背景技术
培养皿是一种用于微生物或细胞培养的实验室器皿,由一个平面圆盘状的底和一个盖组成,一般用玻璃或塑料制成。在医疗、药物、基因和蛋白质研究、生物研究、药物开发实验室以及其它生物技术应用领域中,需要用到大量的培养皿来盛放实验样品,以进行观察和实验。培养皿的材质主要有塑料和玻璃的,玻璃培养皿质地脆弱、易碎,使用中容易发生损坏。塑料的材质有聚乙烯材料,有一次性和多次使用的。对于可重复使用的塑料培养皿,其材质透明,工作中可以随时观察到培养情况,且其材质无生物毒性,具有很好的化学耐受性,可反复灭菌使用,不易损坏,因此被广泛应用。使用过的塑料培养皿上往往附有大量微生物和油脂,用完需及时清洗以备下次使用。清洗过程需要用到洗涤剂,洗涤剂的去污能力直接关系到培养皿的洁净程度,影响培养皿的再次使用。现有的培养皿洗涤液无法将培养皿完全清洗干净,甚至残留的细菌影响到培养皿的再次使用。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种塑料培养皿清洗用洗涤剂及其制备方法,所制备的洗涤剂清洁去污效力强,用量少且易冲洗。

一种塑料培养皿清洗用洗涤剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:三乙醇胺3-6份、乙二醇4-8份、羧甲基纤维素4-8份、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚4-8份、茶皂素4-8份、二丙二醇乙醚2-5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4-8份、助洗剂5-10份、木质素磺酸钠0.2-1份、消泡剂0.2-1份、乙醇20-30份、去离子水70-100份。
优选的,所述聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚和茶皂素的重量比为1:1。

1)将羧甲基纤维素、乙醇、消泡剂混合,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,得混合物A;
2)将二丙二醇乙醚、助洗剂混合均匀,加入去离子水,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,再加入聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、茶皂素、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,得混合物B;
3)将三乙醇胺、乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合物C;
4)将混合物B和混合物C分别加入到混合物A中,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,即得。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种用于塑料培养皿的洗涤剂,具有很好的洗涤效果,清洁去污效力强,用量少且易冲洗,能够有效去除培养皿上附着的污物,清洗干净彻底,且清洗时间短,使用方便,且对塑料无腐蚀,有很好的推广价值。

为进一步探究本发明实施例制备的洗涤剂的洗涤性能,特进行以下实验:
实验步骤:收集100个刚使用过的可重复使用的塑料培养皿,随机分为两组,实验组和对照组,每组50个,两组培养皿在应用领域及培养方向,表面微生物数目等方面无显著性差异。实验组采用本发明实施例1制备的洗涤剂清洗,对照组采用常规培养皿洗涤剂进行清洗,两组清洗步骤均按照常规清洗步骤进行,分别记录清洗后的塑料表面皿上细菌残留数目。

由表1中可以看出,实验组清洗后的表面皿上的细菌残留数要远小于对照组。由此表明,一般市售的培养皿洗涤剂无法将培养皿彻底清洗干净,残留的细菌多,而使用本发明制备的培养皿洗涤剂清洗干净彻底,清洗时间短,不影响培养皿质量。

5.如权利要求3所述的塑料培养皿清洗用洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自硅油类消泡剂。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的塑料培养皿清洗用洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)将羧甲基纤维素、乙醇、消泡剂混合,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,得混合物A;
2)将二丙二醇乙醚、助洗剂混合均匀,加入去离子水,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,再加入聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、茶皂素、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,得混合物B;
3)将三乙醇胺、乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠混合均匀,得混合物C;
4)将混合物B和混合物C分别加入到混合物A中,300-500rpm转速下搅拌3-5min,即得。
