背景技术:
合成革,模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革。广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
柔软性,属于合成革想要媲美真皮的主要使用性能指标。部分合成革虽然力学强度好但手感发硬,而部分合成革虽然柔软性好但力学强度较差,因此如何使合成革兼具优异柔软性和力学强度是目前仍需研究的技术问题。针对这一问题,本公司开发出一种合成革加工用柔软增强剂,在改善所加工合成革柔软性的同时保证其力学强度,以利于提高所制合成革的使用质量。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在改善所加工合成革柔软性的同时保证其力学强度的合成革加工用柔软增强剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种合成革加工用柔软增强剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
改性泊洛沙姆18815-20份、聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚5-10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶1-2份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、聚氧化乙烯0.5-1份、海泡石纤维粉0.5-1份、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.1-0.5份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵0.1-0.5份、二茂铁0.01-0.1份;
所述改性泊洛沙姆188由泊洛沙姆188经改性处理制得,其制备方法为:搅拌下向泊洛沙姆188中加水直至完全溶解,得到泊洛沙姆188的水溶液;并在搅拌下向硬脂酸中加无水乙醇直至完全溶解,得到硬脂酸的乙醇溶液;向泊洛沙姆188的水溶液中加入硬脂酸的乙醇溶液,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波回流处理10min,静置15min后继续微波回流处理5min,再加入烯丙基缩水甘油醚和松节油,混合均匀后再次微波回流处理5min,所得混合物于70-75℃下研磨至溶剂挥干,即得改性泊洛沙姆188。
所述泊洛沙姆188、硬脂酸、烯丙基缩水甘油醚和松节油的质量比为1-5:0.5-2:0.1-0.5:0.05-0.2。
所述聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚的制备方法为:搅拌下向聚天门冬氨酸中加水直至完全溶解,升温至55-60℃保温搅拌10min,再加入聚乙二醇单甲醚,继续升温至回流状态保温搅拌2h,然后加入N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚,再次回流保温搅拌30min,并自然冷却至室温,所得混合液送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉。
所述聚天门冬氨酸、聚乙二醇单甲醚、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚的质量比为5-10:5-10:0.5-2:0.1-1。
一种合成革加工用柔软增强剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向氯化聚乙烯橡胶中加入叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷和二茂铁,充分混合后升温至135-140℃保温研磨30-60min,并以5℃/min的降温速度降温至75-80℃,所得混合物经粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性氯化聚乙烯橡胶;
(2)向聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚中加入氢化蓖麻油和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1-2h,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和海泡石纤维粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨15-30min,然后加入改性泊洛沙姆188、改性氯化聚乙烯橡胶和聚氧化乙烯,继续在120-125℃保温研磨10-15min,最后在研磨下自然冷却至室温,即得柔软增强剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制柔软增强剂专用于改善合成革的柔软度和力学强度,并与合成革加工原料的共混相容性好,当该柔软增强剂的用量接近合成革制备原料质量的5%时,即可显著提高所制合成革的柔软度和力学强度,改善合成革的手感,增强合成革的撕裂强度和抗张强度,从而提高加工所制合成革的使用质量,以使合成革能应用于高档合成革制品的加工,扩大合成革的应用范围。

(2)向10g聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚中加入1g氢化蓖麻油和0.3g聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1h,再加入3g羟丙基甲基纤维素和0.5g海泡石纤维粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨15min,然后加入15g改性泊洛沙姆188、改性氯化聚乙烯橡胶和0.5g聚氧化乙烯,继续在120-125℃保温研磨10min,最后在研磨下自然冷却至室温,即得柔软增强剂。

聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚的制备:搅拌下向10g聚天门冬氨酸中加水直至完全溶解,升温至55-60℃保温搅拌10min,再加入5g聚乙二醇单甲醚,继续升温至回流状态保温搅拌2h,然后加入0.5gN-异丙基丙烯酰胺和0.1g六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚,再次回流保温搅拌30min,并自然冷却至室温,所得混合液送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉。
实施例3
将实施例1、实施例2、对照例1、对照例2、对照例3所制柔软增强剂按照表1所述原料配比通过相同加工工艺制备合成革,并设置不使用柔软增强剂的对照例4,测定所制合成革的柔软度和力学强度。
以对照例4所制合成革的柔软度和力学强度作为基准,计算由实施例1、实施例2、对照例1、对照例2、对照例3所制柔软增强剂加工成的合成革相对于对照例4的柔软度提高率和力学强度提高率,结果如表2所示。

Claims (5)

1.一种合成革加工用柔软增强剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
改性泊洛沙姆18815-20份、聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚5-10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3-5份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶1-2份、氢化蓖麻油1-2份、聚氧化乙烯0.5-1份、海泡石纤维粉0.5-1份、叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷0.1-0.5份、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵0.1-0.5份、二茂铁0.01-0.1份;
所述改性泊洛沙姆188由泊洛沙姆188经改性处理制得,其制备方法为:搅拌下向泊洛沙姆188中加水直至完全溶解,得到泊洛沙姆188的水溶液;并在搅拌下向硬脂酸中加无水乙醇直至完全溶解,得到硬脂酸的乙醇溶液;向泊洛沙姆188的水溶液中加入硬脂酸的乙醇溶液,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W下微波回流处理10min,静置15min后继续微波回流处理5min,再加入烯丙基缩水甘油醚和松节油,混合均匀后再次微波回流处理5min,所得混合物于70-75℃下研磨至溶剂挥干,即得改性泊洛沙姆188。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成革加工用柔软增强剂,其特征在于:所述泊洛沙姆188、硬脂酸、烯丙基缩水甘油醚和松节油的质量比为1-5:0.5-2:0.1-0.5:0.05-0.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成革加工用柔软增强剂,其特征在于,所述聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚的制备方法为:搅拌下向聚天门冬氨酸中加水直至完全溶解,升温至55-60℃保温搅拌10min,再加入聚乙二醇单甲醚,继续升温至回流状态保温搅拌2h,然后加入N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚,再次回流保温搅拌30min,并自然冷却至室温,所得混合液送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的合成革加工用柔软增强剂,其特征在于:所述聚天门冬氨酸、聚乙二醇单甲醚、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚的质量比为5-10:5-10:0.5-2:0.1-1。
5.一种合成革加工用柔软增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)向氯化聚乙烯橡胶中加入叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷和二茂铁,充分混合后升温至135-140℃保温研磨30-60min,并以5℃/min的降温速度降温至75-80℃,所得混合物经粉碎机制成微粉,即得改性氯化聚乙烯橡胶;
(2)向聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚中加入氢化蓖麻油和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,充分混合后转入0-5℃环境中密封静置1-2h,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和海泡石纤维粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至120-125℃保温研磨15-30min,然后加入改性泊洛沙姆188、改性氯化聚乙烯橡胶和聚氧化乙烯,继续在120-125℃保温研磨10-15min,最后在研磨下自然冷却至室温,即得柔软增强剂。
