技术领域
本发明涉及防潮剂制备技术领域,具体为一种包装纸箱专用耐水防潮剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
防潮就是防止空气中的湿度过大,空气的湿度过大会使霉菌快速繁殖,霉菌不但能使物品发霉变质,同时也会使免疫力低下的老人、儿童感染各种疾病,全球每年因潮湿、霉变造成的经济损失高达数千亿美元。
包装纸箱受潮后,容易导致其内部物质发生霉变、损坏,而且纸箱容易坏,现有技术中的包装纸箱用防潮剂性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包装纸箱专用耐水防潮剂及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种包装纸箱专用耐水防潮剂,防潮剂组份按重量份数包括聚氨酯15-30份、长纤维5-15份、纳米银2-10份、纳米二氧化硅4-12份、活性炭粉末4-16份、石蜡5-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-17份、氯化钙5-10份、木钙3-8份、柠檬酸2-10份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:聚氨酯22份、长纤维10份、纳米银6份、纳米二氧化硅8份、活性炭粉末10份、石蜡8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、氯化钙8份、木钙6份、柠檬酸6份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将聚氨酯、长纤维、纳米银、纳米二氧化硅、活性炭粉末混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌过程中不断加入石蜡,搅拌速率为300转/分,搅拌时间为30min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氯化钙、木钙,混合后加入反应釜中进行低温加热,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后缓慢升温至60℃后恒温,恒温过程中不断加入柠檬酸;
C、恒温10min后关闭加热,不断搅拌,直至温度降至室温,静置1h,得到的混合剂加入细孔硅胶内,即得到防潮剂成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的防潮剂无毒、无刺激性气味,具有优越的耐水和防潮性能,能够延长包装纸箱的使用寿命。

聚氨酯15-30份、长纤维5-15份、纳米银2份、纳米二氧化硅4份、活性炭粉末4份、石蜡5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、氯化钙5份、木钙3份、柠檬酸2份。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将聚氨酯、长纤维、纳米银、纳米二氧化硅、活性炭粉末混合后加入搅拌釜中搅拌,搅拌过程中不断加入石蜡,搅拌速率为300转/分,搅拌时间为30min,得到混合剂A;
B、在混合剂A中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氯化钙、木钙,混合后加入反应釜中进行低温加热,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后缓慢升温至60℃后恒温,恒温过程中不断加入柠檬酸;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸箱专用耐水防潮剂,其特征在于:优选的成分配比为:聚氨酯22份、长纤维10份、纳米银6份、纳米二氧化硅8份、活性炭粉末10份、石蜡8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、氯化钙8份、木钙6份、柠檬酸6份。

B、在混合剂A中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氯化钙、木钙,混合后加入反应釜中进行低温加热,加热温度为40℃,加热时间为10min,之后缓慢升温至60℃后恒温,恒温过程中不断加入柠檬酸;
C、恒温10min后关闭加热,不断搅拌,直至温度降至室温,静置1h,得到的混合剂加入细孔硅胶内,即得到防潮剂成品。
