体的贯通孔,从而确保透气性。
不管怎样,如果使弹性膜(弹性体)在机器方向上伸长,则会发生弹性膜的宽度变短的所谓的缩幅(neck in)减少。为了通过产生该缩幅来获得具有所希望的宽度的层叠片,需要准备比第1外层和第2外层各自的宽度更宽的弹性膜,这导致了材料成本升高。
另外,关于实际上层叠在一起的片的CD方向,随着弹性膜的缩幅,会产生伸缩应力在宽度方向中央和宽度方向两侧部不同的现象,在将层叠的伸缩片应用于产品、例如一次性尿布的情况下,还会产生无法获得均匀的伸缩应力这一问题。

发明所要解决的课题
因此,本发明的主要课题在于提供能够抑制缩幅来降低材料成本的伸缩片的制造方法。
用于解决问题的手段
解决了上述课题的本发明如下。
(基本形态)
在本发明的制造能够伸缩的伸缩片的方法中,包括:供给工序,使能够伸缩的弹性膜以伸长状态介于不具有伸缩性的第1片层与不具有伸缩性的第2片层之间;和接合工序,在该供给工序中使所述弹性膜以伸长状态介于所述第1片层与所述第2片层之间的状态下,利用热熔融装置从所述第1片层和所述第2片层的外侧对隔开间隔的多个接合部区域施加热熔融能量而使所述弹性膜熔融,从而使所述第1片层和所述第2片层在多个接合部处直接或隔着弹性膜接合在一起,所述热熔融装置具有支承辊和超声波焊头,在所述支承辊的外表面形成有在辊长方向和外周方向上隔开间隔的多个突部,与所述支承辊对置地配置有对置辊,所述弹性膜在围绕于对置辊之后,围绕于所述支承辊,通过使所述支承辊的周向速度比所述对置辊的周向速度快来使所述弹性膜伸长,并且借助所述支承辊的突部的群和所述超声波焊头进行接合。
在本发明的伸缩片中,没有形成贯通其第1片层和第2片层的孔。这一点与日本特许第4562391号公报的图5或图7所示的伸缩片不同。
另一方面,通过将弹性膜沿机器方向以伸长状态供给至接合的部位,由此能够在弹性膜与接合部的至少所述机器方向上的边界部分处形成贯通孔。对于形成该贯通孔的理由,在后面详述。
热熔融装置是这样的构件:具有支承辊和超声波焊头,并借助所施加的能量使第1片、第2片层和弹性膜中的至少一个层的至少一部分熔融。
可以认为:相对于朝向随着弹性膜的伸长而欲进行缩幅的宽度方向中央的移动力来说,支承辊的突部群的凹凸成为阻力而抑制了缩幅。
另外,可以认为:由于弹性膜在对置辊上围绕后围绕在支承辊上,因此,弹性膜与这些辊的表面之间的阻力也抑制了缩幅。
所述对置辊优选是与所述支承辊构成夹压段的夹辊。并且,优选的是,所述弹性膜通过所述夹压段,接着围绕于所述支承辊。
可以认为:由于夹压段的存在,因此弹性膜与辊表面之间的阻力变得更大,从而有助于抑制缩幅。
通过使支承辊的周向速度比夹辊的周向速度快,能够使所述弹性膜伸长。
希望的是,夹压段与弹性膜离开所述支承辊的位置之间的距离不足250mm。
希望支承辊是凸面辊,而不是平坦的辊。可以认为:通过设为凸面辊,弹性膜与凸面辊的表面之间的阻力增强,从而有助于抑制缩幅。
所述接合部的配置的一例是交错状。
优选的是,在以展开状态观察所述支承辊时,单位面积内含有的所述突部的群的总面积所占的突部面积率至少在辊长上不同。
另一方面,通过将弹性膜沿机器方向以伸长状态供给至接合的部位,由此能够在弹性膜与接合部的至少所述机器方向上的边界部分处形成贯通孔。
在本发明的接合部中,存在例如下述的接合形态例。
(1)第1片层和第2片层部分熔融而与弹性膜接合、即第1片层和第2片层隔着弹性膜接合在一起的形态。
(2)弹性膜熔融并转移到第1片层和第2片层中,从而第1片层和第2片层没有隔着弹性膜而是直接接合在一起的形态。
(3)是(1)的形态和(2)的形态的中间形态,并且是弹性膜的两个表面部分熔融并转移到第1片层和第2片层中,可是弹性膜部分残存,由此第1片层和第2片层隔着残存弹性膜接合在一起的形态。
在这些形态中,特别是在(2)的形态和(3)的形态中,在接合部与非接合部产生弹性膜强度的差异。因此,在一旦将保持着伸长的伸缩片的伸长状态释放而使伸缩片收缩从而形成为产品后,或者在使保持着伸长的伸缩片与其它部件结合后一旦释放伸长状态而使伸缩片收缩从而形成为产品后,如果通过机械力或人力使伸缩片在伸缩方向上伸长,则在接合部与非接合部的边界部分产生断裂。
