Abstract

本发明公开了一种临床微量活检石蜡包埋组织的前处理方法。该方法包括如下步骤:1)将经石蜡包埋的临床活检组织蜡块进行连续切片;2)取同一例临床活检组织蜡块连续切片中的一张切片,进行HE染色,得到对照切片;3)从所述同一例临床活检组织蜡块连续切片中取出未经HE染色的切片,脱蜡后作为待分离组织切片;4)根据所述对照切片的HE染色结果,从所述待分离组织切片中将肿瘤组织切割下来。
