技术领域
本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,尤其涉及一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺。
背景技术
塑料编织袋生产线的关键工序就是拉丝,对工艺的条件要求高,对外部环境的要求严格,拉丝工艺的好坏,关系到塑料编织袋的质量。现有的拉丝工艺,制造成的塑料编织袋,手感差、透明度低、容易断裂;为此,我们设计了一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺。
发明内容
本发明提供一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,包括的步骤有:挤出平膜;冷却;切割;加热拉伸定型;静电消除;卷绕成型;
1)挤出平膜:将混合后的原料送入挤出机,经过料筒加热和螺杆与机筒的相互剪切作用后,在几乎完全塑化的状态下成为熔融状,所述加热温度控制在220~250℃,经过模头成型挤出成为薄膜,控制牵引比为1:5;
2)冷却:将薄膜水冷却,水温控制在48~52℃;
3)切割:用刀片将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝;
4)加热拉伸定型:经过烘箱被拉伸形成扁丝,控制牵伸比为5,扁丝再经过热定型后,在低牵引速度的情况下收缩,控制回缩比为0.96~0.99,并经45-50℃的低温处理;
5)静电消除:加热拉伸定型后的塑料丝,用铁片进行静电消除;
6)卷绕成型:通过凸轮组合式节能卷绕机收卷成型。
进一步,所述的冷却步骤,冷却时间为30-50min。
进一步,所述的加热拉伸定型步骤,低温处理的时间为1h。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,使用方便,制造成的塑料编织袋,手感佳、透明度适中、不容易断裂。

以下将结合本发明的实施例进行详细叙述。
一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,包括的步骤有:挤出平膜;冷却;切割;加热拉伸定型;静电消除;卷绕成型;
1)挤出平膜:将混合后的原料送入挤出机,经过料筒加热和螺杆与机筒的相互剪切作用后,在几乎完全塑化的状态下成为熔融状,所述加热温度控制在220~250℃,经过模头成型挤出成为薄膜,控制牵引比为1:5;
2)冷却:将薄膜水冷却,水温控制在48~52℃;
3)切割:用刀片将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝;
4)加热拉伸定型:经过烘箱被拉伸形成扁丝,控制牵伸比为5,扁丝再经过热定型后,在低牵引速度的情况下收缩,控制回缩比为0.96~0.99,并经45-50℃的低温处理;

1.一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,其特征在于,包括的步骤有:挤出平膜;冷却;切割;加热拉伸定型;静电消除;卷绕成型;
1)挤出平膜:将混合后的原料送入挤出机,经过料筒加热和螺杆与机筒的相互剪切作用后,在几乎完全塑化的状态下成为熔融状,所述加热温度控制在220~250℃,经过模头成型挤出成为薄膜,控制牵引比为1:5;
2)冷却:将薄膜水冷却,水温控制在48~52℃;
3)切割:用刀片将冷却后的薄膜切割成胚丝;
4)加热拉伸定型:经过烘箱被拉伸形成扁丝,控制牵伸比为5,扁丝再经过热定型后,在低牵引速度的情况下收缩,控制回缩比为0.96~0.99,并经45-50℃的低温处理;
5)静电消除:加热拉伸定型后的塑料丝,用铁片进行静电消除;
6)卷绕成型:通过凸轮组合式节能卷绕机收卷成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,其特征在于,所述的冷却步骤,冷却时间为30-50min。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种塑料编织袋的拉丝工艺,其特征在于,所述的加热拉伸定型步骤,低温处理的时间为1h。