其结果是,形成贯通孔。
在形成有贯通孔的结构中,存在确保了透气性的优点。无需在所有的接合部形成贯通孔,即使在一部分接合部形成有贯通孔,也能够显示出透气性。在弹性膜仅能够在机器方向上伸缩的情况下,贯通孔成为从接合部的缘起在机器方向上延伸的形状。在弹性膜能够在机器方向(MD)和与机器方向垂直的方向(例如CD方向)这两个方向上伸缩的情况下,贯通孔成为从接合部的缘起向两个方向延伸的形状,根据情况,可能在接合部的周围成为环状的形状。
如前面所述,本发明的弹性膜一般使用弹性体,因此能够在机器方向(MD)和垂直方向(CD)上伸缩。
关于所述接合部,除了如圆形那样不具有方向性的接合部外,还提供了垂直方向(宽度方向:CD)长度比机器方向(MD)长度长的形态。
用于实施本发明方法的弹性膜的熔点优选是大约80~145℃,第1片层和第2片层的熔点优选是大约85~190℃,特别优选是大约130~190℃,另外,第1片层及第2片层的熔点、与显示出更低的熔点的弹性膜30的熔点之差优选是大约50~80℃。
作为恰当的具体例,所述弹性膜的熔点是95~125℃,第1片层的熔点是超过125℃~160℃,更优选是130~160℃,第2片层的熔点是超过125℃~160℃,更优选是130~160℃。
优选的是,在以展开状态观察支承辊时,单位面积内含有的突部的群的总面积所占的突部面积率至少在辊长上不同。
突部与所述接合部相对应。作为接合部的优选例,接合部的面积是0.14~3.5mm2。另外,希望所述接合部的面积率为1.8~22.5%。
伸缩区域中的接合部的面积率为1.8~22.5%。
在此,“面积率”是指对象部分在单位面积中所占的比例,是使对象区域(例如伸缩区域)中的对象部分(例如接合部、贯通孔的开口)的总面积除以该对象区域的面积并以百分率来表示的量,特别是,“接合部的面积率”是指在伸缩方向上伸长至弹性极限的状态下的面积率。
另外,伸缩片的自然长状态下的所述贯通孔的开口的面积优选是接合部的面积的超过1倍~1.5倍。
贯通孔的开口的面积是指在该伸缩结构为自然长的状态下的值,在贯通孔的开口的面积在弹性膜的正面和背面处不同、等在厚度方向上不均匀的情况下,贯通孔的开口的面积是指最小值。
关于本说明书中的接合部面积率,通过选定在后面所说明的支承辊的突起部的大小、形状、分离间隔、辊长方向以及辊圆周方向上的配置图案等来选择。
后述的“伸长应力”是指按照JIS K7127:1999“塑料-拉伸特性的试验方法-”,且通过设初始检查间隔(刻度间距离)为50mm并设拉伸速度为300mm/min的拉伸试验而测定出的“伸长至弹性极限的50%时的应力(N/35mm)”。在无法切出宽度为35mm的试验片的情况下,以能够切出的宽度来制作试验片,将测量值换算成宽度为35mm的情况下的值。在对象的区域较小而无法获取充分的试验片的情况下,如果是要比较伸缩应力,则即使是适当小的试验片,也至少能够进行比较。
另外,在后述的实施方式中,在多个伸长应力在区域内不同的情况下,如何获取用于验证伸缩应力的不同的试验片成为问题。这种情况下,也可以采取如下的方法:从求取伸缩应力的绝对值的方向偏离,为了进行伸缩应力的比较,针对伸缩片的各部位选取试验片,并针对各个试验片根据从自然状态的100%长度伸长至150%长度时的应力来比较大小。
发明的效果
如以上那样,根据本发明,成为了能够抑制缩幅从而抑制材料成本的伸缩片的制造方法。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细的说明。
本发明的伸缩片能够应用于例如一次性尿布、卫生巾、吸收垫等吸收并保持体液的吸收性物品中。
