本发明公开了一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、基底层和水泥石粉稳定层,所述防滑耐磨层的上表面具有花纹结构,防滑耐磨层与韧性加强层之间通过胶粘剂连接。制备方法包括:先分别制备防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、胶粘剂,然后在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。所述塑胶跑道不仅具有较好的防滑耐磨性能,各层之间还具有较好的粘结牢固性,且所述塑胶跑道不会释放有毒气体,安全无污染,具有较好的实用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法。
背景技术
随着生产力水平的发展,人民生活水平的提高,人们的休闲时间也越来越多,体育运动便是人们闲暇时间喜爱的活动之一,因此,体育设施科学,人性化直接关系着运动者的人身安全。塑胶跑道可以适用于各种体育馆所,田径场和其它内外场地的铺装。目前,塑胶跑道只采用一层颗粒层,安全性不高,若运动人员摔倒,受伤的几率较大,不符合现代人对于体育设施安全性能的要求。而且现有塑胶跑道使用的材料物理性能低,抗紫外线能力差,不耐老化,不阻燃,耐磨耗能力差,同时成本高,使用寿命短,这些缺点限制其应用。
传统的聚氨酯塑胶跑道,是指通过两种组分混合搅拌得到的,其中甲组分为聚丙二醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)预聚体,需要一定条件下聚合反应而成;乙组分为聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、硫化剂亚甲基双邻氯苯胺(MOCA)、重金属催化剂、填料和颜料搅拌均匀研磨而成。现场使用时将甲组分和乙组分按照一定比例混合搅拌均匀即可摊铺塑胶跑道。这种传统生产跑道的施工过程不但加工工艺复杂加工周期长,成本相对也较高;所使用的高毒性的TDI,生产安全要求较高,聚合反应过程也存在暴聚风险,而MOCA和重金属催化剂等对环境有污染,加上原料品种多,施工程序复杂,效率低下。
因此,研究开发一种具有较好的防滑耐磨性能,又具有牢固性,且绿色环保的塑胶跑道具有重要意义,也符合目前市场的需求,具有较好的应用前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法,所述塑胶跑道不仅具有较好的防滑耐磨性能,各层之间还具有较好的粘结牢固性,大大延长了塑胶跑道的使用寿命,且所述塑胶跑道不会释放有毒气体,安全无污染,符合环境友好型产品的要求,具有较好的实用价值。

本发明涉及一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、基底层和水泥石粉稳定层,所述防滑耐磨层的上表面具有花纹结构,防滑耐磨层与韧性加强层之间通过胶粘剂连接;
所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶30~50份、聚苯硫醚10~20份、多异氰酸酯10~15份、硬脂酸8~17份、聚酯纤维12~20份、防老剂1~3份、凹凸棒石粘土10~20份、白炭黑5~12份、石墨烯0.3~1.5份、增塑剂15~28份、颜料0.1~0.5份、固化剂0.5~1.5份;
所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的分组分:EVA弹性体20~30份、丁腈橡胶10~25份、丁苯橡胶5~10份、丙烯酸酯低聚物10~15份、增塑剂13~27份、防老剂1~5份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土9~15份;
所述基底层为自粘SBS改性沥青层;
所述胶粘剂为氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂50~60份、氧化石墨烯0.5~1.2份、稳定剂2~5份,还包括适量的水。

(1)防滑耐磨层的制备:按照配比分别称取三元乙丙橡胶、聚苯硫醚、聚酯纤维和增塑剂熔融混合,然后加入石墨烯,搅拌反应1~2h,再向混合物中加入硬脂酸和多异氰酸酯,混合搅10~20min,再加入凹凸棒石粘土、白炭黑搅拌均匀后,置于超声波中超声10~20min,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂、固化剂和颜料,混合均匀置于成型机中成型,即得所述防滑耐磨层;
(2)韧性加强层的制备:按照配比分别称取EVA弹性体、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯低聚物和增塑剂熔融混合,混合搅拌20~30min,向混合物中加入膏状凹凸棒石粘土,搅拌均匀后,旋转蒸发出去多余的水,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂,搅拌均匀,即可;
(3)氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备:按照配比称取环氧树脂与反应釜中,升温至40~60℃,边搅拌便加入氧化石墨烯水溶液,搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后加入稳定剂,搅拌均匀后置于超声波中超声10~20min,即得所述胶粘剂;
(4)塑胶跑道的制备:先在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,然后在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,然后再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,不仅具有较好的防滑耐磨性能,各层之间还具有较好的粘结牢固性,有效防止塑胶层之间的脱胶、断层,大大延长了塑胶跑道的使用寿命,降低了使用成本,且所述塑胶跑道不会释放有毒气体,安全无污染,符合环境友好型产品的要求,具有较好的实用价值。
