本发明涉及用于空调设备或制冷机等的旋转式压缩机(以下也简称为“压缩机”)。
背景技术
例如,在专利文献1中记载有一种旋转式压缩机,其具备:压缩部,其配置于压缩机框体的下部,对制冷剂气体进行压缩,并将该制冷剂气体经由上消音盖、下消音盖(上端板盖、下端板盖)排出到上述压缩机框体内;电动机,其配置于上述压缩机框体的上部,经由旋转轴驱动上述压缩部;润滑油,其被贮存于上述压缩机框体的底部;螺旋状的泵叶片(供油叶片),其被插入(压入)到上述旋转轴的下部的轴孔(供油纵孔),通过上述旋转轴的旋转从上述下消音盖的吸入口将上述润滑油吸入到上述轴孔内而向上述压缩部供给,其中,将上述下消音盖的吸入口设为向下方突出的筒状孔。

发明内容
但是,专利文献1所记载的旋转式压缩机是通过使下端板的副轴承部的下端面与下消音盖(下端板盖)抵接来进行下消音盖室(下端板盖室)的密封。因此,在密封不充分的情况下,下消音盖室内的制冷剂气体就会泄漏并流入旋转轴的下部的轴孔内,与被吸入到轴孔内的润滑油混合,从而存在对压缩部的润滑带来不利影响的问题。
本发明的目的在于,获得下消音盖室(下端板盖室)内的制冷剂气体即使泄漏,也难以流入旋转轴的下部的轴孔(供油纵孔)内的旋转式压缩机。

如图1所示,旋转式压缩机1具备:配置于密闭的立式圆筒状的压缩机框体10内的下部的压缩部12;配置于压缩部12的上方,经由旋转轴15驱动压缩部12的电动机11;固定于压缩机框体10的侧部的立式圆筒状的储液器25。
储液器25经由上吸入管105及储液器上L字管31T与上气缸121T的上吸入室131T(参照图2)连接,且经由下吸入管104及储液器下L字管31S与下气缸121S的下吸入室131S(参照图2)连接。
在压缩机框体10的上部中央具备排出管107,其贯通压缩机框体10,用于将制冷剂向空调设备的制冷剂回路(制冷循环)排出。在储液器25的上部中央具备储液器入口管255,其贯通储液器25的框体,用于从空调设备的制冷剂回路(制冷循环)吸入制冷剂。
电动机11在外侧具备定子111,在内侧具备转子112,定子111热套固定于压缩机框体10的内周面,转子112热套固定于旋转轴15上。
在旋转轴15上,下偏心部152S的下方的副轴部151旋转自如地嵌合在设于下端板160S上的副轴承部161S,上偏心部152T的上方的主轴部153旋转自如地嵌合在设于上端板160T上的主轴承部161T,相互错开180度的相位差而设置的上偏心部152T及下偏心部152S分别旋转自如地嵌合于上活塞125T及下活塞125S,由此,对压缩部12整体旋转自如地支承。另外,通过旋转,使上活塞125T及下活塞125S分别沿着上气缸121T、下气缸121S的内周面进行公转运动。
在压缩机框体10内部,为了实现压缩部12的滑动部的润滑和上压缩室133T(参照图2)及下压缩室133S(参照图2)的密封,封入有大致将压缩部12浸泡的量的润滑油18。在压缩机框体10的下侧固定有将支承旋转式压缩机1整体的多个弹性支承部件(未图示)卡止的安装脚310。
如图2所示,压缩部12是从上向下叠层具有圆顶状的鼓出部的上端板盖170T、上端板160T、上气缸121T、中间隔板140、下气缸121S、下端板160S及具有圆顶状的鼓出部的下端板盖170S而成的,压缩部12整体通过被配置于大致同心圆上的多个贯穿螺栓174、175及辅助螺栓176从上下被固定。
在环状的上气缸121T上设有与上吸入管105嵌合的上吸入孔135T。在环状的下气缸121S上设有与下吸入管104嵌合的下吸入孔135S。另外,在上气缸121T的上气缸室130T配置有上活塞125T。在下气缸121S的下气缸室130S配置有下活塞125S。
在上气缸121T上设有从上气缸室130T放射状地向外方延伸的上叶片槽128T,在上叶片槽128T配置有上叶片127T。在下气缸121S上设有从下气缸室130S放射状地向外方延伸的下叶片槽128S,在下叶片槽128S配置有下叶片127S。
在上气缸121T上,从外侧面在与上叶片槽128T重合的位置,以不贯通到上气缸室130T的深度设有上弹簧孔124T,在上弹簧孔124T内配置有上弹簧126T。在下气缸121S上,从外侧面在与下叶片槽128S重合的位置,以不贯通到下气缸室130S的深度设有下弹簧孔124S,在下弹簧孔124S内配置有下弹簧126S。
