Abstract
本发明公开了一种布料的制作工艺,包括控制原料成分及配比、搅拌均匀混合料、加热熔融、挤压并冷却、切割、拉伸胚丝等步骤;通过控制配料配比,控制制备过程中的相关参数,改善了布料的成色情况,在能够制备出蓝色基调布料的基础上,还拥有了晶莹剔透的感觉,满足了客户的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于布料制备领域,具体涉及一种布料的制作工艺。
背景技术
在制备布料的过程中,客户对色差的要求越来越高,目前的配方及生产工艺很难满足客户对蓝色调色差的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种布料的制作工艺,以满足客户对蓝色调色差的要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种布料的制作工艺,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)控制原料成分及配比,按质量份数计算:B姆3份、PVC100份、群青12份;所述B姆为混合料,其中,钙粉175份,乙烯3份,丙烯25份,石腊3.75份,偶联剂3.75份,硬脂酸1份;
(2)将配比好的B姆、PVC及群青混合搅拌均匀,并送入至挤出机料筒中;
(3)加热挤出机料筒至240℃~245℃,使B姆、PVC及群青的混合料全部塑化成熔融状;
(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在48℃-52℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在300±20℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在180~200m/min范围内;
(7)收卷。
进一步,还包括步骤(8),最后用编织机编织成片状织布。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过控制配料配比,控制制备过程中的相关工艺参数,改善了布料的成色情况,在能够制备出蓝色基调布料的基础上,还拥有了晶莹剔透的感觉,满足了客户的要求。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
本发明中的布料的制作工艺,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)控制原料成分及配比,按质量份数计算:B姆为:钙粉175份,乙烯3份,丙烯25份,石腊3.75份,偶联剂3.75份,硬脂酸1份;B姆混合均匀后,每3份B姆匹配100份PVC及12份群青,用于制作布料;
(2)将配比好的B姆、PVC及群青混合搅拌均匀,并送入至挤出机料筒中;
(3)加热挤出机料筒至240℃~245℃,使B姆、PVC及群青的混合料全部塑化成熔融状;
(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在48℃-52℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在300±20℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在180~200m/min范围内;
(7)通过收卷机收卷成型;
(8)用编织机编织成片状织布。
实施例一
(1)生产原材料:B姆3公斤、PVC100公斤、群青12公斤;其中,B姆料配方为:钙粉175公斤,乙烯3公斤,丙烯25公斤,石腊3.75公斤,偶联剂3.75公斤,硬脂酸1公斤;

(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在52℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在280℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在180m/min范围内;
(7)通过收卷机收卷成型;
(8)用编织机编织成片状织布。
实施例二
(1)生产原材料:B姆3公斤、PVC100公斤、群青12公斤;其中,B姆料配方为:钙粉175公斤,乙烯3公斤,丙烯25公斤,石腊3.75公斤,偶联剂3.75公斤,硬脂酸1公斤;
(2)将配比好的生产原材料混合搅拌均匀,并送入至挤出机料筒中;
(3)加热挤出机料筒至243℃,使混合后的生产原材料全部塑化成熔融状;
(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在50℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在300℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在190m/min范围内;
(7)通过收卷机收卷成型;
(8)用编织机编织成片状织布。
实施例三
(1)生产原材料:B姆3公斤、PVC100公斤、群青12公斤;其中,B姆料配方为:钙粉175公斤,乙烯3公斤,丙烯25公斤,石腊3.75公斤,偶联剂3.75公斤,硬脂酸1公斤;
(2)将配比好的生产原材料混合搅拌均匀,并送入至挤出机料筒中;
(3)加热挤出机料筒至245℃,使混合后的生产原材料全部塑化成熔融状;
(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在48℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在320℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在200m/min范围内;
(7)通过收卷机收卷成型;
(8)用编织机编织成片状织布。

1.一种布料的制作工艺,其特征在于主要包括以下步骤:
(1)控制原料成分及配比,按质量份数计算:B姆3份、PVC100份、群青12份;所述B姆为混合料,其中,钙粉175份,乙烯3份,丙烯25份,石腊3.75份,偶联剂3.75份,硬脂酸1份;
(2)将配比好的B姆、PVC及群青混合搅拌均匀,并送入至挤出机料筒中;
(3)加热挤出机料筒至240℃~245℃,使B姆、PVC及群青的混合料全部塑化成熔融状;
(4)挤出机压力控制在9Mpa,通过挤出机模头挤出形成薄膜;
(5)挤出后经水冷却,水温控制在48℃-52℃以内;
(6)将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝,经过烘箱拉伸成扁丝,烘箱温度控制在300±20℃,拉伸倍数控制在6倍,拉伸速度控制在180~200m/min范围内;
(7)收卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布料的制作工艺,其特征在于:还包括步骤(8),最后用编织机编织成片状织布。