(2)本发明所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道采用石墨烯改性聚合物作为防滑耐磨层,由于石墨烯具有片层共轭结构,层层叠加形成致密的防腐层,能够有效抑制水对材料的浸润与渗透,从而使得石墨烯改性后的聚合物应用于塑胶跑道中大大增加了塑胶跑道的耐水耐腐蚀性能;此外,由于石墨烯优异的力学性能及化学稳定性,使得改性后的聚合物具有较好的耐磨、耐刮擦的力学性能及化学稳定性,进而使得制备得到的塑胶跑道具有较好的耐磨、耐刮擦的力学性能及化学稳定性。
(3)本发明所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道防滑耐磨层和韧性加强层中均添加有凹凸棒石粘土,由于凹凸棒石粘土独特的链层状结构及较大的比表面积,使其具有较好的吸附性能及较好的吸音、隔音作用,进而使得塑胶跑道具有一定的吸附周围环境中不良气体和灰尘、以及较好的吸音隔音作用,还周围环境干净、宁静的氛围,也为人们的健康生活提供了保障。
(4)本发明所述的塑胶跑道的防滑耐磨层上还设有花纹结构,以方便加大了塑胶跑道的防滑性,为人们的运动提供安全保障,另一方便为塑胶跑道表层的水分的排出提供了方便,结合塑胶跑道上的排水孔,避免下雨天塑胶跑道上积水导致的滑擦现象,提高了使用安全性。
(5)本发明所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道的制备工艺简单、条件温和,制备过程无污染物产生,安全环保,适合工业化推广生产。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,例如Sambrook等分子克隆:实验室手册(New York:Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press,1989)中所述的条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。
实施例1:
本发明优选实施例的一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法;
如图1所示,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层1、韧性加强层2、基底层3和水泥石粉稳定层4,所述防滑耐磨层1的上表面具有花纹结构11,防滑耐磨层1与韧性加强层2之间通过胶粘剂5连接;
所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶45份、聚苯硫醚16份、多异氰酸酯12份、硬脂酸10份、聚酯纤维15份、防老剂3份、凹凸棒石粘土18份、白炭黑9份、石墨烯1.2份、增塑剂20份、颜料0.3份、固化剂1.2份;
所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的分组分:EVA弹性体25份、丁腈橡胶18份、丁苯橡胶6份、丙烯酸酯低聚物12份、增塑剂20份、防老剂4份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土10份;
所述基底层3为自粘SBS改性沥青层;
所述胶粘剂5为氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂53份、氧化石墨烯0.9份、稳定剂3份,还包括适量的水。
所述花纹结构11为锯齿形结构或者与跑道方向垂直的波纹状结构。
所述跑道上还设有贯穿各层的排水孔6。
所述排水孔6等间隔设置,每平方米1~2个。
本发明所述制备耐磨防滑塑胶跑道的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)防滑耐磨层的制备:按照配比分别称取三元乙丙橡胶、聚苯硫醚、聚酯纤维和增塑剂熔融混合,然后加入石墨烯,搅拌反应1~2h,再向混合物中加入硬脂酸和多异氰酸酯,混合搅10~20min,再加入凹凸棒石粘土、白炭黑搅拌均匀后,置于超声波中超声10~20min,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂、固化剂和颜料,混合均匀置于成型机中成型,即得所述防滑耐磨层;
(2)韧性加强层的制备:按照配比分别称取EVA弹性体、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯低聚物和增塑剂熔融混合,混合搅拌20~30min,向混合物中加入膏状凹凸棒石粘土,搅拌均匀后,旋转蒸发出去多余的水,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂,搅拌均匀,即可;
(3)氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备:按照配比称取环氧树脂与反应釜中,升温至40~60℃,边搅拌便加入氧化石墨烯水溶液,搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后加入稳定剂,搅拌均匀后置于超声波中超声10~20min,即得所述胶粘剂;
(4)塑胶跑道的制备:先在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,然后在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,然后再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。
实施例2:
本发明优选实施例的一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法;
所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、基底层和水泥石粉稳定层,所述防滑耐磨层的上表面具有花纹结构,防滑耐磨层与韧性加强层之间通过胶粘剂连接;
所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶30份、聚苯硫醚10份、多异氰酸酯10份、硬脂酸8份、聚酯纤维12份、防老剂1份、凹凸棒石粘土10份、白炭黑5份、石墨烯0.3份、增塑剂15份、颜料0.1份、固化剂0.5份;
所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的分组分:EVA弹性体20份、丁腈橡胶10份、丁苯橡胶5份、丙烯酸酯低聚物10份、增塑剂13份、防老剂1份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土9份;
所述基底层为自粘SBS改性沥青层;
所述胶粘剂为氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂50份、氧化石墨烯0.5份、稳定剂2份,还包括适量的水。
所述花纹结构为锯齿形结构或者与跑道方向垂直的波纹状结构。
所述跑道上还设有贯穿各层的排水孔。
所述排水孔等间隔设置,每平方米1~2个。
本发明所述制备耐磨防滑塑胶跑道的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)防滑耐磨层的制备:按照配比分别称取三元乙丙橡胶、聚苯硫醚、聚酯纤维和增塑剂熔融混合,然后加入石墨烯,搅拌反应1~2h,再向混合物中加入硬脂酸和多异氰酸酯,混合搅10~20min,再加入凹凸棒石粘土、白炭黑搅拌均匀后,置于超声波中超声10~20min,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂、固化剂和颜料,混合均匀置于成型机中成型,即得所述防滑耐磨层;
(2)韧性加强层的制备:按照配比分别称取EVA弹性体、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯低聚物和增塑剂熔融混合,混合搅拌20~30min,向混合物中加入膏状凹凸棒石粘土,搅拌均匀后,旋转蒸发出去多余的水,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂,搅拌均匀,即可;
(3)氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备:按照配比称取环氧树脂与反应釜中,升温至40~60℃,边搅拌便加入氧化石墨烯水溶液,搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后加入稳定剂,搅拌均匀后置于超声波中超声10~20min,即得所述胶粘剂;
(4)塑胶跑道的制备:先在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,然后在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,然后再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。
实施例3:
本发明优选实施例的一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道及制备方法;
所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、基底层和水泥石粉稳定层,所述防滑耐磨层的上表面具有花纹结构,防滑耐磨层与韧性加强层之间通过胶粘剂连接;
所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶50份、聚苯硫醚20份、多异氰酸酯15份、硬脂酸17份、聚酯纤维20份、防老剂3份、凹凸棒石粘土20份、白炭黑12份、石墨烯1.5份、增塑剂28份、颜料0.5份、固化剂1.5份;
所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的分组分:EVA弹性体30份、丁腈橡胶25份、丁苯橡胶10份、丙烯酸酯低聚物15份、增塑剂27份、防老剂5份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土15份;
所述基底层为自粘SBS改性沥青层;
所述胶粘剂为氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂60份、氧化石墨烯1.2份、稳定剂5份,还包括适量的水。
所述花纹结构为锯齿形结构或者与跑道方向垂直的波纹状结构。
所述跑道上还设有贯穿各层的排水孔。
所述排水孔等间隔设置,每平方米1~2个。
本发明所述制备耐磨防滑塑胶跑道的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)防滑耐磨层的制备:按照配比分别称取三元乙丙橡胶、聚苯硫醚、聚酯纤维和增塑剂熔融混合,然后加入石墨烯,搅拌反应1~2h,再向混合物中加入硬脂酸和多异氰酸酯,混合搅10~20min,再加入凹凸棒石粘土、白炭黑搅拌均匀后,置于超声波中超声10~20min,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂、固化剂和颜料,混合均匀置于成型机中成型,即得所述防滑耐磨层;
(2)韧性加强层的制备:按照配比分别称取EVA弹性体、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯低聚物和增塑剂熔融混合,混合搅拌20~30min,向混合物中加入膏状凹凸棒石粘土,搅拌均匀后,旋转蒸发出去多余的水,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂,搅拌均匀,即可;