如图5~图8所示,伸缩片以如下方式形成:在不具有伸缩性的例如由无纺布构成的第1片层21、和不具有伸缩性的例如由无纺布构成的第2片层22之间,层叠有能够在所述前后方向上伸缩的弹性膜30,并且,所述第1片层21和所述第2片层22直接或者隔着弹性膜30地通过隔开间隔的多个接合部40接合在一起。
在此,第1片层21和第2片层22“不具有伸缩性”并不是指完全不伸缩,而是指与弹性膜的伸缩性程度相比较而实质上不伸缩。
在进行接合时,例如如图9所示,向超声波焊头61和在外表面具有以规定的图案形成的突部60a的支承辊60之间供给第1片层21、弹性膜30和第2片层22,借助超声波焊头61提供超声波熔融能量,例如主要使弹性膜30熔融,由此与第1片层21和所述第2片层22接合在一起。
与所述支承辊对置地配置有对置辊63。希望该对置辊是在与所述支承辊之间夹压弹性膜30的夹辊。
在该装置的结构中,使弹性膜30围绕在对置辊(夹辊)63上之后到达夹压位置,然后围绕在支承辊60上。
此时,通过使驱动旋转的支承辊60的周向速度比对置辊(夹辊)63的周向速度快,由此使弹性膜30伸长,同时利用支承辊60的突部60a的群和超声波焊头61进行接合。
此时,通过选择使支承辊60的周向速度比夹辊63的周向速度快的速度差,能够设定弹性膜30在制造过程中的伸长率(以将自然状态的长度设为100%时为基准)。
并且,如图10所示,能够使驱动旋转的支承辊60的周向速度比后方的驱动辊62的周向速度快,并利用这些辊的速度差来使弹性膜伸长。64是引导辊。
可是,如果是这样,则驱动旋转的支承辊60与驱动辊62之间分离,从而在它们之间产生较大的缩幅。
在图11中示出了对辊间的分离距离与缩幅率之间的关系进行调查的结果。
根据该图11,缩幅率并不只是与伸长辊之间的距离成正比地升高,当成为250mm以上的伸长辊之间的距离时,缩幅率急剧升高。因此,在图9所示的例子中,希望弹性膜30的从与对置辊(夹辊)63的切线至离开支承辊60的位置为止的距离在250mm以下。特别希望为180mm以下。
优选的是,支承辊60如图12所示那样是凸面辊。关于支承辊60的长度,希望是大约1000mm。
凸起量能够适当地选择,但如果需要,能够通过对辊端部进行冷却来调整凸起量。
另一方面,支承辊60的突部60a可以形成为越是靠近辊长的中央则越密集,如果是该形态,则中央部热膨胀得最多,最容易赋予凸起。
另一方面,关于支承辊60的材质,希望使用模具钢,另外,关于淬火硬度,按照HRC,60~61最优。
在图6中,关于接合后的伸缩片,示意性地图示了伸长状态下的截面(但未形成有贯通孔。)。如果释放伸缩片在机器方向(图7的左右方向)上的伸长状态,则如图7(示意图)所示,伸缩片由于弹性膜30的收缩力而收缩,如果施加外力,则伸缩片能够伸长。因此,如果使该伸缩片的伸缩方向例如与一次性尿布的前后方向一致,则一次性尿布能够在前后方向上伸缩。如果使该伸缩方向例如与一次性尿布的宽度方向一致,则一次性尿布能够在腰围方向或腰部周围方向上伸缩。
并且,关于伸缩片,除了能够在产品的制造线内进行制造外,也可以在制造了伸缩片的网之后,将其切断成所希望的面积,并将由此所得到的伸缩片应用于产品的规定的部位。
在以往的一次性尿布中,通常是通过将多根橡胶线并排地固定于片上来进行制造,但如果是这样,则在下述方面较差:因用于与橡胶线或片固定的热熔粘接剂的劣化所导致的质量降低;以及制造时的稳定的生产率。对于这些问题点,能够通过上述的伸缩片得到解决。
而且,观察图7的收缩状态可知,在伸缩片的外表面生成有规则的细皱褶或襞,因此,穿着者的肌肤触感良好。
另一方面,在上述的例子中,是使弹性膜30熔融而将第1片层21和第2片层22接合在一起的例子。这种情况下,存在如下的方式等:(1)第1片层21或第2片层22在弹性膜30的表面接合;(2)弹性膜30的表面部分熔融并侵入第1片层21和第2片层22各自的纤维间而接合;以及(3)弹性膜30几乎整体熔融并侵入第1片层21和第2片层22各自的纤维间而接合。在本发明中,层间的接合方式并不限定于这些例子。
在这些方式中的(3)等方式中,可以评价为:第1片层21和第2片层22直接接合在一起、即不是隔着弹性膜接合在一起。
