Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于棒型刀具的表面处理的保持装置。此外本发明涉及一种用于2-和3-侧壁磨削(Flankenschleif)棒型刀具的涂层的保持装置。
背景技术
如今对许多物体的表面进行处理,以便在所述表面处实现一定的性质。
结构部件和工具的表面如今常常通过涂层进行显著改进以用于特别的应用。
在此,在每个表面处理工艺中正确的基底保持件(Substrathalterung)的选择扮演着非常重要的角色。因此为特定的表面处理工艺开发出适宜的基底保持件,这考虑待处理的基底表面的类型,以及也考虑其他基底性质(如例如基底形状、-尺寸和-组分)。
基底的如今的通常的表面处理是涂层。在此将带有特别性质的覆层施覆到一定的基底表面上。通过所述涂层赋予所述基底表面改进的性质,所述改进的性质实现将所述基底使用在一定的应用中或所述基底在一定的应用中的效能提高。
例如在切割工具方面,通常(至少部分地)以防磨损覆层来对切割面进行涂层,以便提高所述工具的切割效能。
尽管有这样的涂层,但是在使用所述工具时随着时间仍导致磨损。尤其在棒型刀具方面,在这种情况下所述涂层通常被磨掉并且所述刀具的边缘被重新涂层。
棒型刀具通常由带有矩形横截面的棒成型。然而棒型刀具的横截面能够设计有任意数量的角,从而所述横截面例如五角形、六角形、八角形等等地来成型。
图1示出2-侧壁磨削(Flankenschliff)类型的这种矩形棒型刀具的示例。所述棒型刀具包括杆120和切割端部。所述切割端部包括第一和第二面或后面103和副后面105、以及切割面。所述第一和第二面屋顶形地会聚,其中,“屋顶山墙”倒圆地设计。所述切割面是连接所述第一和第二面的扁平的前侧。切割面和第一面形成切割边缘101,借助于所述切割边缘应该将材料从坯件中去除。所述面110被涂层并且没有被再磨削(nachgeschliffen)。
不同于图1,图4示出3-侧壁磨削类型的棒型刀具。这不同之处在于在切削面上的磨削,其相反于2-侧壁磨削仅在棒型刀具头的区域中进行。这随之带来,所述切割面401、403、405、410在进行每个再磨削时也必须进行再磨削,以便获得保持不变的品质。这在2-侧壁磨削的情况下不是这样的情况。那么在3-侧壁磨削棒型刀具的情况下,所有经再磨削的面通常为了接下来的使用而又被涂层。
为了减小这种切割边缘的磨损,将所述切割边缘以防磨损覆层来涂层。尽管这样的涂层,但是在使用所述工具时随着时间仍导致磨损。尤其在棒型刀具的情况下,在这种情况下所述涂层通常被磨掉并且所述刀具的切割边缘可能要被重新涂层。
在此迄今主要使用所谓的2面方法(在本发明的范围内也被称为2侧壁磨削方法),在所述方法的情况下最终仅所述第一和所述第二面103、105被再磨削。然而在过去的几年中,越来越多地实施3-侧壁磨削方法,在这种方法中,除了所述第一和第二面403、405以外也再磨削所述第三面410。
在所述2侧壁磨削方法的情况下,所述涂层被保留在所述切割面上。然而这导致,在过于频繁地重复所述过程的情况下,所述涂层在所述切割面上的厚度增加得越来越多,并且例如在第四或第五次之后导致碎裂(Abplatzungen),所述碎裂自然对所述棒型刀具的性能产生不利影响。
在US8703240中通过对所述切割面进行掩蔽(maskiert)来克服该问题。所述掩蔽以这样的方式来进行,即仅所述切割面的1mm或更小的缘边区域保持不覆盖。然后在进行涂层时,所述切割面的仅这些未覆盖的缘边区域以及所述第一和第二面被涂层,并由此之后所述切割边缘也被涂层。这在图2中示出。所述未覆盖的缘边区域以画上阴影线的形式来示出。如果所述棒型刀具在第一和第二面处进行再磨削,则所述未覆盖的缘边区域的至少部分被去除。因此,在多次重复工具制备(再磨削和经掩蔽的涂层)的情况下不导致在所述切割面上的过量的覆层构建。
然而这种方法的缺点是,对于每个类型的棒型刀具而言必须制作昂贵的掩蔽部。此外所述棒型刀具相对于所述掩蔽部的校准必须极其准确地进行,这使所述工艺明显更消耗。
关于上述问题其他的办法是3面方法(在本发明的范围内也被称为3侧壁磨削方法),根据所述方法,所述切割面也还被磨掉。即在这种情况下没有覆层保留在所述棒型刀具上并且所述磨掉和再涂层能够频繁得多地重复,而不导致有害的碎裂。缺点自然是,现在一个面被附加地再磨削。因为所述涂层是硬质材料涂层,所以去除涂层是消耗的,也就是说多一个面要磨掉导致更多消耗。
因此基于所述2面方法值得期望的是,提供一种保持装置和一种方法,在其中,在没有显著的更多消耗的情况下以及对于最不同的棒型刀具而言能够执行所述工具制备。
如今各种保持件变型被应用于3-侧壁磨削棒型刀具和2-侧壁磨削棒型刀具的涂层。
例如如下保持装置变型被应用于3-侧壁磨削棒型刀具的涂层,即在所述保持装置变型的情况下,所述棒型刀具被装载到磁体板上。在此所述棒型刀具的杆通过附加的板件来覆盖。在这样的磁体板上能够装载仅两排并由此装载密度是非常低的。
例如如下保持装置变型被应用于2-侧壁磨削棒型刀具的涂层,即在所述保持装置变型的情况下,所述棒型刀具如下地被保持在环形的保持件中,即仅侧面被涂层。在此所述棒型刀具竖直地取向,如图5中所示出的那样。
