Abstract

本发明涉及一种高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括一下步骤:配料:将检验合格的硅酸盐纤维、纸质纤维、高温纤维和高温粘接剂按照比例加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,其中硅酸盐占比20~40%,纸质纤维占比20~40%,高温纤维占比20~40%,高温粘接剂占比2~15%;稀释:搅拌均匀的组合料按千分之八的浓度加入水进行稀释;成型:稀释浆由成型机进行成型;干燥:成型后的管件湿坯进入干燥室,经高温循环热风干燥后,蒸发脱水至含水率55‑60%;整形:将干燥处理后的管件毛坯,放入整型机模具,进行高温热压整形;修边检验:去除管件的飞边,同时对产品逐件捡验。本发明制成的重量轻,使用成本降低,而且能满足1300°的高温,回收处理方便。

高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法。
背景技术
铸造业是机械工业的基础产业,铸造在机械业中占有十分重要的地位,铸造技术是国民经济可持续发展的主体技术之一,是机械产品供给侧。据资料表明2015年我国现有铸造企业2.2万家,就为国民经济各部门提供2500万吨铸件。隨着中国制造享誉国外,促使机械制造业蓬勃发展,铸造业的铸件体积大、质量重,型状复杂,技术要求高的产品,必须通过安装浇道管来灌注高温铁水,才能保证产品质量。
目前,国内绝大部分的铸造企业采用的铸造浇口杯都是传统陶瓷耐火材料浇道管,浇口杯的重量重,成本高而且回收处理麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种重量轻,使用成本降低,而且能满足1300°的高温,回收处理方便的高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括一下步骤:
a、配料:将检验合格的的硅酸盐纤维、纸质纤维、高温纤维和高温粘接剂按照比例加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,其中硅酸盐占比20~40%,纸质纤维占比20~40%,高温纤维占比20~40%,高温粘接剂占比2~15%;
b、稀释:搅拌均匀的组合料按千分之八的浓度加入水进行稀释;
c、成型:稀释浆由成型机进行成型;
d、干燥:成型后的管件湿坯进入干燥室,经高温循环热风干燥后,蒸发脱水至含水率55-60%;
e、整形:将干燥处理后的管件毛坯,放入整型机模具,进行高温热压整形;
f、修边检验:去除管件的飞边,同时对产品逐件捡验。
优选的,本发明选用的主原材料配比为硅酸盐占比30%,纸质纤维占比30%,高温纤维占比30%,高温粘接剂占比10%。
优选的,所述高温纤维为硅酸棉。
优选的,所述高温粘接剂为泡化碱、硫酸铝和硫酸盐其中的一种。
本发明的铸造用浇口杯是纤维类制品,通过多种材料的组合,经特殊的制造方法,制造成各种规格漏斗状制品具有耐高温的特牲,安装在浇筑道的顶部,满足 1300度以上高温铁水顺畅通过,解决了使用传统陶瓷浇口杯诸多缺点,提高了铸件的合格率,增加了铸件的品质,減少了固体废料的处理,对回收铸造原料和回用砂利用节约了成本。
具体实施方式
以下给出实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例:配料:将检验合格的的硅酸盐纤维、纸质纤维、高温纤维和高温粘接剂按照比例加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,其中主原材料配比为硅酸盐占比30%,纸质纤维占比30%,高温纤维占比30%,高温粘接剂占比10%。稀释:加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,直至物料搅拌均匀为宜。搅拌均匀的组合料按千分之八的浓度加入水进行稀释。成型:稀释浆由成型机进行成型;干燥:成型后的管件湿坯进入干燥室,经高温循环热风干燥后,蒸发脱水至含水率60%;整形:将干燥处理后的管件毛坯,放入整型机模具,进行高温热压整形;修边检验:去除管件的飞边,同时对产品逐件捡验。所述高温纤维为硅酸棉。所述高温粘接剂为泡化碱、硫酸铝和硫酸盐其中的一种。
本发明制作的浇口杯安装在浇道管的顶部,浇口杯能满足1300度以上高温铁水顺畅通过,解决了使用传统陶瓷浇口杯诸多缺点,提高了铸件的合格率,增加了铸件的品质,減少了固体废料的处理,对回收铸造原料和回用砂利用节约了成本。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括一下步骤:
a、配料:将检验合格的的硅酸盐纤维、纸质纤维、高温纤维和高温粘接剂按照比例加入搅拌机内进行搅拌,其中硅酸盐占比20~40%,纸质纤维占比20~40%,高温纤维占比20~40%,高温粘接剂占比2~15%;
b、稀释:搅拌均匀的组合料按千分之八的浓度加入水进行稀释;
c、成型:稀释浆由成型机进行成型;
d、干燥:成型后的管件湿坯进入干燥室,经高温循环热风干燥后,蒸发脱水至含水率55-60%;
e、整形:将干燥处理后的管件毛坯,放入整型机模具,进行高温热压整形;
f、修边检验:去除管件的飞边,同时对产品逐件捡验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:本发明选用的主原材料配比为硅酸盐占比30%,纸质纤维占比30%,高温纤维占比30%,高温粘接剂占比10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温纤维为硅酸棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温纤维纸质浇口杯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温粘接剂为泡化碱、硫酸铝和硫酸盐其中的一种。
