背景技术
本公开内容涉及外科植入物。该外科植入物包括便于穿过植入物的组织长入(tissue ingrowth,组织向内生长)的至少一个多孔区域。
经常实施矫形外科(orthopedic,骨科)手术来修复肌肉骨骼损伤。例如,软组织在激烈运动或体育活动期间可能从骨撕裂开。当撕裂发生时,重附着(reattachment)对于修复受损组织可能是必要的。各种外科植入物可以用于修复受损组织,包括但不限于螺钉、锚、楔形物等。

具体实施方式
本公开内容描述了外科植入物,诸如螺钉、缝合锚或楔形物,其可以被用于修复肌肉骨骼损伤。外科植入物包括便于在将植入物固定于骨中之后组织长入的多孔区域。在一些实施方式中,外科植入物包括增加多孔区域附近的植入物的强度和稳定性的实心支撑物。在其他实施方式中,外科植入物包括穿过植入物的壁而形成的孔口。在以下的段落中更详细地描述本公开内容的这些和其他特征。

Claims (15)
1.一种外科植入物,包括:
在驱动头和末端之间沿着纵向轴线延伸的本体,所述本体包括围绕所述纵向轴线布置并且从所述末端延伸到所述驱动头的套管;
环绕所述本体的实心螺纹,和
在所述实心螺纹的相邻圈之间围绕所述本体周向延伸的多孔区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述外科植入物是缝合锚或界面螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述多孔区域包括多个相互连通的孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述末端和所述驱动头是实心的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,包括从所述多孔区域延伸到所述套管的多孔延伸部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,包括在所述套管和所述多孔区域之间进行连接的孔口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述本体包括包围所述套管的内壁,所述内壁是实心的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,包括在所述实心螺纹和所述套管之间进行连接的实心支撑物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述实心螺纹包括小径和大径,并且所述实心螺纹在所述小径和所述大径之间是完全实心的。
10.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述本体和所述多孔区域由相同的材料制成。
11.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中所述多孔区域布置于所述本体的、在所述套管和所述实心螺纹之间延伸的部分中。
12.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中:
所述套管由内壁包围;
所述实心螺纹在所述驱动头和所述末端之间围绕所述本体螺旋行进,所述实心螺纹在小径和大径之间是完全实心的;
所述多孔区域包括形成在所述实心螺纹的所述相邻圈之间的多个相互连通的孔;并且
实心支撑物在所述实心螺纹和所述内壁之间进行连接。
13.根据权利要求12所述的外科植入物,包括穿过所述内壁形成的孔口,并且所述多孔区域包括延伸到所述内壁的多孔延伸部。
14.根据权利要求12所述的外科植入物,其中所述多孔区域包括跨所述实心螺纹的至少两个所述圈延伸的高度。
15.根据权利要求1所述的外科植入物,其中:
所述本体在内壁外壁之间延伸;并且
所述多孔区域在所述内壁和所述外壁之间围绕所述本体连续地延伸;以及
所述外科植入物是包括布置于所述本体中的多个多孔区域的楔形物,其中所述多个多孔区域中的每个多孔区域连接至所述多个多孔区域中的相邻多孔区域。