这些迄今存在的保持件解决方案在保持件横截面方面是不灵活的,因此对于不同的横截面也分别需要特定的保持件。
目前没有适合的保持装置变型可供用于在相同的批次(Batch)中不仅对2-侧壁磨削棒型刀具而且对3-侧壁磨削棒型刀具进行有效涂层。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,说明一种用于棒型刀具的表面涂层的多方面的保持装置,以所述保持装置能够在所述2-侧壁磨削方法中执行大量制备循环,而不引起在所述切割面处的过量的覆层施覆。
本发明的另一个任务是提供一种用于棒型刀具的表面涂层的多方面的保持装置,2-和3-侧壁磨削棒型刀具能够以所述保持装置在相同的涂层批次中被涂层,并且所述2-侧壁磨削棒型刀具能够以所述保持装置如下地被涂层,即使得能够在所述2-侧壁磨削方法中执行大量制备循环,而不引起在所述切割面处的过量的覆层施覆。
本发明的任务以如下方式来解决,即提供带有如在权利要求1中所述的那样的公开的设计方案的保持装置。从属权利要求涉及本发明的有利的实施方式。
本发明基本上基于遮蔽效果。与此相应地,所述棒型刀具布置在保持件中并且通过隔板(下面也被称为防涂层部)来保护所述切割面免受涂层的影响。所述隔板完全覆盖所述切割面,即不跟随所述切割端部的轮廓。这与由US8703240已知的掩蔽不同。所述隔板甚至能够伸出超过所述棒型刀具的顶部。然而,根据本发明并且优选地,所述隔板不与所述切割面处于接触,而是与所述切割面间隔开。这引起,在对所述棒型刀具涂层时,所述第一和第二面完全经受涂层施覆,而到所述切割面上的涂层施覆由于所述隔板的遮蔽效果而虽然还存在,但是以明显减小的程度存在。在所述切割面上形成如下涂层,即所述涂层的厚度从所述切割边缘出发明显减小。以令人惊讶的方式,在此不仅所述棒型刀具的顶部的区域而且所述边缘的周围充分地超出所述边缘地进行涂层。
在所述棒型刀具的使用和损耗之后,现在相应于所述2面方法来磨掉所述第一和第二面。因为所述切割面中仅围绕所述边缘附近的区域被涂层(所述区域在第一、第二或最迟在第三磨削过程后被去除),所以不导致多重覆层构建。也就是说根据本发明实现,在没有复杂的和相匹配的掩蔽装置的情况下避免,在多个修整循环(Rekonditionierungszyklen)之后引起在所述切割面上的有害的多重覆层构建。
具体实施方式
按照根据本发明的保持装置的一个优选的变型,能够实现经优化的装载,方式为,实施带有四排棒型刀具的设计,如在图6和7中所示出的那样。所述棒型刀具211a、211b在两侧上从保持件中伸出,以便实现理想的涂层结果。
所述棒型刀具211a、211b经由磁体201来保持。所述保持件的灵活性经由能任意调节的防涂层部205来实现。由此能够对2-侧壁磨削211a棒型刀具和3-侧壁磨削211b棒型刀具进行涂层,同样也能够对在横截面方面较小的棒型刀具进行涂层。在此在所述棒型刀具之间产生的间隙通过防涂层部来关闭。所述防涂层部2015的简单的可调节性经由所述磁体201来实现,所述磁体例如能够作为磁体板条来提供并且能够在上方和下方处于所述保持件处。
根据本发明的这种保持装置与现有技术相比在棒型刀具的横截面方面较灵活,因为所述保持装置实现带有不同横截面的棒型刀具的简单装载,并由此实现在相同批次中对带有不同大小(不仅带有不同长度而且带有不同横截面)的棒型刀具进行有效涂层。尤其这种灵活性通过所述能简单调节的防涂层部205来实现,如上面已提及的那样。其能够取决于所述棒型刀具的横截面地被推移到期望的位置中,由此在切割面和防涂层部之间获得理想的间距。
由此能够在每排中对其它类型的棒型刀具进行涂层,而不必改装所述保持件。
附加的灵活性通过能调节的侧向上的外板件230来实现。以这种功能性实现,如果带有小的横截面的棒型刀具被涂层,则能够向内推移所述侧向上的外板件230。这有以下优点,即在带有一定空间的设备中能够理想地使用可利用的区域,并且即使在不足的空间比的情况下也能够提高用于带有较大棒型刀具长度的棒型刀具的装载。
附加地通过应用根据本发明的保持装置,由于水平的涂层而实现实现2-棱角(2-fasen)磨削的棒型刀具的涂层的提高的品质。

Claims (7)

1.保持装置,用于固定棒型刀具以用于对所述棒型刀具的切割边缘进行涂层,其中,如下地设计所述固定,即多个棒型刀具能够如下成排,即所述棒型刀具的切割面和顶部具有相同的定向,并且所述保持装置包括隔板,所述隔板至少部分地保护所述切割面免受所述涂层的影响,其特征在于,在以所述方式成排的棒型刀具的情况下,所述隔板的上边缘以如下方式超出刀具顶部,即使得没有刀具顶部伸出.
2.根据权利要求1所述的保持装置,其特征在于,在以所述方式成排的棒型刀具的情况下,所述隔板与所述切割面间隔开.
3.根据权利要求2所述的保持装置,其特征在于,所述间距在1mm和10mm之间进行选择、优选在1mm和5mm之间进行选择并且特别优选地为3mm。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持装置,其特征在于,所述隔板是能调节的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保持装置,其特征在于,所述保持装置包括四排用于固定棒型刀具的磁体。
