Abstract
本发明公开了一种彩色皮膜布及其制备方法,包括基布,涂布在基布上的改性PU胶涂层和涂布在改性PU胶涂层上的带色改性PU珠光胶涂层,制备方法是,先将基布进行退浆处理,然后对基布依次进行改性PU胶涂层打底,刮刀式涂刷改性PU胶涂层,改性PU胶涂层光滑处理,最后采用干法涂刷带色改性PU珠光胶涂层,依照本发明制备的彩色皮膜布具有布面平整光亮,色彩鲜艳,膜感好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明具体涉及彩色皮膜布,属于纺织行业,本发明还涉及一种彩色皮膜布的制备方法。
背景技术
皮膜面料是一类用合成材料制成的手感、外观类似于真皮的合成面料,其力学性能可与真皮面料相媲美。根据合成材料的不同,常见类型包括聚氨酯皮膜面料(PU)、聚氯乙烯仿皮面料(PVC)等。PU的全称 Polyurethane,原料为高分子聚氨酯,是一种新兴的有机高分子材料,被誉为“第五大塑料”因其良好的性能而被广泛应用于众多领域,产品应用领域包括轻工、化工、纺织、医疗、建筑、建材、汽车、国防、航天、航空等。但是聚氨酯皮膜面料也存在的一些缺陷,如燃烧后放出有毒气体、白色或者浅色芳香族聚氨酯产品在光照下易发生色变等,严重地阻碍了其发展推广。201310592132.3和201110402392.0号中国专利申请都公布了采用聚氨酯涂层制备的皮膜布料且光照色牢度只达到3-4级。
本发明就是基于此思路,选择了合适的材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法先对PU进行改性得到稳定的改性PU胶,在进行带色改性PU珠光胶的制备,最后再进行彩色皮膜布的制备。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有背景技术中的不足之处,本发明提供了一种表面平滑光亮,色彩鲜艳的彩色皮膜布,本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述彩色皮膜布的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种彩色皮膜布,包括基布,其特征在于:还包括涂布在基布上的改性PU胶涂层和涂布在改性PU胶涂层上的带色改性PU珠光胶涂层,其中,改性PU胶是采用溶胶-凝胶法制备而成的丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯胶;带色改性PU珠光胶成份如下:
改性PU胶 20%-30%;
抗氧化剂 5%-10%;
爽滑剂 2%-10%;
交联剂 2%-5%;
色浆 3%-5%;
珠光粉 4%-7%;
水和增稠剂 余量。
优选的,所述基布为白坯棉布或白坯麻布的其中一种。
优选的,溶胶-凝胶法制备改性PU胶制备工艺如下:
1)采用聚乙二醇(PEG)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)、丙烯酸(PA)为单体,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为增链剂;偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为发泡剂;丙酮为有机溶剂;先制备出水性 PU 预聚物溶胶;
2)滴加体积分数20%-45%的PA 及 AIBN 的丙酮溶液,滴加完后保温1h,真空下脱除丙酮,得丙烯酸改性PU胶;
其中,n(PEG):n(BDO):n(TDI)为0.5:1.1:1.6。
优选的,所述的交联剂为膜状型。
优选的,所述的抗氧化剂为水溶性。
优选的,所述的色浆为水溶性。
优选的,所述的珠光粉为松散密度是0.14g/cm3。
一种彩色皮膜布的制备方法如下:
1) 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯胶,即改性PU胶;
2)向改性PU胶中依次加入抗氧化剂,爽滑粉,交联剂,色浆,珠光粉,水和增稠剂搅拌均匀制得带色改性PU珠光胶;
3)将基布先进行退浆处理,然后对基布依次进行改性PU胶涂层打底,刮刀式涂刷改性PU胶涂层,改性PU胶涂层光滑处理,最后采用干法涂刷带色改性PU珠光胶涂层即得彩色皮膜布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1. 本发明中采用溶胶-凝胶法进行丙烯酸对聚氨酯进行改性的技术,获得了改性PU胶具有胶体稳定,皮膜感突出的优点。
2. 本发明中采用在基布上先改性PU胶打底,在进行刮涂改性PU胶,最后用改性PU胶平滑处理的技术,获得了彩色皮膜布具有布面光滑平整的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