上气缸室130T的上下分别由上端板160T及中间隔板140封闭。下气缸室130S的上下分别由中间隔板140及下端板160S封闭。
上叶片127T被上弹簧126T按压而与上活塞125T的外周面抵接,由此,上气缸室130T被划分为与上吸入孔135T连通的上吸入室131T、和与设于上端板160T的上排出孔190T连通的上压缩室133T。下叶片127S被下弹簧126S按压而与下活塞125S的外周面抵接,由此,下气缸室130S被划分为与下吸入孔135S连通的下吸入室131S、和与设于下端板160S的下排出孔190S连通的下压缩室133S。
在上排出孔190T的出口侧,在相互密合固定的上端板160T和具有圆顶状的鼓出部的上端板盖170T之间形成有上端板盖室180T,上端板盖室180T在上端板160T上具备凹部181T。在凹部181T收纳有用于防止制冷剂在上排出孔190T逆流而流入上压缩室133T的簧片阀式的上排出阀200T、以及用于限制上排出阀200T的开度的上排出阀压板201T。
在下排出孔190S的出口侧,在相互密合固定的下端板160S和具有圆顶状的鼓出部的下端板盖170S之间形成有下端板盖室180S,下端板盖室180S在下端板160S上具备凹部181S(参照图1)。在凹部181S收纳有用于防止制冷剂在下排出孔190S逆流而流入下压缩室133S的簧片阀式的下排出阀200S、以及用于限制下排出阀200S的开度的下排出阀压板201S。
设有制冷剂通路孔136,其贯通下端板160S、下气缸121S、中间隔板140、上端板160T及上气缸121T并将下端板盖室180S和上端板盖室180T连通。
如图3所示,在旋转轴15设有从下端贯通至上端的供油纵孔155,在供油纵孔155内压入有供油叶片158。另外,在旋转轴15的侧面设有与供油纵孔155连通的多个供油横孔156。旋转轴15的副轴部151的外径D4比主轴部153的外径D3小。这是为了使副轴部151的滑动阻力比主轴部153的滑动阻力小。
以往,在旋转轴15的供油纵孔155下端部安装有供油管(未图示),以使其即便在润滑油18的油面降低时也能够吸入润滑油18。但是,若副轴部151的外径D4较小且壁厚较薄,则在将供油管压入供油纵孔155时,副轴部151就会发生变形,从而成为引起旋转轴15的滑动阻力的増大及滑动部的可靠性降低的原因。因此,提出了如专利文献1所记载的未安装供油管的旋转式压缩机,但这样的旋转式压缩机存在上述“发明所要解决的课题”中所记载的问题。
接着,对旋转轴15的旋转带来的制冷剂的流动进行说明。在上气缸室130T内,通过旋转轴15的旋转,嵌合于旋转轴15的上偏心部152T的上活塞125T沿着上气缸室130T的外周面(上气缸121T的内周面)进行公转。由此,上吸入室131T一边扩大容积,一边从上吸入管105吸入制冷剂,上压缩室133T一边缩小容积,一边压缩制冷剂。当压缩后的制冷剂的压力比上排出阀200T的外侧的上端板盖室180T的压力高时,上排出阀200T打开,从上压缩室133T向上端板盖室180T排出制冷剂。排出到上端板盖室180T的制冷剂从设于上端板盖170T的上端板盖排出孔172T(参照图1)排出到压缩机框体10内。
另外,在下气缸室130S内,通过旋转轴15的旋转,嵌合于旋转轴15的下偏心部152S的下活塞125S沿着下气缸室130S的外周面(下气缸121S的内周面)进行公转。由此,下吸入室131S一边扩大容积,一边从下吸入管104吸入制冷剂,下压缩室133S一边缩小容积,一边压缩制冷剂。当压缩后的制冷剂的压力比下排出阀200S的外侧的下端板盖室180S的压力高时,下排出阀200S打开,从下压缩室133S向下端板盖室180S排出制冷剂。排出到下端板盖室180S的制冷剂通过制冷剂通路孔136及上端板盖室180T从设于上端板盖170T的上端板盖排出孔172T(参照图1)排出到压缩机框体10内部。
排出到压缩机框体10内的制冷剂通过设于定子111外周的连通上和下的切口(未图示)、或定子绕组111M的间隙(未图示)、或定子111与转子112的间隙115(参照图1)被引导到电动机11的上方,并从压缩机框体10上部的排出管107排出。