上述(1)~(3)的方式是弹性膜30的熔点比第1片层21和第2片层22的熔点低的情况,但也可以是弹性膜30的熔点比第1片层21和/或第2片层22的熔点高的情况。这种情况下,是如下的形态:第1片层21和/或第2片层22的弹性膜30侧表面部分活性化或熔融而接合于弹性膜30。
而且,除了弹性膜30的一部分熔融外,也可以是:第1片层21和/或第2片层22也熔融而进行接合。
第1片层21和/或第2片层22是无纺布,其纤维可以具有芯鞘结构。这种情况下,例如可以仅使纤维的鞘成分熔融来帮助接合。
在本发明的伸缩片中,除了使接合部的形状、大小和配置都相同之外,也可以选择该区域的单位面积内所含有的接合部的总面积占单位面积的比例、即接合部面积率。
图1是接合部的配置图案(与以展开状态观察支承辊时的突部群的配置图案近似)例的俯视图。
作为在伸缩方向上伸长至弹性极限的状态下的接合部面积率,参照图1,以百分率表示单位面积S内含有的接合部40、40…的总面积所占的比例。作为这种情况下的单位面积S,希望设定为含有10个以上的接合部的大小(在较少的个数下,难以进行伸缩应力的比较。)。在图1的例子中,含有13个接合部。另外,关于决定单位面积S的外形,除了正方形以外,也可以是长方形或圆等其它形状。
接合部40的一例是图1所示的圆形。当然,也可以是椭圆或长方形等形状。图1的Lm是机器方向上的排列间隔长度,Lc是与机器方向垂直的垂直方向(交叉方向:CD)上的排列间隔长度,Pm是机器方向(MD)上的间距长度,Pc是垂直方向(交叉方向:CD)上的间距长度。
在图2~图6中示出了根据伸缩片内的区域而使接合部面积率不同的方式。
在图2中,对于区域A、B,通过将接合部面积率设置为A<B,由此使伸缩应力成为A>B的关系。
例如,对间距长度Pm及间距长度Pc较长的情况A、和间距长度Pm及间距长度Pc较短的情况B进行比较,与间距长度Pm、Pc较短的情况B(接合部面积率较高的情况)相比,间距长度Pm、Pc较长的情况A(接合部面积率较低的情况)的伸长率更大。其结果是,伸缩应力满足A>B的关系。
在图2的形态中,使图2的横向上的伸长应力关于每个区域而不同,因此,使伸缩应力大的A区域对应于吸收性物品的宽度方向中央区域。并且,使伸缩应力小(换言之,伸缩较小)的B区域对应于中央的A区域的两个外侧。
在图3的情况下,为如下的例子:在中间区域内,针对前后方向中间的A区域,在其前后配置伸缩应力小的B区域。在该例中,能够使前后的B区域、B区域对应于例如一次性尿布的前后方向端部,在该前后方向端部,由于伸缩应力较小,因此形状稳定性良好,因此相对于穿着者的穿着变得容易。
在本发明中,关于接合部面积率的不同,除了通过改变配置图案的疏密来实现之外,还可以通过改变接合部面积来实现。
为了理解这一情况,在图4中示出了这样的例子:在区域C中配置多个小接合部,并设定为与区域D相同的接合部面积。通过将接合部面积设定为A<C=D,由此使伸缩应力满足A>C=D的关系。
关于弹性膜的厚度、材料、变形及应力特性、熔点等物性,可以适当地选择。通过选择该弹性膜、施加于该弹性膜的超声波熔融能量、以及制造伸缩片时的弹性膜的伸长率之间的关系等,能够如图8所示那样在结合部40的周围形成贯通孔31。在第1片层21和第2片层22例如由无纺布形成的情况下,由于无纺布显示出透气性,因此,通过贯通孔31的形成,在伸缩片的正反面都显示出透气性。因此,例如在作为一次性尿布的外形片或外装片使用的情况下,透气性变得良好。
形成透气贯通孔31的理由不一定明确,但通过超声波熔融能量使得弹性膜30熔融,并且,结合部40由于支承辊60的突部60a的按压而变得薄层化。此时,弹性膜30也变得薄层化,同时结合部40的周围部达到断裂强度,从而因作用于伸长弹性膜3的伸缩应力而开始断裂,并收缩至平衡的部位而开孔。
在图13中,示意性地示出了在圆形的突部60a的情况下所生成的接合部40处形成贯通孔31的形成例。在结合部40的机器方向(伸长方向)的两侧,形成有大致新月状的贯通孔31。