1)改性PU胶的制备
将聚乙二醇在120℃温度下真空脱水2 h,备用,将物质量比为0.5:1.6的脱水聚乙二醇和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯加入装有温度计、搅拌器和回流冷凝管的洁净四口烧瓶中,在80℃温度下反应2 h,再降温70℃;然后均匀滴加1,4-丁二醇的丙酮溶液,保温反应 1 h。接下来添加计量的二羟甲基丙酸丙酮溶液,在75 ℃条件下保温反应7h,期间视黏度大小添加丙酮;最后,冷却到40℃以下,加入三乙醇胺中和,搅拌均匀后即得水性PU 预聚物,然后将所得水性 PU预聚物在70℃下保30 min,在 3 h 内分别均匀地滴加体积分数30%丙烯酸及偶氮二异丁腈的丙酮溶液,滴加完后保温 1 h真空下脱除丙酮即得丙烯酸改性性聚氨酯,既改性PU胶。
2)带色改性PU珠光胶
取25%份改性PU胶,然后加入6%水溶抗氧化剂,7%爽滑粉,3%膜状型交联剂,4%水溶色浆,5%密度0.14 g/cm3珠光粉,50%水和增稠剂搅拌均匀制得带色改性PU珠光胶。
3)彩色皮膜布制备
将基布白坯棉布先进行退浆处理,然后对基布依次进行改性PU胶涂层打底,刮涂改性PU胶涂层,改性PU胶涂层光滑处理,最后采用干法涂带色改性PU珠光胶涂层即得彩色皮膜布。
实施例2
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1,不同的是30%改性PU胶,45%水和增稠剂。
实施例3
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1,不同的是20%改性PU胶,60%水和增稠剂。
彩色皮膜布的性能测试如下表数据显示:

从上表显示,实施例1~3制备的彩色皮膜色牢度比市场好,综合考虑实施例1的制备出的彩色皮膜性能较好。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同。
Claims (8)
1.一种彩色皮膜布,包括基布,其特征在于:还包括涂布在基布上的改性PU胶涂层和涂布在改性PU胶涂层上的带色改性PU珠光胶涂层,其中,改性PU胶是采用溶胶-凝胶法制备而成的丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯胶;带色改性PU珠光胶成份如下:
改性PU胶 20%-30%;
抗氧化剂 5%-10%;
爽滑剂 2%-10%;
交联剂 2%-5%;
色浆 3%-5%;
珠光粉 4%-7%;
水和增稠剂 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:所述基布为白坯棉布或白坯麻布的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:溶胶-凝胶法制备改性PU胶制备工艺如下:
1)采用聚乙二醇(PEG)、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)、丙烯酸(PA)为单体,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为增链剂;偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为发泡剂;丙酮为有机溶剂;先制备出水性 PU 预聚物溶胶;
2)滴加体积分数20%-45%的PA 及 AIBN 的丙酮溶液,滴加完后保温1h,真空下脱除丙酮,得丙烯酸改性PU胶;
其中,n(PEG):n(BDO):n(TDI)为0.5:1.1:1.6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为膜状型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为水溶性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:所述的色浆为水溶性。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布,其特征在于:所述的珠光粉为松散密度是0.14-0.2g/cm3。
8.一种权利要求1所述的一种彩色皮膜布的制备方法,其特征在于:
1) 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯胶,即改性PU胶;
2)向改性PU胶中依次加入抗氧化剂,爽滑粉,交联剂,色浆,珠光粉,水和增稠剂搅拌均匀制得带色改性PU珠光胶;
3)将基布先进行退浆处理,然后对基布依次进行改性PU胶涂层打底,刮涂改性PU胶涂层,改性PU胶涂层光滑处理,最后采用干法涂刷带色改性PU珠光胶涂层即得彩色皮膜布。