接着,说明润滑油18的流动。润滑油18从旋转轴15的下端通过供油纵孔155及多个供油横孔156被供给到副轴承部161S和旋转轴15的副轴部151的滑动面、主轴承部161T和旋转轴15的主轴部153的滑动面、旋转轴15的下偏心部152S和下活塞125S的滑动面、上偏心部152T和上活塞125T的滑动面,而对各自的滑动面进行润滑。
供油叶片158通过在供油纵孔155内对润滑油18施加离心力来吸入润滑油18,从而即使在润滑油18从压缩机框体10内部与制冷剂一同排出而油面降低的情况下,也起到可靠地向上述滑动面供给润滑油18的作用。
接着,参照图4来对实施例的旋转式压缩机1的特征性结构进行说明。如图4所示,在设于下端板160S的副轴承部161S,形成有比旋转轴15的下端向下方突出且外径D2比副轴承部161S的外径D1小的突出部162S,并且在突出部162S和副轴承部161S之间形成有台阶部162S。而且,使下端板盖170S的中心孔171S套入突出部162S并与突出部162S的台阶部163S密合。
根据如上所述的结构,突出部162S成为下端板盖170S的中心孔171S和旋转轴15的供油纵孔155之间的隔壁。下端板盖室180S内的制冷剂气体从下端板盖170S的中心孔171S泄漏时,碰到突出部162S而向外方扩散。由此,能够防止泄漏的制冷剂气体从旋转轴15的下端部的供油纵孔155流入的情况。因此,制冷剂气体不会混合到从旋转轴15的下端部汲取的润滑油中,不会对压缩部12的润滑带来不利影响。
以上对实施例进行了说明,但实施例不受上述的内容所限定。另外,上述的结构部件包含实质上相同的部件,即所谓等同范围的部件。进而,上述的结构部件可以适当组合。而且,在不脱离实施例的主旨的范围内可以进行结构部件的各种省略、置换及变更中的至少之一。

Claims (2)

1.一种旋转式压缩机,其特征在于,具有:密闭的立式圆筒状的压缩机框体,其上部设有排出制冷剂的排出管,侧面下部设有吸入制冷剂的上吸入管及下吸入管;储液器,其固定于所述压缩机框体的侧部,与所述上吸入管及下吸入管连接;电动机,其配置于所述压缩机框体内;压缩部,其配置于所述压缩机框体内的所述电动机的下方,被所述电动机驱动,经由所述上吸入管及下吸入管从所述储液器吸入并压缩制冷剂后将其从所述排出管排出,其中
所述压缩部具备:
形成为环状的上气缸及下气缸;
封闭所述上气缸上侧的上端板及封闭所述下气缸下侧的下端板;
中间隔板,其配置于所述上气缸和所述下气缸之间,将所述上气缸的下侧及所述下气缸的上侧封闭;
旋转轴,其具有内部压入有供油叶片的供油纵孔及与该供油纵孔连通的供油横孔,主轴部被设于所述上端板的主轴承部支承,副轴部被设于所述下端板的副轴承部支承,并通过所述电动机进行旋转;
上偏心部及下偏心部,其相互错开180°的相位差地设于所述旋转轴上;
上活塞,其嵌合于所述上偏心部,沿着所述上气缸的内周面进行公转,在所述上气缸内形成上气缸室;
下活塞,其嵌合于所述下偏心部,沿着所述下气缸的内周面进行公转,在所述下气缸内形成下气缸室;
上叶片,其从设于所述上气缸的上叶片槽向所述上气缸室内突出,与所述上活塞抵接,将所述上气缸室划分为上吸入室和上压缩室;
下叶片,其从设于所述下气缸的下叶片槽向所述下气缸室内突出,与所述下活塞抵接,将所述下气缸室划分为下吸入室和下压缩室;
上端板盖,其覆盖所述上端板,在其与所述上端板之间形成上端板盖室,具有将所述上端板盖室和所述压缩机框体的内部连通的上端板盖排出孔;
下端板盖,其覆盖所述下端板,在其与所述下端板之间形成下端板盖室;
上排出孔,其设于所述上端板,使所述上压缩室和上端板盖室连通;
下排出孔,其设于所述下端板,使所述下压缩室和下端板盖室连通;
制冷剂通路孔,其贯通所述下端板、所述下气缸、所述中间隔板、所述上端板及所述上气缸,将所述下端板盖室和所述上端板盖室连通;以及
对所述上排出孔进行开闭的簧片阀式的上排出阀及对所述下排出孔进行开闭的簧片阀式的下排出阀,
在设于所述下端板的副轴承部形成有突出部,该突出部比所述旋转轴的下端向下方突出且其外径D2比所述副轴承部的外径D1小,并且在该突出部和所述副轴承部之间形成有台阶部,
使所述下端板盖的中心孔套入所述突出部而与所述台阶部密合,
所述突出部比所述下端板盖的下表面向下方突出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式压缩机,其特征在于,
所述旋转轴的所述副轴部的外径比所述主轴部的外径小。
