Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮发动机的附件总成。
背景技术
通常,已知利用齿轮和传动轴来操作涡轮发动机的附件总成,该齿轮限定运动输入,而该传动轴以角度固定方式将该齿轮与附件总成的内部轴连接。
传动轴一般称为“套筒轴(quill shaft,管形轴)”,其具有保护功能。根据该功能,轴具有弱化区域,称为“剪切颈”,例如该弱化区域的横截面较窄并设计成当传输扭矩超过预定阈值时断裂。上述齿轮通过布置在齿轮的轴向相对侧的两个轴承以独立于附件总成的轴的方式耦接至固定结构。当上述剪切颈断裂时,这些轴承连同传动轴的一部分共同支撑齿轮。
刚才描述的类型的解决方案并不十分令人满意,这是因为该解决方案无法形成特别紧凑且轻便的构造。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涡轮发动机的附件总成,该附件总成使得能够以简单且经济的方式克服上述问题。
根据本发明,提供了这样一种涡轮发动机附件总成,包括:支撑结构;传动轴,通过一对主轴承耦接至所述支撑结构并且所述传动轴包括端部部分,该端部部分相对于所述主轴承中的一个在轴向上突出并包括剪切颈,所述剪切颈设计成当传输至所述传动轴的扭矩超过预定设计阈值时发生断裂;以及齿轮,布置在所述支撑结构的外部,所述齿轮在使用时限定运动输入,并在固定位置中耦接至所述端部部分;其中,当所述剪切颈断裂时,所述齿轮通过单个副轴承保持耦接至所述支撑结构,该副轴承与所述主轴承是不同的且在轴向上布置在所述剪切颈与所述齿轮之间。

附件总成1包括支撑结构3和传动轴4(部分示出),传动轴4沿轴线5延伸并以角度旋转方式耦接至结构3且在轴向上由两个主轴承6固定。这两个轴承6设置成轴向地分开,以便布置在齿轮7的相对侧,齿轮相对于轴4固定。在该特定情况下,轴承6为摩擦轴承,这是因为其除了对轴4具有支撑功能之外,还执行滑润密封功能。在任何情况下,轴承6可以是滚动型的轴承。
优选地,轴4限定为一件式的,而齿轮7为承载于轴4上的分离件。替代地,轴4可由固定至彼此的若干个部分构成,和/或齿轮7可以与轴4制成一体件。
轴4包括端部部分8,该端部部分从轴承6朝结构3的外部延伸。具体而言,端部部分8包括容纳在结构3内的部段9和位于结构3外部的端部部段10。
部段9包括所谓的“剪切颈”,“剪切颈”由附图标记11指示,由相对于端部部分8的其余部分而言较窄的横截面限定,且设计成限定当轴4传输的扭矩超过由设计限定的阈值时在轴4中发生断裂的点。优选地,剪切颈11布置在紧挨为轴承6提供的耦接表面的轴向位置。
参考图1,附件总成1进一步包括齿轮12,该齿轮设置在结构3外部,并且该齿轮限定为运动输入构件,因为其从传动齿轮箱(未示出)接收旋转运动。
如在图2中可见,齿轮12包括:毂13,其以未详细示出的方式在固定位置处耦接至端部部段10;盘15,其相对于轴线5位于径向平面上且在轴向上面向结构3;边齿14,其沿盘15的外圆周布置;以及截锥形部分16,其将盘15联接至毂13。
参考图1,根据本发明的一个方面,剪切颈11断裂时,齿轮12和端部部段10仍通过轴承20耦接至结构3。轴承20在轴向上布置在剪切颈11与毂13之间,并有利地选择成在径向方向和轴向方向上均具有支撑能力。
优选地,轴承20的轴向位置在径向方向上与齿14和盘15对准。该构造使得能够消除倾翻力矩的形成。
优选地,轴承20装配在部段9并适于直接将部段9耦接至结构3。在正常操作状态下(即剪切颈11完好无损时),轴承20与部段9或轴承20与结构3之间设有相对较宽的径向间隙以避免接触,从而避免超静定状态。在这些状态下,处于相对运动的表面之间的摩擦总是得以避免。
换言之,在正常操作状态下,部分8为由轴承6支撑的悬臂。扭矩从轴4通过剪切颈11传输至待驱动的附件。当轴4上的扭矩超过由设计限定的可传输阈值极限时,轴4在剪切颈11处断裂,且因此齿轮12与轴4的剩余部分分离。在该情况下,轴承20干预并支撑部分8,使得齿轮12保持正确地受支撑旋转,且不会导致布置在上游的传动齿轮箱破损。
优选地,轴承20为摩擦轴承,其可成形并加工以获得所需的耦接件。
替代地,轴承20为滚动轴承,利用滚动轴承可通过在轴承的外圈与该轴承在结构3内的座之间提供径向间隙实现正确耦接。
综上所述,很明显,所要求保护的特定解决方案具有相对较少数量的组件,且在轴向方向上非常紧凑,这是因为当剪切颈11断裂时齿轮12仅在轴承20处保持支撑。
此外,当剪切颈11断裂时,齿轮12保持受缚于结构3,而无需提供其它额外的支撑结构和/或额外的传动轴。
此外,部分16的形状有助于使齿14与轴承20径向对准,因此当剪切颈11断裂时避免轴承20上产生倾翻力矩。
最后,很明显,可相对容易且快速地安装本文描述并说明的解决方案。
综上所述,很明显,在不脱离由所附权利要求限定的范围的情况下可对附件总成1进行修改和变型。
此外,如上所述,端部部分8可由例如通过花键联轴节耦接至轴4的剩余部分的元件限定;和/或齿轮12可以成形为与实例所示的形状不同的形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种涡轮发动机的附件总成,包括:
支撑结构(3);
传动轴(4),通过一对主轴承(6)耦接至所述支撑结构(3)并且所述传动轴包括端部部分(8),该端部部分相对于所述主轴承(6)中的一个在轴向上突出并包括剪切颈(11),所述剪切颈设计成当传输至所述传动轴(4)的扭矩超过预定设计阈值时发生断裂;以及
齿轮(12),布置在所述支撑结构(3)的外部,所述齿轮在使用时限定运动输入,并在固定位置中耦接至所述端部部分(8);
当所述剪切颈(11)断裂时,所述齿轮(12)通过单个副轴承(20)保持耦接至所述支撑结构,该副轴承与所述主轴承(6)是不同的且在轴向上布置在所述剪切颈(11)与所述齿轮(12)之间;
其特征在于,当所述剪切颈(11)完好无损时,在所述副轴承(20)处设置有径向间隙,以避免超静定状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的附件总成,其特征在于,所述副轴承(20)的轴向位置与所述齿轮(12)的齿径向地对准。
3.根据权利要求1所述的附件总成,其特征在于,所述副轴承(20)由在径向方向上和轴向方向上均具有支撑能力的元件限定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的附件总成,其特征在于,所述副轴承(20)为滑动轴承。
5.根据权利要求1所述的附件总成,其特征在于,所述副轴承(20)与所述传动轴(4)之间或所述副轴承(20)与所述支撑结构(3)之间设有所述径向间隙。
