本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种亲肤吸热面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于服装面料品质的要求越来越高,现有技术中,服装面料通常采用增加厚度、提高克重的方法来提高其吸热性能,但是通常导致造价高或者厚重、不亲肤。并且在面料纺织过程中,添加功能各异的助剂,可以增加服装面料的功能性。因此,需要提供一种厚度适中、亲肤效果好、吸热效果好的服装面料及其制备工艺。
中国专利CN201510723126.6公开了一种亲肤雪纺面料,配组份包括维纶、黑丝、绢丝、粗花呢、三角异形丝、帆布、涤棉、纯麻细纺、桃皮绒、牛奶蛋白纤维。但是该专利的亲肤雪纺面料的透气性较高,吸热效果差。
中国专利CN201310453282.6公开了一种多功能吸热面料,由罗布麻纤维、桑皮纤维、纳米远红外陶瓷纤维以及天丝纤维四种天然纤维混纺编织而成,所述的多功能吸热面料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的罗布麻纤维占43%-56%,所述的桑皮纤维占13%-17%,所述的纳米远红外陶瓷纤维占10%-15%,所述的天丝纤维占21%-25%。但是该专利的吸热面料由于采用罗布麻纤维、桑皮纤维、陶瓷纤维为原料,其亲肤性差。
因此,针对上述问题,需要提供一种厚度适中、亲肤效果好、吸热效果好的服装面料及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种亲肤吸热面料及其制备工艺。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种亲肤吸热面料,亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为12.5dtex~20.2dtex;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为50%~70%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.62dtex~0.85dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为30%~50%,竹纤维的细度为1.21dtex~1.33dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为10.2dtex~12.2dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为70%~80%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.65dtex~0.80dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为20%~30%,棉纤维的细度为1.25dtex~1.62dtex。

步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的面料坯布依次浸入中草药原液2h~4h、柔顺液40min~80min,进行面料坯布前处理,取出后将经前处理的面料坯布进行烘干处理,得到面料初品;
步骤S3,将经步骤S2得到的面料初品浸入固着液中进行固着处理1h~2h,取出在85℃~90℃的温度条件下进行烘干处理30min~60min,再进行热定型处理,得到所述亲肤吸热面料。
进一步地,步骤S2中,中草药原液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将金银花浸入乙醇溶液中,在0.3MPa~0.6MPa的压力下提取4h~10h,滤除残渣后得醇提液,醇提液经减压浓缩,得到密度为90g/L~110g/L的浸膏,即为金银花提取物;
步骤ii,将100重量份步骤i得到的金银花提取物加入至1000重量份的水中混合均匀,得到金银花提取液,向金银花提取液中加入10份~15份椰油基葡糖苷、10份~12份月桂酰基谷氨酸,混合均匀后,得到所述中草药原液。
进一步地,步骤S2中,柔顺液为:粘度为200mPa.s~400mPa.s的端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液。

1.本发明制备的亲肤吸热面料采用双层面料,并且上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备,底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备,充分利用了丙纶纤维质轻、吸热效果好的优点,同时由于竹纤维和棉纤维的亲肤效果好,使得由此制得的面料的亲肤吸热性能优异;同时,设置适中的面料克重,使得制得的面料在吸热效果好同时,其面料穿着舒适度得到有效提高;
2.本发明制备的亲肤吸热面料厚度适中、亲肤效果好、吸热效果好;
3.本发明制备亲肤吸热面料的过程中对面料坯布进行中草药原液、柔顺液、固着液的浸渍处理,使得面料纤维充分接触金银花提取物、表面活性物质和固着物质,使得制得的面料纤维进一步亲肤吸热、性能稳定、气味良好、抑菌效果良好。

实施例1
一种亲肤吸热面料,亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为12.5dtex;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为50%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.62dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为50%,竹纤维的细度为1.21dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为10.2dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为70%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.65dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为20%,棉纤维的细度为1.25dtex;其中,上层面料的克重为75g/m2;底层面料的克重为85g/m2;上层面料与底层面料通过缝制连接。