结合部可以形成为在与伸长方向(机器方向:MD)垂直的方向(交叉方向:CD)上较长的形状。这种情况下,例如如图14所示,可以形成较大地开孔的半圆形的贯通孔31,在想要提高透气性的情况下,这是优选的手段。
另一方面,无需在全部的结合部都形成贯通孔31。如果在要求可靠地形成贯通孔31、或者要求大幅地开孔的情况下,可以采用图13所示的方法。
即,能够使形成了结合部40的伸缩片如图15的(b)所示那样在具有突条或突起64a的一对辊64之间通过,并使另一个辊64的突起64a啮入一个辊64的相邻的突起64a、突起64a之间,对伸缩片施加变形力而形成贯通孔31。
另外,关于各个接合部40和贯通孔31在自然长状态下的形状,可以设定为正圆形、椭圆形、长方形等多边形(包含线状或圆弧的形状)、星形、云形等任意的形状。关于各个接合部40的大小,只要适当地确定即可,但如果过大,则接合部40的硬度对触感产生的影响变大,如果过小,则接合面积减少,材料彼此无法充分地粘接,因此,通常的情况下,优选将各个接合部40的面积设定为大约0.14~3.5mm2。关于各个贯通孔31的开口面积,由于经由贯通孔31形成接合部,因此,只要在接合部以上即可,但优选设定为接合部的面积的大约1~1.5倍。
另外,作为本发明的接合部,可以从主伸缩部直接过渡到非伸缩区域,但也可以形成其中间的转变伸缩部。
各区域中的各个接合部40的面积和面积率在通常的情况下优选如下面这样设定。
(非伸缩区域)
接合部40的面积:0.14~3.5mm2(特别优选是0.25~1.0mm2)
接合部40的面积率:16~45%(特别优选是25~45%)
(主伸缩部)
接合部40的面积:0.14~3.5mm2(特别优选是0.14~1.0mm2)
接合部40的面积率:1.8~19.1%(特别优选是1.8~10.6%)
(转变伸缩部)
接合部40的面积:0.14~3.5mm2(特别优选是0.25~1.0mm2)
接合部40的面积率:8~22.5%(特别优选是12.5~22.5%)
关于接合部40和贯通孔31的平面排列,可以适当地确定,但是,规则地重复的平面排列是优选的,除了如图16的(a)所示的斜方格子状或图16的(b)所示的六角格子状(这些也被称作交错状)、图16的(c)所示的正方形格子状、图16的(d)所示的矩形格子状、图16的(e)所示的平行体格子(如图示那样,多个平行的斜方向的列的群以互相交叉的方式设置成2种群的方式)状等(包括使这些斜方向的列的群相对于伸缩方向以小于90度的角度倾斜的形状)那样规则地重复之外,也可以使接合部40的群(群单位的排列既可以是规则的也可以是不规则的,还可以是花纹或文字状等)规则地重复。关于接合部40和贯通孔31的排列形态,除了使其在主伸缩部、转变伸缩部和非伸缩区域中相同外,也可以不同。
弹性膜30并不特别限定,只要是其自身具有弹性的树脂膜,就能够不特别限定地使用,例如可以使用如下这样形成的弹性模:通过T型模头法或吹塑法等的挤出成形,将苯乙烯系弹性体、烯烃系弹性体、聚酯系弹性体、聚酰胺系弹性体以及聚氨酯系弹性体等热塑性弹性体中的一种或两种以上的混合物加工成膜状。另外,作为弹性膜30,除了无孔的膜外,为了透气,也可以使用形成有多个孔或缝隙的膜。特别优选是如下这样的弹性膜30:伸缩方向上的拉伸强度是8~25N/35mm,与伸缩方向垂直的方向上的拉伸强度是5~20N/35mm,伸缩方向上的拉伸伸长率是450~1050%,与伸缩方向垂直的方向上的拉伸伸长率是450~1400%。并且,拉伸强度和拉伸伸长率(断裂伸长)是指除了使用拉伸试验机(例如SHIMADZU公司制的AOUTGRAPHAGS-G100N)将试验片设定为宽度35mm×长度80mm的长方形状以外,还按照JIS K7127:1999“塑料-拉伸特性的试验方法-”,设初始检查间隔为50mm并设拉伸速度为300mm/min而测定出的值。弹性膜30的厚度并不特别限定,但优选是大约20~40μm。另外,弹性膜30的单位面积的重量并不特别限定,但优选是大约30~45g/m2,特别优选是大约30~35g/m2
