本发明公开了一种治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,包括圆柱形中空导向套,沿导向套的轴线方向开设有一条开口,该开口与导向套的两端贯通,导向套内同轴设有圆盘状钢板,钢板的底面中心处设有中央柱,中央柱上开设有通孔a,钢板的底面上还设有倒刺,沿钢板的一条直径两端分别开设有通孔b。解决了治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的方式中存在的耗时长、感染风险大及操作难度大的问题。

治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置。
背景技术
传统的固定前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的方法有切开复位内固定、丝线及钢丝固定和螺钉内固定。不论哪种固定方法,均需切一个约20cm的长伤口,对关节及韧带损伤大,耗时长,感染的风险大,固定不可靠,完后要辅助外固定,并且会造成关节僵硬及功能障碍,严重影响患者生活。
目前,Martinez等医生在关节镜下缝合前后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,胫骨止点采用螺钉固定。王建全等医生在关节镜下使用肩关节穿刺缝合器将2根5号线穿过骨块和韧带,通过2个胫骨骨道将2根缝线引达胫骨前方,通过缝线固定撕脱骨块。但他们均钻2个胫骨骨道,这就要求2个胫骨骨道之间要保持1厘米以上的距离才能保证手术的成功,增加了手术操作难度。
Littlejohn等医生通过3枚空心螺钉固定后交叉韧带撕脱骨块,但此方法操作复杂,需要在外侧后方附加入路,不易掌握。王丙昂等医生采用经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,手术创伤小、效果确切、术后恢复良好,但此方法只适用于撕脱骨块较大者,若撕脱骨块较小或局部粉碎性骨折则不适用于本方法。所有上述手术方法,均需要辅助外固定6周,易导致关节僵直。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,解决了治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的方式中存在的耗时长、感染风险大及操作难度大的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,包括圆柱形中空导向套,沿导向套的轴线方向开设有一条开口,该开口与导向套的两端贯通,导向套内同轴设有圆盘状钢板,钢板的底面中心处设有中央柱,中央柱上开设有通孔a,钢板的底面上还设有倒刺,沿钢板的一条直径两端分别开设有通孔b。
本发明的特点还在于,
其中倒刺为圆锥状,倒刺的尖端用于卡住骨块。
其中倒刺的数量为至少两个,各倒刺均匀地分布在钢板上。
其中钢板的底面中部为向内凹陷的圆弧状。
其中钢板的边缘处均被处理光滑。
其中导向套的材料为塑料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明中通过导向套将钢板导入关节腔,通过倒刺将主骨块卡住,防止骨块滑动,当把钢板拉进关节腔,卡住前交叉韧带或后交叉韧带附着点撕脱骨折块时,中央柱进入骨道,丝线从通孔a内穿过,然后把丝线从骨道内拉出来,穿过螺钉两孔,打结固定,然后把螺钉拧入胫骨骨质即可,本装置结构简单,容易制造,而且手术操作简便,不管对整块及粉碎骨块均能达到很好固定,而且骨折端可通过拧紧螺钉的过程中起到加压作用,不需外固定,很好的解决了多年来骨科临床医生在该领域中的难题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,结构如图1所示,包括圆柱形中空导向套1,沿导向套1的轴线方向开设有一条开口2(参见图2),该开口2与导向套1的两端贯通,导向套1内同轴设有圆盘状钢板3,如图3所示,钢板3的底面中心处设有中央柱4,中央柱4上开设有通孔a5,钢板3的底面上还设有倒刺6,沿钢板3的一条直径两端分别开设有通孔b7。
倒刺6为圆锥状,倒刺6的尖端用于卡住骨块。
其中倒刺6的数量为至少两个,各倒刺6均匀地分布在钢板3上。
其中钢板3的底面中部为向内凹陷的圆弧状。
其中钢板3的边缘处均被处理光滑。
其中导向套1的材料为塑料。
钢板3为钛制钢板。
本发明治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置使用方法为,将导向套1插入骨道内,普通丝线9的两端分别穿过两个通孔b7将钢板3顺着导向套1拉入(骨道内的)关节腔,将聚酯纤维丝线10从通孔a5中穿过,用倒刺6卡住前交叉韧带或后交叉韧带附着点撕脱骨折块时,中央柱4进入骨道,然后把聚酯纤维丝线10从骨道内拉出来,穿过螺钉8上的两个孔,打结固定,然后把螺钉8拧入胫骨骨质,手术结束。
本发明治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置的特点为,本装置具有结构简单、制作容易、手术容易、减少损伤及固定可靠的优点。

Claims (6)

1.治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:包括圆柱形中空导向套(1),沿导向套(1)的轴线方向开设有一条开口(2),该开口(2)与导向套(1)的两端贯通,导向套(1)内同轴设有圆盘状钢板(3),钢板(3)的底面中心处设有中央柱(4),中央柱(4)上开设有通孔a(5),钢板(3)的底面上还设有倒刺(6),沿钢板(3)的一条直径两端分别开设有通孔b(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:所述倒刺(6)为圆锥状,倒刺(6)的尖端用于卡住骨块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:所述倒刺(6)的数量为至少两个,各倒刺(6)均匀地分布在钢板(3)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:所述钢板(3)的底面中部为向内凹陷的圆弧状。
5.根据权利要求1或4任一权利要求所述的治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:所述钢板(3)的边缘处均被处理光滑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折的辅助装置,其特征在于:所述导向套(1)的材料为塑料。
