Abstract

本发明提供了一种阿胶块消毒工艺,将阿胶块预热后,经过紫外线低压杀菌、微波杀菌、高温高压瞬时灭菌、β射线灭菌、高温低压灭菌,最后进行喷雾干燥分装。本发明提供的阿胶块消毒工艺,大量运用了蒸汽灭菌,蒸汽灭菌高效、快速,配合射线灭菌、微波杀菌,不仅将能引起物料腐败和变质的微生物和芽孢和酶彻底杀灭,还能有效杀灭其他链球菌,而且极大的保存了胶原的营养成分,可以最大限度的保留食品的色泽风味质构和营养,有效地防止了胶原蛋白的二次污染,大大延长了产品的保质期。

技术领域
本发明属于阿胶生产加工领域,具体涉及一种阿胶块消毒工艺。
背景技术
阿胶富含胶原蛋白,它具有被接种微生物分解的敏感性,是细菌的高级营养培养基。而阿胶又是内服中药制剂,不仅要求具有确切的疗效,而且必须安全可靠,便于长期保存。但如果不对阿胶产品微生物指标加以控制,致使阿胶被微生物污染的话,在贮存、销售和使用过程中,在适宜的条件下微生物就会繁殖生长,使阿胶变质、腐败,疗效降低或失效,甚至产生一些对人体有害的物质,服用后,不仅不能起到预期的治疗作用,还往往产生一些不良反应等。因此,在生产过程中应加强对阿胶生产的卫生管理,防止微生物的污染。
为了防止微生物的污染,使阿胶产品中不含或少含微生物,必须采取综合措施,对阿胶的生产过程进行控制,切实注意药品生产卫生,以确保产品质量,应采取必要的措施降低阿胶灭菌前的微生物污染及灭菌后的再次污染,因此,对阿胶产品进行灭菌仍是必要的。
阿胶生产中不加防腐剂,但是在出胶凝胶时,因凝胶液的温度很高,且一直处于沸腾杀菌的状态,胶液内的微生物在凝胶前即已被杀死,故阿胶的灭菌一般是指胶块表面微生物的灭菌。目前阿胶灭菌一般采用紫外线灭菌法,其他灭菌方法,如辐射灭菌法、环氧乙烷灭菌法、微波灭菌法等正处于研究阶段。因此急需一种新的灭菌方法来保证阿胶的高效快速灭菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工艺简单、高效快捷的阿胶块消毒工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下,一种阿胶块消毒工艺,包括以下步骤:
A.预热,将阿胶块摆放于灭菌间,通入蒸汽,温度预热至30-40℃,并稳定压力10-20Kpa;
B.紫外线低压杀菌,预热完毕后,用紫外线对阿胶块进行照射灭菌,每面照射30-40分钟;
C.继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至70-75℃,开启微波杀菌器,杀菌3-5s;
D.高温高压瞬时灭菌,继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至130-140℃,压力80-90Kpa,保持2-4s后,开始抽气;
E.β射线灭菌,压力降至30-40Kpa时,开启电子加速器,电子加速器产生β射线,射线照射30-40分钟;
F.高温低压灭菌,排净灭菌间内的蒸汽后,继续抽气,抽空至压力-10~-20Kpa,温度保持在130-140℃,保持2-3.5小时;
G.喷雾干燥分装,恢复灭菌间内的气压至常压,温度至常温,然后进行喷雾干燥后分装。
进一步的,所述的步骤B中紫外线的波长为240-260纳米。
优选的,所述的紫外线波长为253.7纳米。
进一步的,所述的喷雾干燥为压力喷雾干燥、离心喷雾干燥、气流式喷雾干燥中的一种干燥方式。
进一步的,所述的步骤D高温高压瞬时灭菌,一次灭菌完成后,抽取蒸汽,将温度降至常温、压力降至常压后,再通入蒸汽进行下一次的高温高压瞬时灭菌,反复进行2-3次。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种阿胶块消毒工艺,包括以下步骤:
A.预热,将阿胶块摆放于灭菌间,通入蒸汽,温度预热至30-40℃,并稳定压力10-20Kpa;
B.紫外线低压杀菌,预热完毕后,用波长253.7纳米的紫外线对阿胶块进行照射灭菌,每面照射30-40分钟;
C.继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至70-75℃,开启微波杀菌器,杀菌3-5s;
D.高温高压瞬时灭菌,继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至130-140℃,压力80-90Kpa,保持2-4s后,开始抽气;
E.β射线灭菌,压力降至30-40Kpa时,开启电子加速器,电子加速器产生β射线,射线照射30-40分钟;
F.高温低压灭菌,排净灭菌间内的蒸汽后,继续抽气,抽空至压力-10~-20Kpa,温度保持在130-140℃,保持2-3.5小时;
G.喷雾干燥分装,恢复灭菌间内的气压至常压,温度至常温,然后进行气流式喷雾干燥后分装。
实施例2
一种阿胶块消毒工艺,包括以下步骤:
A.预热,将阿胶块摆放于灭菌间,通入蒸汽,温度预热至30-40℃,并稳定压力10-20Kpa;
B.紫外线低压杀菌,预热完毕后,用250纳米的紫外线对阿胶块进行照射灭菌,每面照射30-40分钟;
C.继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至70-75℃,开启微波杀菌器,杀菌3-5s;
D.高温高压瞬时灭菌,继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至130-140℃,压力80-90Kpa,保持2-4s后,开始抽气,一次灭菌完成后,抽取蒸汽,将温度降至常温、压力降至常压后,再通入蒸汽进行下一次的高温高压瞬时灭菌,反复进行2-3次,增强灭菌效果;
E.β射线灭菌,压力降至30-40Kpa时,开启电子加速器,电子加速器产生β射线,射线照射30-40分钟;
F.高温低压灭菌,排净灭菌间内的蒸汽后,继续抽气,抽空至压力-10~-20Kpa,温度保持在130-140℃,保持2-3.5小时;
G.喷雾干燥分装,恢复灭菌间内的气压至常压,温度至常温,然后进行压力喷雾干燥后分装。
实施例3
一种阿胶块消毒工艺,包括以下步骤:
A.预热,将阿胶块摆放于灭菌间,通入蒸汽,温度预热至30-40℃,并稳定压力10-20Kpa;
B.紫外线低压杀菌,预热完毕后,用245纳米的紫外线对阿胶块进行照射灭菌,每面照射30-40分钟;
C.继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至70-75℃,开启微波杀菌器,杀菌3-5s;
D.高温高压瞬时灭菌,继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至130-140℃,压力80-90Kpa,保持2-4s后,开始抽气,一次灭菌完成后,抽取蒸汽,将温度降至常温、压力降至常压后,再通入蒸汽进行下一次的高温高压瞬时灭菌,反复进行2-3次,增强灭菌效果;
E.β射线灭菌,压力降至30-40Kpa时,开启电子加速器,电子加速器产生β射线,射线照射30-40分钟;
F.高温低压灭菌,排净灭菌间内的蒸汽后,继续抽气,抽空至压力-10~-20Kpa,温度保持在130-140℃,保持2-3.5小时;
G.喷雾干燥分装,恢复灭菌间内的气压至常压,温度至常温,然后进行离心喷雾干燥后分装。

