在中国公开的专利申请CN102813115A中针对获得一种复方活性美容胶原蛋白粉,在胶原蛋白的基础上加入活性多糖、天然果粉、维生素E;该发明配比合理、针对性强,填补了市场空白,口感较好,安全性好,无毒副作用。在中国公开的专利申请CN102599401B中针对获得一种鹿胎胶原蛋白美容养颜食品及制备方法,以新鲜的鹿胎作为主要原料,用于平衡皮肤代谢,保持皮肤的润泽,消除皮肤干燥及褶皱,由鹿胎胶原蛋白、红参提取物、大枣提取物、枸杞提取物、糖粉、魔芋精粉组成,经过鹿胎提取,酶解脱脂,提取胶原蛋白,减压、浓缩、喷雾干燥、纯化得到干净的胶原蛋白;该发明对改善皮肤老化具有良好的功效,能改善面部皮肤松弛,简单安全可靠,易于接受。
目前现有技术所制胶原蛋白粉虽然具有一定的美容养颜、抗衰老作用,但对单一原料依耐性高,所提供的胶原蛋白粉见效缓慢,不具备抗菌性能。

针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。本发明弥补了对单一原料的依耐性高,见效缓慢,抗菌性能差的缺陷。

采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:经过石油醚脱脂,95%乙醇沉淀,超声处理后的婆婆丁释放出超氧化物歧化酶、胆碱等有效物质,这些物质能有效清楚超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基,抑制不饱和脂肪酸的氧化,抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素的生产及色素沉着,提高了胶原蛋白的美容养颜功效。添加木瓜和红枣制取胶原蛋白粉,使二者中的钙、钾等微量元素充分发挥作用,有利于维持心肌功能,维持渗透压和神经肌肉正常功能,巩固和保持细胞膜的完整性,及时清除自由基,改善微循环,增强了胶原蛋白的美容养颜功效,还提高了抗菌性能。向五倍子中添加黄芩,有利于激发五倍子中的鞣酸释放,加强与环境中的自由基结合,终止自由基引发的连锁反应,从而阻止氧化过程的继续传递和进行,增强了胶原蛋白的抗衰老作用。蓝莓与酸奶混合后,酸奶中与多酚类物质亲和力较高的β-乳球蛋白以及α-、β-、κ-酪蛋白与蓝莓多酚化合物发生络合反应,生成大量蛋白-多分络合物并发生聚沉,增强了胶原蛋白粉的贮藏稳定性,延长了药效时间。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白60g、五倍子3g、黄芩8g、红枣15g、木瓜4g、枸杞9g、芦荟8g、龙葵5g、蓝莓10g、酸奶20g、婆婆丁3g、95%乙醇5ml、淫羊藿4g、水适量。
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将胶原蛋白和酸奶至于-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将婆婆丁粉碎过300目筛,至于索氏提取器中,用石油醚回流脱脂,随后放入超声提取1h,最后加入95%乙醇沉淀,离心取沉淀物;
(3)将五倍子、黄芩粉碎后放入转速为100r/min的搅拌机中,加入与五倍子和黄芩质量之和相等的水,搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将木瓜、红枣放入榨汁机中榨汁,取汁液;
(5)将芦荟、龙葵、枸杞放入锅中,加十倍于三者质量之和的水,煎至水分减少为原来的八分之一,取汤汁;
(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入70℃的烘干箱中烘干,最后放入温度为25℃的转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
实施例2:
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白70g、五倍子8g、黄芩12g、红枣20g、木瓜11g、枸杞13g、芦荟14g、龙葵9g、蓝莓15g、酸奶25g、婆婆丁8g、95%乙醇10ml、淫羊藿7g、水适量。
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将胶原蛋白和酸奶至于-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将婆婆丁粉碎过300目筛,至于索氏提取器中,用石油醚回流脱脂,随后放入超声提取1h,最后加入95%乙醇沉淀,离心取沉淀物;
(3)将五倍子、黄芩粉碎后放入转速为200r/min搅拌机中,加入与五倍子和黄芩质量之和相等的水,搅拌均匀,备用;

(5)将芦荟、龙葵、枸杞放入锅中,加十倍于三者质量之和的水,煎至水分减少为原来的八分之一,取汤汁;
(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入70℃的烘干箱中烘干,最后放入温度为25℃的转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
实施例3:
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白65g、五倍子4g、黄芩9g、红枣16g、木瓜5g、枸杞10g、芦荟9g、龙葵6g、蓝莓11g、酸奶21g、婆婆丁4g、95%乙醇6ml、淫羊藿5g、水适量。

