本发明属于聚氨酯胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂及其制备方法。所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由三官能度聚醚多元醇、聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚醛树脂、扩链剂、除水剂、填料和催化剂制成,B组分由改性MDI和聚合MDI制成。本发明制备的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,通过原料体系的筛选和搭配,制备的胶黏剂具有原料易得、成本低、力学性能好、耐候性和耐水解性优异等特点,可适应各种户外施工条件;其制备方法,简单易操作,施工方便。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶黏剂,因其原料易得,具有良好的力学性能、良好的韧性、可调节性、粘合工艺简便、极佳的耐低温性能以及优良的稳定性等特性,其应用范围越来越广阔。防滑路面一般多见于公交站台、公园慢跑步道、马路急转弯、隧道出口、高速公路出入口等需要高摩擦减速的户外道路环境。其施工顺序一般是先打好混凝土或沥青基面后,摊铺胶黏剂,然后铺洒无机颗粒骨料,固化成型。这就要求胶黏剂具备优良的粘结强度和耐候性。
专利CN106010375A,《一种防滑路面用水性胶黏剂及其制备方法》介绍了一种以丙烯酸乳液为主要原料的双组分防滑路面用胶黏剂,该胶黏剂存在施工性差,气味大的缺点。
专利CN107216842A,《双组份聚天门冬氨酸脂脲硬质胶黏剂及其使用方法和应用》介绍了一种采用聚天门冬氨酸酯、HDI三聚体和羟基树脂改性固化剂为主要原料合成的一种胶黏剂,该方法原料体系来源较少,并且相对成本较高,用于防滑路面施工工程造价提升明显,难于推广。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种原料易得、成本低廉、力学性能优良、耐候性和耐水解性优异的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,本发明还提供其制备方法,简单易操作,施工方便。
本发明所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
B组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
改性MDI 15-45份;
聚合MDI 5-25份;
改性MDI与聚合MDI的质量比为3:5-5:1。
其中:
所述的三官能度聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯、聚氧化乙烯或聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯多元醇中的一种或多种,数均分子量为1000~8000,优选3000-5000。
所述的聚氧化丙烯二元醇的数均分子量为400-4000,优选1000-3000。
所述的聚醛树脂为KR-A81或KR-A101中的一种。聚醛树脂的加入可以改善胶黏剂和基材的附着力,提高耐磨性。
所述的扩链剂为MOCA或DMTDA中的一种。
所述的除水剂为恶唑烷或KH171中的一种。
所述的填料为硅微粉、滑石粉或氯化石蜡中的一种或多种。
所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或双吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种。
所述的改性MDI是由纯MDI和小分子多元醇混合反应制得,NCO%为10-25;其中,所述的小分子多元醇是以三羟甲基丙烷或季戊四醇为起始剂,在碱金属催化剂作用下催化环氧丙烷开环制备的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,数均分子量为1000。采用类季戊四醇结构改性MDI,可以改善材料的耐水性和耐候性。
本发明所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将三官能度聚醚多元醇、聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚醛树脂、扩链剂和填料按比例加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,升温至105-110℃,抽真空至-0.093MPa,脱水至物料水分含量<0.04%时,加入除水剂和催化剂,搅拌均匀,即得A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:改性MDI和聚合MDI按比例混合,即得B组分;
(3)施工前,将A组分和B组分按比例混合,搅拌均匀,即得防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
本发明制备的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂适用于防滑彩砂、陶瓷颗粒与基础混凝土或沥青路面的粘结施工。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明制备的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,通过原料体系的筛选和搭配,制备的胶黏剂具有原料易得、成本低、力学性能好、耐候性和耐水解性优异等特点,可适应各种户外施工条件。
2、本发明的制备方法,简单易操作,施工方便。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但不限定本发明。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
自制以季戊四醇为起始剂的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,分子量1000,并与纯MDI混合反应,制备NCO%为12.4的改性MDI,备用。
所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
B组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
改性MDI 27份;
聚合MDI(NCO%为31) 17份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚氧化丙烯三元醇、KR-A81、MOCA、硅微粉和滑石粉按比例加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,升温至107.5±2.5℃,抽真空至-0.093MPa,脱水计时3h。当物料水分含量<0.04%时,加入恶唑烷和二月桂酸二丁基锡搅拌均匀即得A组分;
(2)改性MDI和聚合MDI按比例混合即得B组分;
(3)将A、B组分按配方量混合搅拌均匀,即得防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
实施例2
自制以季戊四醇为起始剂的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,分子量1000,并与纯MDI混合反应,制备NCO%为19的改性MDI,备用。
所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
B组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
改性MDI 15份;
聚合MDI(NCO%为31) 10份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯三元醇、KR-A81、DMTDA、滑石粉按比例加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,升温至107.5±2.5℃,抽真空至-0.093MPa,脱水计时2.5h。当物料水分含量<0.04%时,加入KH171和双吗啉基二乙基醚搅拌均匀即得A组分;
(2)改性MDI和聚合MDI按比例混合即得B组分;
(3)将A、B组分按配方量混合搅拌均匀,即得防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
实施例3
自制以三羟甲基丙烷为起始剂的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,分子量1000,并与纯MDI混合反应,制备NCO%为14的改性MDI,备用。
所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
B组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
改性MDI 40份;
聚合MDI(NCO%为31) 9份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯三元醇、KR-A81、MOCA、滑石粉和氯化石蜡按比例加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,升温至107.5±2.5℃,抽真空至-0.093MPa,脱水计时4h。当物料水分含量<0.04%时,加入恶唑烷和辛酸亚锡搅拌均匀即得A组分;
(2)改性MDI和聚合MDI按比例混合即得B组分;
(3)将A、B组分按配方量混合搅拌均匀,即得防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
对比例
市售同类产品。
将实施例1-3、对比例同步进行性能测试,测试方法参照GB/T13477,测试数据如表1所示。

1.一种防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:由A组分和B组分按质量比1:1组成,其中,A组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
B组分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
改性MDI 15-45份;
聚合MDI 5-25份;
改性MDI与聚合MDI的质量比为3:5-5:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的三官能度聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯、聚氧化乙烯或聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯多元醇中的一种或多种,数均分子量为1000~8000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的聚氧化丙烯二元醇的数均分子量为400-4000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的聚醛树脂为KR-A81或KR-A101中的一种。

10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将三官能度聚醚多元醇、聚氧化丙烯二元醇、聚醛树脂、扩链剂和填料按比例加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,升温至105-110℃,抽真空至-0.093MPa,脱水至物料水分含量<0.04%时,加入除水剂和催化剂,搅拌均匀,即得A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:改性MDI和聚合MDI按比例混合,即得B组分;
(3)施工前,将A组分和B组分按比例混合,搅拌均匀,即得防滑路面用双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
