Abstract

本发明涉及一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液,具体涉及一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法。所述的石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液由以下组分及组分百分比原料制成:甲氧基硅氧烷树脂50‑60%;氟硅树脂15‑30%;流变剂0.3‑1.2%;有机官能硅烷0.6‑1.2%;有机钛酸盐0.6‑1.2%;稀释剂15‑30%;石墨烯复合物0.1‑5%。本发明中添加了石墨烯复合物,增大了漆膜的致密性,柔韧性以及附着力等性能,在高温的条件下不会发生性能的改变,并且本发明的冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液具有超疏水和超疏油的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液,具体涉及一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
冷喷锌/铝涂料是一种新型的单组份防腐涂料,并且在常温下可以固化,施工简单易操作,适用于遭腐蚀破坏的镀锌件涂层的修补以及翻修。但目前冷喷锌/铝涂料也存在着一些问题,例如涂层与镀件之间的附着力以及涂层的柔韧性差。这主要的原因是冷喷锌/铝树脂的性能缺陷导致的,不同的树脂性能不同,如果树脂选取的不合适,会大大降低冷喷锌/铝涂料的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液,它是通过添加石墨烯复合物来改善冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液的粘附性,同时也增加漆膜的致密性,柔韧性等作用,以满足市场对冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液的需要。为了实现上述的发明目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液由以下重量百分数的原料制成:
其中,
甲氧基硅氧烷树脂由甲氧基硅氧烷silres MSE100、道康宁US-CF 2403树脂以及道康宁RSN-5314树脂中的其中一种或者多种组成。硅氟树脂为市面上普通的树脂。流变剂采用的是德固赛型号为R972,在涂料中起到增稠和防流挂的作用。有机钛酸盐采用的是乙酰乙酸乙酯钛复合物,分子式为C18H32O8Ti。稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、三甲苯、甲苯、正丁醇以及丁酮中的任意一种或者多种。石墨烯复合物采用的是本公司生产的,具体为石墨烯与纳米二氧化钛的复合物、石墨烯与纳米二氧化硅复合物中的一种或者两种。
所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备步骤为:
a.将甲氧基硅烷树脂、硅氟树脂和稀释剂按照一定的量放在容器中以转速1200r/min,搅拌30分钟;
b.将有机官能硅烷、有机钛酸盐分别加入上述混合溶液中,搅拌45分钟;
c.最后添加石墨烯复合物,混合均匀后即可。
本发明的技术方案优点为:
(1)在冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液中添加石墨烯复合物,增加漆膜的致密性,柔韧性,附着力以及活化锌粉等作用。
(2)本发明在高温的条件下,冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液的性能保持不变。
(3)本发明的冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液同时具有超疏水和超疏油的性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实例,对本发明进一步的理解,但具体实例并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本实施例所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法由以下重量百分数的原料制成:
制备过程:稀释剂是由正丁醇、二甲苯、甲苯以及三甲苯混合搅拌而成,准备待用;按照上述配方将silres MSE100树脂、US-CF 2403树脂、RSN-5314树脂、硅氟树脂以及稀释剂依次放在容器中搅拌,待物料混合均匀后,继续添加流变剂、有机官能硅烷、有机钛酸盐、搅拌均匀后,最后添加石墨烯复合物,混合均匀之后即可。

由指标性能测试的表中,我们可以看出随着石墨烯复合物的量增加,对冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液的附着力、柔韧性、耐磨性等性能有很大的影响。

1.一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下组分及组分重量百分比的原料制成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:甲氧基硅氧烷树脂由甲氧基硅氧烷silres MSE100、道康宁US-CF 2403树脂以及道康宁RSN-5314树脂中的其中一种或者多种组成。硅氟树脂为市面上普通的树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:本发明的流变剂采用的是德固赛型号为R972,在涂料中起到增稠和防流挂的作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:有机钛酸盐采用的是乙酰乙酸乙酯钛复合物,分子式为C18H32O8Ti。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:稀释剂为乙酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、二甲苯、三甲苯、甲苯、正丁醇以及丁酮中的任意一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:石墨烯复合物采用的是本公司生产的,具体为石墨烯与纳米二氧化钛的复合物、石墨烯与纳米二氧化硅复合物中的一种或者两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯型冷喷锌/铝树脂溶液及其制备方法,其特征在于:操作步骤如下:
a.将甲氧基硅烷树脂、硅氟树脂和稀释剂按照一定的量放在容器中以转速1200r/min,搅拌30分钟;
b.将有机官能硅烷、有机钛酸盐分别加入上述混合溶液中,搅拌45分钟;
c.最后添加石墨烯复合物,混合均匀后即可。