一种亲肤吸热面料,亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为16dtex;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为60%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.73dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为40%,竹纤维的细度为1.25dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为11dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为75%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.70dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为25%,棉纤维的细度为1.5dtex;其中,上层面料的克重为80g/m2;底层面料的克重为90g/m2;上层面料与底层面料通过缝制连接。
上述亲肤吸热面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维和丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维分别纺织成所述上层面料和底层面料,然后通过缝制连接,得到面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的面料坯布依次浸入中草药原液3h、粘度为300mPa.s的端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液柔顺液60min,进行面料坯布前处理,取出后将经前处理的面料坯布在烘干温度为82℃的条件下进行烘干处理1.5h,得到面料初品;中草药原液浴比为1:13;柔顺液浴比为1:12;
其中,中草药原液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将金银花浸入乙醇溶液中,在0.45MPa的压力下提取7h,滤除残渣后得醇提液,醇提液经减压浓缩,得到密度为100g/L的浸膏,即为金银花提取物;
步骤ii,将100重量份步骤i得到的金银花提取物加入至1000重量份的水中混合均匀,得到金银花提取液,向金银花提取液中加入12份椰油基葡糖苷、11份月桂酰基谷氨酸,混合均匀后,得到所述中草药原液;
步骤S3,将经步骤S2得到的面料初品浸入质量分数为2%的壳聚糖溶液固着液中进行固着处理1.5h,取出在87℃的温度条件下进行烘干处理45min,再在温度为185℃的条件下进行热定型处理13s,得到所述亲肤吸热面料;其中,固着液浴比为1:16。
实施例4
一种亲肤吸热面料,亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为14dtex;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为55%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.66dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为45%,竹纤维的细度为1.25dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为10.5dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为72%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.70dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为28%,棉纤维的细度为1.4dtex;其中,上层面料的克重为77g/m2;底层面料的克重为87g/m2;上层面料与底层面料通过缝制连接。
上述亲肤吸热面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维和丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维分别纺织成所述上层面料和底层面料,然后通过缝制连接,得到面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的面料坯布依次浸入中草药原液2.5h、粘度为250mPa.s的端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液柔顺液50min,进行面料坯布前处理,取出后将经前处理的面料坯布在烘干温度为81℃的条件下进行烘干处理1.2h,得到面料初品;中草药原液浴比为1:12.5;柔顺液浴比为1:11;
其中,中草药原液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将金银花浸入乙醇溶液中,在0.4MPa的压力下提取5h,滤除残渣后得醇提液,醇提液经减压浓缩,得到密度为95g/L的浸膏,即为金银花提取物;
步骤ii,将100重量份步骤i得到的金银花提取物加入至1000重量份的水中混合均匀,得到金银花提取液,向金银花提取液中加入11份椰油基葡糖苷、10.5份月桂酰基谷氨酸,混合均匀后,得到所述中草药原液;
步骤S3,将经步骤S2得到的面料初品浸入质量分数为1.5%的壳聚糖溶液固着液中进行固着处理1.2h,取出在86℃的温度条件下进行烘干处理40min,再在温度为182℃的条件下进行热定型处理13s,得到所述亲肤吸热面料;其中,固着液浴比为1:15。
实施例5
一种亲肤吸热面料,亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为19dtex;丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为65%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.81dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为35%,竹纤维的细度为1.29dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为12dtex;丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为77%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.78dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为23%,棉纤维的细度为1.6dtex;其中,上层面料的克重为83g/m2;底层面料的克重为92g/m2;上层面料与底层面料通过缝制连接。
上述亲肤吸热面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维和丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维分别纺织成所述上层面料和底层面料,然后通过缝制连接,得到面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的面料坯布依次浸入中草药原液3.5h、粘度为350mPa.s的端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液柔顺液70min,进行面料坯布前处理,取出后将经前处理的面料坯布在烘干温度为84℃的条件下进行烘干处理1.8h,得到面料初品;中草药原液浴比为1:13.5;柔顺液浴比为1:13;
其中,中草药原液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将金银花浸入乙醇溶液中,在0.5MPa的压力下提取9h,滤除残渣后得醇提液,醇提液经减压浓缩,得到密度为105g/L的浸膏,即为金银花提取物;
步骤ii,将100重量份步骤i得到的金银花提取物加入至1000重量份的水中混合均匀,得到金银花提取液,向金银花提取液中加入14份椰油基葡糖苷、11.5份月桂酰基谷氨酸,混合均匀后,得到所述中草药原液;
步骤S3,将经步骤S2得到的面料初品浸入质量分数为2.5%的壳聚糖溶液固着液中进行固着处理1.8h,取出在89℃的温度条件下进行烘干处理50min,再在温度为188℃的条件下进行热定型处理14s,得到所述亲肤吸热面料;其中,固着液浴比为1:17。
实验例1
对实施例1~5制得的亲肤吸热面料进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1~5制得的亲肤吸热面料置于100W的红外灯下照射半小时,半小时后测试织物表面温度,再撤除红外灯,并在撤除后1小时测试织物表面温度。

Claims (10)

1.一种亲肤吸热面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤吸热面料为双层面料;上层面料采用丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维制备;底层面料采用丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维制备;所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维的细度为12.5dtex~20.2dtex;所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为50%~70%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.62dtex~0.85dtex,竹纤维的重量含量为30%~50%,竹纤维的细度为1.21dtex~1.33dtex;所述丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维的细度为10.2dtex~12.2dtex;所述丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维中:丙纶纤维的重量含量为70%~80%,丙纶纤维的细度为0.65dtex~0.80dtex,棉纤维的重量含量为20%~30%,棉纤维的细度为1.25dtex~1.62dtex。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤吸热面料,其特征在于,所述上层面料的克重为75g/m2~85g/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤吸热面料,其特征在于,所述底层面料的克重为85g/m2~95g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤吸热面料,其特征在于,所述上层面料与底层面料通过缝制连接。
5.一种根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的亲肤吸热面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,将所述丙纶纤维/竹纤维共混纤维和丙纶纤维/棉纤维共混纤维分别纺织成所述上层面料和底层面料,然后通过缝制连接,得到面料坯布;
步骤S2,将步骤S1得到的面料坯布依次浸入中草药原液2h~4h、柔顺液40min~80min,进行面料坯布前处理,取出后将经前处理的面料坯布进行烘干处理,得到面料初品;
步骤S3,将经步骤S2得到的面料初品浸入固着液中进行固着处理1h~2h,取出在85℃~90℃的温度条件下进行烘干处理30min~60min,再进行热定型处理,得到所述亲肤吸热面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述中草药原液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤i,将金银花浸入乙醇溶液中,在0.3MPa~0.6MPa的压力下提取4h~10h,滤除残渣后得醇提液,醇提液经减压浓缩,得到密度为90g/L~110g/L的浸膏,即为金银花提取物;
步骤ii,将100重量份步骤i得到的金银花提取物加入至1000重量份的水中混合均匀,得到金银花提取液,向金银花提取液中加入10份~15份椰油基葡糖苷、10份~12份月桂酰基谷氨酸,混合均匀后,得到所述中草药原液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述柔顺液为:粘度为200mPa.s~400mPa.s的端羟基聚硅氧烷乳液。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述烘干为:烘干温度为80℃~85℃,烘干时间为1h~2h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述固着液为质量分数为1%~3%的壳聚糖溶液。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述热定型为:热定型温度为180℃~190℃,热定型时间为12s~15s。
