Claims (7)
- バーカッターの刃先を被覆するために前記バーカッターを固定するための保持装置であって、複数のバーカッターの切削面および先端が同じ方向になるように、前記複数のバーカッターが複数の列に配置されるような方法で前記固定を設定し、前記保持装置は、少なくとも部分的に前記切削面を前記被覆から保護する覆いを備えており、
バーカッターが上記の形態で列に配置された状態で、刃先端が突き出ることがないように、前記覆いの上端が前記刃先端を越えて突出していることを特徴とする、保持装置。 - 前記バーカッターを上記の形態に配置するために、前記覆いは前記切削面から距離を隔てていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保持装置。
- 前記距離を1mm〜10mm、好ましくは1mm〜5mmから選択し、さらに好ましくは、前記距離は3mmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の保持装置。
- 前記覆いは調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置。
- 前記保持装置は、バーカッターを固定するためのマグネットを有した4列を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の保持装置。
- 二面研磨バーカッターを搭載するために2列設けられており、三面研磨バーカッターを搭載するために他の2列が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の保持装置。
- 前記保持装置は、調節可能な外側側方金属シートを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の保持装置。
