背景技术:
合成革,是以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨酯层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革,广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
在合成革加工过程中,需要加入功能助剂,以增强合成革制品的手感、外观质量和使用质量。垂感助剂属于合成革的特殊功能助剂,目的是为了赋予合成革优异的垂感,使合成革制品线条光滑且自然舒展。目前,市场上还没有专用于合成革的垂感助剂,并且部分具有垂感效果的物质经添加后会使合成革发硬,从而降低合成革的力学性能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种垂顺效果好、使用环保性强且同时能保证力学性能的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸15-20份、大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆3-5份、水解聚马来酸酐2-3份、田菁胶1-2份、聚乙烯醇改性活性白土1-2份、聚合硫酸铝0.5-1份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.5-1份、硅微粉0.3-0.5份、葡萄糖酸钠0.1-0.3份、纳米钛白粉0.1-0.3份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐0.05-0.1份、水100-150份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向聚乙烯醇改性活性白土中加入聚合硫酸铝和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,并升温至115-120℃保温混合15min,再加入硅微粉和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,继续在115-120℃保温混合15min,然后加入1/3水,充分分散后送入球磨机中,球磨3h后过200目筛,即得滤液;
(2)向剩余2/3水中加入壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸和田菁胶,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入水解聚马来酸酐和纳米钛白粉,继续回流保温混合10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆、葡萄糖酸钠和上述所制滤液,充分混合后将所得混合液送入球磨机中,球磨8h后过300目筛,所得滤液即为水性垂感助剂。
所述大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆是由大豆蛋白纤维经泊洛沙姆改性处理而制成,其具体制备方法为:向大豆蛋白纤维中加入松节油和羟甲基二茂铁,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,再加入泊洛沙姆和N-苄基丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,并于5-10℃环境中密封静置30min,再次微波处理5min,然后加入45-50℃水,充分混合后自然冷却至室温,最后将所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆。
所述大豆蛋白纤维、松节油、羟甲基二茂铁、泊洛沙姆、N-苄基丙烯酰胺和水的质量用量比为10-15:0.3-0.5:0.05-0.1:5-10:0.5-1:50-100。
所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W。
大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆的制备是为了在保留大豆蛋白纤维原有优良特性的基础上,赋予其水溶性,制成可溶于水的大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆。

所述活性白土、水、鲸蜡醇、双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺、聚乙烯醇和N-甲基吡咯烷酮的质量用量比为5-10:50-80:0.3-0.5:0.05-0.1:3-5:0.1-0.2。
利用聚乙烯醇对活性白土的改性处理,在保证活性白土原有优异吸附性能的基础上,增强活性白土的亲水性,使所制聚乙烯醇改性活性白土遇水后发生溶胀,从而起到均匀分散垂感助剂组分的目的,以使垂感助剂最大程度地发挥作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制垂感助剂属于水性垂感助剂,以水作为稀释剂,加工环保性强,避免使用油性垂感助剂存在的有机溶剂污染环境问题;并且所制垂感助剂添加于水性聚氨酯浆料中,能与成膜原料很好地共混相容,使加工制得的合成革具有细腻柔软且垂感明显的特点,合成革制品线条光滑且自然舒展;同时垂感持久性好,十分接近真皮,适用于制成合成革类服装。

实施例1
(1)向2g聚乙烯醇改性活性白土中加入0.5g聚合硫酸铝和0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,并升温至115-120℃保温混合15min,再加入0.3g硅微粉和0.05g 1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,继续在115-120℃保温混合15min,然后加入50g水,充分分散后送入球磨机中,球磨3h后过200目筛,即得滤液;
(2)向100g水中加入15g壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸和1g田菁胶,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入2g水解聚马来酸酐和0.15g纳米钛白粉,继续回流保温混合10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入3g大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆、0.15g葡萄糖酸钠和上述所制滤液,充分混合后将所得混合液送入球磨机中,球磨8h后过300目筛,所得滤液即为水性垂感助剂。
大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆的制备:向10g大豆蛋白纤维中加入0.3g松节油和0.05g羟甲基二茂铁,充分混合后利用微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W的微波处理器微波处理5min,再加入5g泊洛沙姆和0.5g N-苄基丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,并于5-10℃环境中密封静置30min,再次微波处理5min,然后加入80g 45-50℃水,充分混合后自然冷却至室温,最后将所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆。
聚乙烯醇改性活性白土的制备:将10g活性白土分散于60g水中,静置10min后加入0.3g鲸蜡醇和0.1g双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,然后加入3g聚乙烯醇和0.1g N-甲基吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合30min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得聚乙烯醇改性活性白土。
实施例2

