背景技术:
有机锗在家纺中得以应用,将对人们的身体健康具有跨时代的意义,使用有机锗功能整理的家纺产品,在32℃就可高发射率的发出远红外线波促进血液循环,同时被激发出的电子可与皮肤周围的氧和水分子结合产生负氧离子、羟基负离子达到杀菌和清新空气的作用以及促进细胞活化降低皮肤衰老速度。且在贴近皮肤的含锗家纺产品中的微量锗元素还可透过皮肤吸收进入体内,起到防癌抗癌、预防衰老等有益身体健康的作用。
但有机锗存在于家纺面料上固着困难和耐水洗牢度差的缺点,致使有机锗在家纺面料上固着率低,并且在家纺产品洗涤过程中易被水洗剥离,从而进一步降低有机锗的固着率。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种固着率高且耐水洗性强的家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)纤维面料改性处理:向水中加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺和水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10-15min,然后加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以0.5-1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌10-15min,继续以0.5-1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌15-30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(2)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入多聚谷氨酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理3-5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5-10min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(3)固着液配制:向水中加入上述所制水溶性有机锗整理剂和固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(4)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,3-5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置5-10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
所述固着剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:泊洛沙姆5-10份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚3-5份、壳寡糖2-3份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.5-1份、氢化棕榈油0.5-1份,其制备方法为:向泊洛沙姆中加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5-10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入烯丙基缩水甘油醚和氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入壳寡糖和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
所述步骤(1)中水、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、水解聚马来酸酐、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵与纤维面料的质量比为100-150:1-5:0.1-0.5:1-5:0.01-0.05:10-20。
所述步骤(2)中双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)、多聚谷氨酸与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为1-2:5-10:10-15。
所述步骤(3)中水、水溶性有机锗整理剂与固着剂的质量比为100-150:1-5:0.1-0.5。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过对纤维面料的亲水改性处理,增强其对有机锗的吸附性,从而提高有机锗在纤维面料上的固着率,以及增强有机锗在纤维面料上的耐水洗性;
(2)通过水溶性有机锗整理剂的制备,以便通过浸渍法牢固附着于经亲水改性处理后的纤维面料上;
(3)通过固着剂的添加,改善有机锗在纤维面料上的难固着以及耐水性牢度差的问题;
(4)本发明所述有机锗整理剂固着方法能使纤维面料上的有机锗含量达到160mg/kg以上,有机锗固着率达到87%以上,水洗10次后的有机锗含量仍在110mg/kg以上,从而利于有机锗固着于纤维面料后以发挥其保健功效。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)纤维面料改性处理:向100kg水中加入5kg双丙酮丙烯酰胺和0.2kg水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将10kg纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10min,然后加入3kg N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和0.01kg过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌15min,继续以1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(2)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向0.1kg双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入1kg多聚谷氨酸和1kg羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(3)固着液配制:向120kg水中加入上述所制3kg水溶性有机锗整理剂和0.1kg固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(4)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,3min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
固着剂的制备:向10g泊洛沙姆中加入0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入5g烯丙基缩水甘油醚和0.5g氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入3g壳寡糖和1g阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
实施例2
(1)纤维面料改性处理:向150kg水中加入5kg双丙酮丙烯酰胺和0.2kg水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将20kg纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10min,然后加入5kg N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和0.01kg过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌15min,继续以1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(1)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向0.1kg双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入0.5kg多聚谷氨酸和1.5kg羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(2)固着液配制:向150kg水中加入上述所制5kg水溶性有机锗整理剂和0.2kg固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(3)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
固着剂的制备:向5g泊洛沙姆中加入0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入3g烯丙基缩水甘油醚和0.5g氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入2g壳寡糖和2g阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
对照例1

(1)纤维面料改性处理:向150kg水中加入5kg双丙酮丙烯酰胺和0.2kg水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将20kg纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10min,然后加入5kg N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和0.01kg过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌15min,继续以1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(2)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向0.1kg双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入0.5kg多聚谷氨酸和1.5kg羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(3)固着液配制:向150kg水中加入上述所制5kg水溶性有机锗整理剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(4)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
对照例3
(1)纤维面料改性处理:向150kg水中加入5kg双丙酮丙烯酰胺和0.2kg水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将20kg纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10min,然后加入5kg N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和0.01kg过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌15min,继续以1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(2)有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向0.1kg双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得有机锗整理剂;
(3)固着液配制:向150kg水中加入上述所制5kg有机锗整理剂和0.2kg固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(4)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
固着剂的制备:向5g泊洛沙姆中加入0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入3g烯丙基缩水甘油醚和0.5g氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入2g壳寡糖和2g阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
对照例4
(1)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向0.1kg双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入0.5kg多聚谷氨酸和1.5kg羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(2)固着液配制:向150kg水中加入上述所制5kg水溶性有机锗整理剂和0.2kg固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(3)有机锗整理剂固着:将纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
固着剂的制备:向5g泊洛沙姆中加入0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入3g烯丙基缩水甘油醚和0.5g氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入2g壳寡糖和2g阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
实施例3
分别利用实施例1、实施例2、对照例1、对照例2、对照例3和对照例4所述方法对同批纤维面料进行有机锗整理剂的固着,并经固着处理后的纤维面料的有机锗含量、有机锗固着率和水洗后有机锗保留率进行测定,结果如表1所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)纤维面料改性处理:向水中加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺和水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌溶解完全后将纤维面料浸没其中,室温静置10-15min,然后加入N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和过硫酸铵,混合均匀后以0.5-1℃/min的升温速度升温至55-60℃保温搅拌10-15min,继续以0.5-1℃/min的升温速度升温至沸腾状态保温搅拌15-30min,自然冷却至室温,捞出纤维面料后先利用10-15℃冷水水洗,再利用35-40℃温水水洗,最后于75-80℃下烘干,即得改性纤维面料;
(2)水溶性有机锗整理剂制备:搅拌下向双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)中滴加10%醋酸溶液至完全溶解,再加入多聚谷氨酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波处理3-5min,静置30min后再次微波处理5-10min,微波结束后自然冷却至室温,所得混合液滴加碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至中性,即得水溶性有机锗整理剂;
(3)固着液配制:向水中加入上述所制水溶性有机锗整理剂和固着剂,升温至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,待自然冷却至室温,即得固着液;
(4)有机锗整理剂固着:将上述所制改性纤维面料浸没于配制好的固着液中,3-5min后取出面料,并于65-70℃环境中静置5-10min,对面料脱水使其含水量降低至50-55%,最后将面料于75-80℃下烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,其特征在于,所述固着剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:泊洛沙姆5-10份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚3-5份、壳寡糖2-3份、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.5-1份、氢化棕榈油0.5-1份,其制备方法为:向泊洛沙姆中加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,以5-10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨5min,再加入烯丙基缩水甘油醚和氢化棕榈油,继续在120-125℃保温研磨15min,即得改性泊洛沙姆,并加入壳寡糖和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,然后搅拌下向所得混合粉末中加入沸水,待粉末完全溶解后静置10min,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得固着剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中水、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、水解聚马来酸酐、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵与纤维面料的质量比为100-150:1-5:0.1-0.5:1-5:0.01-0.05:10-20。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中双(羰乙基三氧二锗化合物)、多聚谷氨酸与羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为1-2:5-10:10-15。
5.根据权利要求1所述的家纺面料有机锗整理剂固着方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中水、水溶性有机锗整理剂与固着剂的质量比为100-150:1-5:0.1-0.5。
