中国专利(201510055512.2)公开了一种环保的阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将蚕丝面料去除表面杂质和表面活化后,浸入改性的壳聚糖衍生物溶液中浸泡,取出水洗干燥,得到预处理的蚕丝面料,将预处理的蚕丝面料进行微波处理使壳聚糖衍生物发生聚合反应,用乙醇洗涤,水洗干燥,平拉定幅得到阻燃蚕丝面料。该方法将接枝技术与聚合技术相结合,在蚕丝表面自发形成阻燃物质,提高蚕丝面料的极限氧指数。但是该方法制得的蚕丝面料舒适度受到影响,且蚕丝面料的力学性能不佳。

本发明的目的是提供一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,该方法操作简单,制得的蚕丝面料阻燃性能好,色牢度高,力学性能优异。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蚕丝面料表面去除杂质,清洗干净,干燥,然后置于硅烷偶联剂、壳聚糖的水溶液中,30-50℃下浸泡处理10-30min,取出,直接在80-90℃下干燥处理,制得表面活化的蚕丝面料;
(2)将磷酸钠、尿素、硅酸钠溶于去离子水中,然后加入淀粉搅拌混合均匀,制得分散液,然后加入表面活化的蚕丝面料,120℃下密封反应1-5h,反应结束后,冷却至室温,取出蚕丝织物,水洗后在120-150℃下焙烘3-6min,制得改性蚕丝面料;
(3)将分散红167、去离子水、抗菌剂、保湿剂混合搅拌均匀后,加入pH调节剂搅拌混合均匀制得正面数码印花墨水;
(4)将分散橙44和去离子水混合均匀后,加入尿素、蓖麻油、丙二醇搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;
(5)采用数码印花机分别将正面数码印花墨水以及反面数码印花墨水喷涂于改性蚕丝面料正、反面,喷涂结束后烘干,然后在120-130℃下汽蒸处理,制得高密度阻燃蚕丝面料。

本发明将表面活化后的蚕丝面料置于磷酸钠、尿素、硅酸钠、淀粉的分散溶液中,适量尿素的加入在不损害面料的前提下有效蓬松纤维,使得分散液可充分与纤维接触,在一定温度下发生反应,生成的淀粉磷酸酯固定于蚕丝面料表面,有效改善蚕丝面料的阻燃性能。
本发明制得的高密度阻燃蚕丝面料色牢度高,力学性能好,制备方法简单,无毒环保。

(4)将分散橙44和去离子水混合均匀后,加入尿素、蓖麻油、丙二醇搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;其中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为分散橙4417份、去离子水16份、尿素4.5份、蓖麻油1.6份、丙二醇1.5份;
(5)采用数码印花机分别将正面数码印花墨水以及反面数码印花墨水喷涂于改性蚕丝面料正、反面,喷涂结束后烘干,然后在120-130℃下汽蒸处理,制得高密度阻燃蚕丝面料。
下面对本发明制得的蚕丝面料进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示:

从上述测试结果可以看出,本发明制得的面料力学性能优异,色牢度好,阻燃性能优异。

Claims (8)

1.一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蚕丝面料表面去除杂质,清洗干净,干燥,然后置于硅烷偶联剂、壳聚糖的水溶液中,30-50℃下浸泡处理10-30min,取出,直接在80-90℃下干燥处理,制得表面活化的蚕丝面料;
(2)将磷酸钠、尿素、硅酸钠溶于去离子水中,然后加入淀粉搅拌混合均匀,制得分散液,然后加入表面活化的蚕丝面料,120℃下密封反应1-5h,反应结束后,冷却至室温,取出蚕丝织物,水洗后在120-150℃下焙烘3-6min,制得改性蚕丝面料;
(3)将分散红167、去离子水、抗菌剂、保湿剂混合搅拌均匀后,加入pH调节剂搅拌混合均匀制得正面数码印花墨水;
(4)将分散橙44和去离子水混合均匀后,加入尿素、蓖麻油、丙二醇搅拌混合均匀,制得反面数码印花墨水;
(5)采用数码印花机分别将正面数码印花墨水以及反面数码印花墨水喷涂于改性蚕丝面料正、反面,喷涂结束后烘干,然后在120-130℃下汽蒸处理,制得高密度阻燃蚕丝面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述硅烷偶联剂、壳聚糖、蚕丝面料的质量比为1:(10-20):(80-100)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,磷酸钠、尿素、硅酸钠、淀粉、表面活化的蚕丝面料的质量比(4-9):3:1:5:(20-30)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述抗菌剂为有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述保湿剂为山梨醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述pH调节剂为氨水。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为分散红16715-23份、去离子水10-20份、抗菌剂1-3份、保湿剂1-2份、pH调节剂0.5-2份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种双面异色数码印花高密度阻燃蚕丝面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,各组分用量以重量份计分别为分散橙4410-18份、去离子水10-20份、尿素2-5份、蓖麻油1-2份、丙二醇1-2份。