(1)向2g聚乙烯醇改性活性白土中加入0.5g聚合硫酸铝和0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,并升温至115-120℃保温混合15min,再加入0.3g硅微粉和0.05g 1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,继续在115-120℃保温混合15min,然后加入50g水,充分分散后送入球磨机中,球磨3h后过200目筛,即得滤液;
(2)向100g水中加入20g壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸和1g田菁胶,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入3g水解聚马来酸酐和0.3g纳米钛白粉,继续回流保温混合10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入0.15g葡萄糖酸钠和上述所制滤液,充分混合后将所得混合液送入球磨机中,球磨8h后过300目筛,所得滤液即为水性垂感助剂。
聚乙烯醇改性活性白土的制备:将5g活性白土分散于50g水中,静置10min后加入0.3g鲸蜡醇和0.05g双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,然后加入3g聚乙烯醇和0.1g N-甲基吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合30min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得聚乙烯醇改性活性白土。
对照例3
(1)向2g活性白土中加入0.5g聚合硫酸铝和0.5g聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵升温至115-120℃保温混合15min,再加入0.3g硅微粉和0.05g 1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,继续在115-120℃保温混合15min,然后加入50g水,充分分散后送入球磨机中,球磨3h后过200目筛,即得滤液;

实施例3
分别将等量实施例1、实施例2、对照例1、对照例2和对照例3所制垂感助剂添加到水性聚氨酯浆料中(具体原料配比如表1所示,其中垂感助剂添加量为1.5wt%,以固含量计),并通过相同加工工艺制得合成革,对所制合成革的垂感相关性能进行测试,测试结果如表2所示。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸15-20份、大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆3-5份、水解聚马来酸酐2-3份、田菁胶1-2份、聚乙烯醇改性活性白土1-2份、聚合硫酸铝0.5-1份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.5-1份、硅微粉0.3-0.5份、葡萄糖酸钠0.1-0.3份、纳米钛白粉0.1-0.3份、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐0.05-0.1份、水100-150份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向聚乙烯醇改性活性白土中加入聚合硫酸铝和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,并升温至115-120℃保温混合15min,再加入硅微粉和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐,继续在115-120℃保温混合15min,然后加入1/3水,充分分散后送入球磨机中,球磨3h后过200目筛,即得滤液;
(2)向剩余2/3水中加入壳寡糖/聚丙烯酸和田菁胶,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入水解聚马来酸酐和纳米钛白粉,继续回流保温混合10min,待自然冷却至室温后加入大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆、葡萄糖酸钠和上述所制滤液,充分混合后将所得混合液送入球磨机中,球磨8h后过300目筛,所得滤液即为水性垂感助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于:所述大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆是由大豆蛋白纤维经泊洛沙姆改性处理而制成,其具体制备方法为:向大豆蛋白纤维中加入松节油和羟甲基二茂铁,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,再加入泊洛沙姆和N-苄基丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,并于5-10℃环境中密封静置30min,再次微波处理5min,然后加入45-50℃水,充分混合后自然冷却至室温,最后将所得混合物送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得大豆蛋白纤维/泊洛沙姆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于:所述大豆蛋白纤维、松节油、羟甲基二茂铁、泊洛沙姆、N-苄基丙烯酰胺和水的质量用量比为10-15:0.3-0.5:0.05-0.1:5-10:0.5-1:50-100。
4.根据权利要求2所述的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的工作条件为微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇改性活性白土是由活性白土经聚乙烯醇改性制成,其具体改性方法为:将活性白土分散于水中,静置10min后加入鲸蜡醇和双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺,并升温至回流状态保温混合15min,然后加入聚乙烯醇和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,继续回流保温混合30min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得聚乙烯醇改性活性白土。
6.根据权利要求5所述的适用于合成革的水性垂感助剂,其特征在于:所述活性白土、水、鲸蜡醇、双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺、聚乙烯醇和N-甲基吡咯烷酮的质量用量比为5-10:50-80:0.3-0.5:0.05-0.1:3-5:0.1-0.2。
