Abstract
本发明公开了一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜及其制备工艺,本发明的优势在于,用碱液浸泡稻草,并用双氧水处理,一方面可以融掉稻草里的木质素,为后面的反应做准备,另一方面还可改善稻草纤维的结构和性能,提高其与复合材料的界面结合,从而提高复合材料的硬度、抗压强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保鲜膜,具体涉及一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
植物纤维的利用方式多种多样,可利用其原纤维,可利用其衍生物,或接枝共聚物。制品类型如纤维素衍生物膜,纤维素交换树脂,纤维素衍生物液晶以及纤维与热塑性树脂的复合材料等。近年来,世界各国广泛开发改性聚丙烯以替代工程塑料。用天然植物纤维与聚丙烯复合制备的复合材料代替工程塑料也拓展了植物纤维应用的新领域。在水泥基复合材料领域,自80年代以来,不少发展中国家热衷于研究和开发用非木浆植物纤维做水泥砂浆的增强材料。
胡红立在其博士学位论文《木质素酚醛泡沫保温材料的制备与性能研究》中利用木质素制备了一种酚醛保温材料,但是该保温材料的硬度、抗压强度和耐磨性等都有待提高。
发明内容
基于以上思考,本发明旨在提供一种柔韧性好、抗拉伸性好、易降解的保鲜膜及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案实现:
一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入60-80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至11-12,加入双氧水,在60-70℃下反应2-4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至 2-2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;
d. 将步骤c所得物、甘油加入到去离子水中,分散均匀制成悬浮液,加入聚乙烯醇,升温至80-95℃,超声40-60min使聚乙烯醇溶解,继续超声30-50min排除气泡,冷却,将混合液倾倒在有机玻璃板上,用刮刀涂布成膜,室温下静置20-30h,干燥即可。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜,其特征在于,制备过程中所使用的各原料组分及重量份如下:
稻草40-50,聚乙烯醇60-80,氢氧化钠适量,双氧水8-10,盐酸适量,明胶乳液50-80,甘油3-5;
所述盐酸含量为40-60%,氢氧化钠含量为20-40%,明胶乳液固含量为30-50%。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中将稻草碎段粉磨成1-3mm的纤维。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤b中稻草纤维的烘干温度为30-50℃。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤c中将稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡20-25h后取出。
本发明的有益效果是:用碱液浸泡稻草,并用双氧水处理,一方面可以融掉稻草里的木质素,为后面的反应做准备,另一方面还可改善稻草纤维的结构和性能,提高其与复合材料的界面结合,从而提高复合材料的硬度、抗压强度;用明胶乳液浸泡稻草纤维,不仅防止稻草纤维的团聚,而且提高了其抗拉伸强度和柔韧性,从而提高目标材料的各方面性能;同时掺杂稻草纤维,不仅环保易降解,而且降低了成产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至12,加入双氧水,在70℃下反应4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至 2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;
d. 将步骤c所得物、甘油加入到去离子水中,分散均匀制成悬浮液,加入聚乙烯醇,升温至95℃,超声60min使聚乙烯醇溶解,继续超声50min排除气泡,冷却,将混合液倾倒在有机玻璃板上,用刮刀涂布成膜,室温下静置30h,干燥即可。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜,其特征在于,制备过程中所使用的各原料组分及重量份如下:
稻草50,聚乙烯醇80,氢氧化钠适量,双氧水10,盐酸适量,明胶乳液80,甘油5;
所述盐酸含量为60%,氢氧化钠含量为40%,明胶乳液固含量为50%。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤a中将稻草碎段粉磨成3mm的纤维。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤b中稻草纤维的烘干温度为50℃。
所述的一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤c中将稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡25h后取出。
Claims (5)
1.一种明胶包裹的稻草纤维掺杂保鲜膜,其特征在于,该材料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
a. 将稻草切成碎段后进行洗涤除尘处理,然后将洗涤过的碎段放入60-80℃干燥箱中进行烘干干燥处理,然后将干燥过的碎段置于粉磨机中磨成纤维;
b. 将步骤a所得物、蒸馏水混合均匀,滴加氢氧化钠调pH至11-12,加入双氧水,在60-70℃下反应2-4h后,用盐酸调 pH 至 2-2.5,离心沉降,分离滤渣稻草纤维和滤液降解的木质素,稻草纤维用蒸馏水洗至中性,烘干;
c. 将步骤b所得稻草纤维浸入明胶乳液中浸泡一段时间后取出,压干附着在其上的多余乳液,然后放在室外自然干燥;

所述盐酸含量为40-60%,氢氧化钠含量为20-40%,明胶乳液固含量为30-50%。