(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入70℃的烘干箱中烘干,最后放入温度为25℃的转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
实施例4:
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白66g、五倍子5g、黄芩10g、红枣17g、木瓜6g、枸杞11g、芦荟10g、龙葵7g、蓝莓12g、酸奶22g、婆婆丁5g、95%乙醇7ml、淫羊藿4g、水适量。
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将胶原蛋白和酸奶至于-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将婆婆丁粉碎过300目筛,至于索氏提取器中,用石油醚回流脱脂,随后放入超声提取1h,最后加入95%乙醇沉淀,离心取沉淀物;
(3)将五倍子、黄芩粉碎后放入转速为160r/min的搅拌机中,加入与五倍子和黄芩质量之和相等的水,搅拌均匀,备用;

(5)将芦荟、龙葵、枸杞放入锅中,加十倍于三者质量之和的水,煎至水分减少为原来的八分之一,取汤汁;
(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入700℃的烘干箱中烘干,最后放入温度为25℃的转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
实施例5:
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白67g、五倍子6g、黄芩11g、红枣18g、木瓜7g、枸杞11g、芦荟10g、龙葵7g、蓝莓13g、酸奶23g、婆婆丁6g、95%乙醇8ml、淫羊藿6g、水适量。
一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将胶原蛋白和酸奶至于-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将婆婆丁粉碎过300目筛,至于索氏提取器中,用石油醚回流脱脂,随后放入超声提取1h,最后加入95%乙醇沉淀,离心取沉淀物;
(3)将五倍子、黄芩粉碎后放入转速为180r/min的搅拌机中,加入与五倍子和黄芩质量之和相等的水,搅拌均匀,备用;

(5)将芦荟、龙葵、枸杞放入锅中,加十倍于三者质量之和的水,煎至水分减少为原来的八分之一,取汤汁;
(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入70℃的烘干箱中烘干,最后放入温度为25℃的转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
将本发明实施例中的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉与对比文件CN102599401B进行鱼尾纹治疗效果测试,其测试结果如下:

将本发明实施例中的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉与对比文件CN102599401B进行额部皱纹治疗效果测试,其测试结果如下:
显效是指服用本发明的胶原蛋白粉后皱纹明显变浅,皱纹面积减少75%以上,皮肤紧致明显提升。有效是指治疗后皱纹面积减少25%-75%,皮肤有一定提升。无效是指治疗后皮肤松弛皱纹症状没有明显改变。由上表可以看出,本发明所制治胶原蛋白粉比对比文件中的胶原蛋白粉治疗效果更好,皮肤弹性增加,值得推广。

Claims (6)
1.一种复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,其特征在于,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白60-70g、五倍子3-8g、黄芩8-12g、红枣15-20g、木瓜4-11g、枸杞9-13g、芦荟8-14g、龙葵5-9g、蓝莓10-15g、酸奶20-25g、婆婆丁3-8g、95%乙醇5-10ml、淫羊藿4-7g、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉,其特征在于,由如下重量份数原料制成:胶原蛋白65-70g、五倍子4-8g、黄芩9-12g、红枣16-20g、木瓜5-11g、枸杞10-13g、芦荟9-14g、龙葵6-9g、蓝莓11-15g、酸奶21-25g、婆婆丁4-8g、95%乙醇6-10ml、淫羊藿5-7g、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,其特征在于,包括如下几个步骤:
(1)将胶原蛋白和酸奶至于-5℃条件下保存;
(2)将婆婆丁粉碎过300目筛,至于索氏提取器中,用石油醚回流脱脂,随后放入超声提取1h,最后加入95%乙醇沉淀,离心取沉淀物;
(3)将五倍子、黄芩粉碎后放入搅拌机中,加入与五倍子和黄芩质量之和相等的水,搅拌均匀,备用;
(4)将木瓜、红枣放入榨汁机中榨汁,取汁液;
(5)将芦荟、龙葵、枸杞放入锅中,加十倍于三者质量之和的水,煎至水分减少为原来的八分之一,取汤汁;
(6)将上述步骤所得产物和剩余物料放在一起搅拌均匀,随后放入烘干箱中烘干,最后放入转速为100r/min的管磨机中研磨,粉碎过200目筛,得复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中搅拌机转速为100-200r/min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中烘干温度为70℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的复方活性美容养颜胶原蛋白粉的制备,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中管磨温度为25℃。