1.一种阿胶块消毒工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.预热,将阿胶块摆放于灭菌间,通入蒸汽,温度预热至30-40℃,并稳定压力10-20Kpa;
B.紫外线低压杀菌,预热完毕后,用紫外线对阿胶块进行照射灭菌,每面照射30-40分钟;
C.继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至70-75℃,开启微波杀菌器,杀菌3-5s;
D.高温高压瞬时灭菌,继续通入蒸汽,温度升高至130-140℃,压力80-90Kpa,保持2-4s后,开始抽气;
E.β射线灭菌,压力降至30-40Kpa时,开启电子加速器,电子加速器产生β射线,射线照射30-40分钟;
F.高温低压灭菌,排净灭菌间内的蒸汽后,继续抽气,抽空至压力-10~-20Kpa,温度保持在130-140℃,保持2-3.5小时;
G.喷雾干燥分装,恢复灭菌间内的气压至常压,温度至常温,然后进行喷雾干燥后分装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阿胶块消毒工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中紫外线的波长为240-260纳米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阿胶块消毒工艺,其特征在于,所述的紫外线波长为253.7纳米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阿胶块消毒工艺,其特征在于,所述的喷雾干燥为压力喷雾干燥、离心喷雾干燥、气流式喷雾干燥中的一种干燥方式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阿胶块消毒工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤D高温高压瞬时灭菌,一次灭菌完成后,抽取蒸汽,将温度降至常温、压力降至常压后,再通入蒸汽进行下一次的高温高压瞬时灭菌,反复进行2-3次。
