Abstract
本发明公开一种辊道窑,包括有窑体、设在窑体内的辊道、以及布设在窑体内的烧嘴,其特征在于:所述烧嘴布设在辊道的顶部及底部。由于发明将燃烧器的烧嘴设成正对辊道的顶部及底部布设,密布的烧嘴构成了多孔烧嘴,其燃料在窑炉横截面均匀地从顶部及底部进入窑炉,同样流量的燃料经多孔分散后,与空气充分接触,达到尽可能地完全燃烧达到节能的目的。并且,可精确地控制窑内截面左、中、右区域的温度,减少温度偏差,提升产品质量。并在此基础上,可对辊道窑进行宽体设计,加大窑体的宽度,减少窑炉长度,从而提升产能,减少厂房用地,达到更加节能的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及辊道窑技术领域。
背景技术
在建材生产行业中,砖坯的烧成是影响能源消耗和产品质量的一道重要工序。在烧成过程中,温度的控制又是最为关键的技术,没有合理的烧成温度控制,产品优等品率和产量就会很低,能源消耗也会很高。因此,如何控制窑内温度,减少窑内温差成为陶瓷企业最为核心的问题之一。
目前,传统的辊道窑一般都是采用侧入式烧嘴,亦即是烧嘴从窑体的两侧窑壁伸入窑内。由于两侧的烧嘴是对向燃烧,存在窑内温度不稳定、截面温差大、燃烧效率低、能耗大等问题。而且,传统辊道窑的烧嘴一般为单孔烧嘴,大量燃料呈气柱或液柱状喷射入窑内,气柱(或液柱)中间的燃料与助燃空气并没有充分混合,从而不能完全燃烧,燃烧效率低。因此,有必要研发一种可降低窑内温差、提高燃烧效率的辊道窑。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可降低窑内温差、提高燃烧效率的辊道窑。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种辊道窑,包括有窑体、设在窑体内的辊道、以及布设在窑体内的烧嘴,其特征在于:所述烧嘴布设在辊道的顶部及底部。
在上述基础上,所述窑体外的顶部和底部分别安装有燃烧器,所述烧嘴从燃烧器伸入到窑体内。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于发明将燃烧器的烧嘴设成正对辊道的顶部及底部布设,密布的烧嘴构成了多孔烧嘴,其燃料在窑炉横截面均匀地从顶部及底部进入窑炉,同样流量的燃料经多孔分散后,与空气充分接触,达到尽可能地完全燃烧达到节能的目的。并且,可精确地控制窑内截面左、中、右区域的温度,减少温度偏差,提升产品质量。并在此基础上,可对辊道窑进行宽体设计,加大窑体的宽度,减少窑炉长度,从而提升产能,减少厂房用地,达到更加节能的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种辊道窑,包括有窑体1、设在窑体1内的辊道2、以及布设在窑体1内的烧嘴3,在本发明中,所述燃烧器的烧嘴3布设在正对辊道2的顶部及底部,密布的烧嘴3构成了燃烧器的多孔烧嘴。由于多孔型烧嘴是从辊道窑2的横截面的顶部及底部往窑内喷射燃料燃烧的,其燃料在窑炉横截面均匀地从顶部及底部进入窑内,同样流量的燃料经多孔分散后,与空气充分接触,达到尽可能地完全燃烧,达到节能的目的。并且,可通过左、中、右各段的控制器精确地控制窑内截面左、中、右区域的温度,减少温度偏差,使各区域的烧成温度恒定一致,减少截面温差。并可利用分设在窑体1内四角的混合风管4混合窑内气流,使得窑内截面温度更加一致。
在本实施例中,专用燃烧器5可分别安装在窑体1外的顶部和底部,烧嘴3从燃烧器5伸入到窑体1内。

1.一种辊道窑,包括有窑体、设在窑体内的辊道、以及布设在窑体内的烧嘴,其特征在于:所述烧嘴布设在辊道的顶部及底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊道窑,其特征在于:所述窑体外的顶部和底部分别安装有燃烧器,所述烧嘴从燃烧器伸入到窑体内。