<对说明书中的用语的说明>
只要在说明书中无特别地记载,则说明书中的以下用语具有如下含义。
·“伸长率”是指设自然长为100%时的值。
·“单位面积的重量”如下面这样测定。将样品或者试验片预备烘干后放置到标准状态(试验场所的温度为20±5℃、相对湿度为65%以下)的试验室或者装置内,使之为变成恒量的状态。预备烘干是指将样品或者试验片在相对湿度为10~25%、温度为不超过50℃的环境下使之成为恒量。另外,关于法定水分率为0.0%的纤维,也可以不进行预备烘干。从变成恒量的状态的试验片中使用纸张紧度板(米坪板)(200mm×250mm、±2mm),切取200mm×250mm(±2mm)的尺寸的样品。测量样品的重量,20倍地计算出每平米的重量作为单位面积的重量。
·在没有关于试验或测定中的环境条件的记载的情况下,该试验或测定是在标准状态(试验场所在20±5℃的温度和65%的相对湿度以下)的试验室或者装置内进行。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的伸缩片除了能够在短裤型一次性尿布中利用外,还能够在带型、垫型等各种一次性尿布、卫生巾等具备伸缩结构的所有吸收性物品中利用。
另外,能够一边在吸收性物品的制造线内实现接合,一边制造本发明的伸缩片来作为例如构成吸收性物品的背面的片。

Claims (8)

1.一种伸缩片的制造方法,其是制造能够伸缩的伸缩片的方法,其特征在于,
所述伸缩片的制造方法包括:
供给工序,使能够伸缩的弹性膜以伸长状态介于不具有伸缩性的第1片层与不具有伸缩性的第2片层之间;和
接合工序,在该供给工序中使所述弹性膜以伸长状态介于所述第1片层与所述第2片层之间的状态下,利用热熔融装置从所述第1片层和所述第2片层的外侧对隔开间隔的多个接合部区域施加热熔融能量而使所述弹性膜熔融,从而使所述第1片层和所述第2片层在多个接合部处直接或隔着弹性膜接合在一起,
所述热熔融装置具有支承辊和超声波焊头,在所述支承辊的外表面形成有在辊长方向和外周方向上隔开间隔的多个突部,
与所述支承辊对置地配置有对置辊,
所述弹性膜在围绕于对置辊之后,围绕于所述支承辊,通过使所述支承辊的周向速度比所述对置辊的周向速度快来使所述弹性膜伸长,并且借助所述支承辊的突部的群和所述超声波焊头进行接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
在所述接合工序中,在整个所述接合部区域中不形成孔而保留所述第1片层和所述第2片层,并且在所述弹性膜与所述接合部的至少所述伸长方向上的边界部分处形成贯通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
所述对置辊是与所述支承辊构成夹压段的夹辊,所述弹性膜一边通过所述夹压段一边围绕于所述支承辊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
所述夹压段与所述弹性膜离开所述支承辊的位置之间的距离为250mm以下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
所述对置辊是与所述支承辊构成夹压段的夹辊,所述弹性膜一边通过所述夹压段一边围绕于所述支承辊。
6.根据权利要求1~5中的任意一项所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
所述支承辊为凸面辊。
7.能够将所述突部的配置设置成交错状。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的伸缩片的制造方法,其中,
在展开状态下观察所述支承辊时,单位面积内含有的所述突部的群的总面积所占的突部面积率至少在辊长上不同。