(3)氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备:按照配比称取环氧树脂与反应釜中,升温至40~60℃,边搅拌便加入氧化石墨烯水溶液,搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后加入稳定剂,搅拌均匀后置于超声波中超声10~20min,即得所述胶粘剂;
(4)塑胶跑道的制备:先在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,然后在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,然后再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。
综上所述,本发明所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,不仅具有较好的防滑耐磨性能,各层之间还具有较好的粘结牢固性,有效防止塑胶层之间的脱胶、断层,大大延长了塑胶跑道的使用寿命,降低了使用成本,且所述塑胶跑道不会释放有毒气体,安全无污染,符合环境友好型产品的要求,具有较好的实用价值。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述耐磨防滑塑胶跑道由上到下依次为防滑耐磨层、韧性加强层、基底层和水泥石粉稳定层,所述防滑耐磨层的上表面具有花纹结构,防滑耐磨层与韧性加强层之间通过胶粘剂连接;
所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶30~50份、聚苯硫醚10~20份、多异氰酸酯10~15份、硬脂酸8~17份、聚酯纤维12~20份、防老剂1~3份、凹凸棒石粘土10~20份、白炭黑5~12份、石墨烯0.3~1.5份、增塑剂15~28份、颜料0.1~0.5份、固化剂0.5~1.5份;
所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的分组分:EVA弹性体20~30份、丁腈橡胶10~25份、丁苯橡胶5~10份、丙烯酸酯低聚物10~15份、增塑剂13~27份、防老剂1~5份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土9~15份;
所述基底层为自粘SBS改性沥青层;
所述胶粘剂为氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂50~60份、氧化石墨烯0.5~1.2份、稳定剂2~5份,还包括适量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述防滑耐磨层包括如下重量份的各组分:三元乙丙橡胶45份、聚苯硫醚16份、多异氰酸酯12份、硬脂酸10份、聚酯纤维15份、防老剂3份、凹凸棒石粘土18份、白炭黑9份、石墨烯1.2份、增塑剂20份、颜料0.3份、固化剂1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述韧性加强层包括如下重量份的各组分:EVA弹性体25份、丁腈橡胶18份、丁苯橡胶6份、丙烯酸酯低聚物12份、增塑剂20份、防老剂4份、膏状凹凸棒石粘土10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂包括如下重量份的各组分:环氧树脂53份、氧化石墨烯0.9份、稳定剂3份,还包括适量的水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述花纹结构为锯齿形结构或者与跑道方向垂直的波纹状结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述跑道上还设有贯穿各层的排水孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道,其特征在于:所述排水孔等间隔设置,每平方米1~2个。
8.一种制备如权利要求1~7任一项所述的耐磨防滑塑胶跑道的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)防滑耐磨层的制备:按照配比分别称取三元乙丙橡胶、聚苯硫醚、聚酯纤维和增塑剂熔融混合,然后加入石墨烯,搅拌反应1~2h,再向混合物中加入硬脂酸和多异氰酸酯,混合搅10~20min,再加入凹凸棒石粘土、白炭黑搅拌均匀后,置于超声波中超声10~20min,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂、固化剂和颜料,混合均匀置于成型机中成型,即得所述防滑耐磨层;
(2)韧性加强层的制备:按照配比分别称取EVA弹性体、丁腈橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丙烯酸酯低聚物和增塑剂熔融混合,混合搅拌20~30min,向混合物中加入膏状凹凸棒石粘土,搅拌均匀后,旋转蒸发出去多余的水,然后再向混合物中加入防老剂,搅拌均匀,即可;
(3)氧化石墨烯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备:按照配比称取环氧树脂与反应釜中,升温至40~60℃,边搅拌便加入氧化石墨烯水溶液,搅拌反应3~5h,反应结束后加入稳定剂,搅拌均匀后置于超声波中超声10~20min,即得所述胶粘剂;
(4)塑胶跑道的制备:先在土基层上铺设水泥石粉稳定层,然后在水泥石粉稳定层上铺设自粘SBS改性沥青层,然后再在沥青层表面铺设韧性加强层,然后在韧性加强层的上表面涂覆胶粘剂,并粘附防滑耐磨层,即可。
