所述目的根据本发明通过一种减震支柱和一种用于制造减震支柱的方法来实现,所述减震支柱具有固持罩和支撑轴承,所述支撑轴承集成在所述固持罩中。
本发明的特别的优点在于:减震支柱、尤其麦弗逊式减震支柱的固持罩一件式地构成,并且支撑轴承设置在固持罩的下部区域中,所述支撑轴承构成为轴向轴承。固持罩在支撑轴承之上具有环形的、向内指向的凸出部,所述凸出部形成用于支撑轴承的上部的轴承环的支撑装置。这种凸出部能够简单地制造。

Claims (9)

6.一种用于制造减震支柱的方法,所述减震支柱具有固持罩、支撑轴承和经硫化处理的橡胶元件,
其特征在于,首先,将所述支撑轴承(11)装入并且固定到所述固持罩(13)中,随后借助于对所述橡胶元件(16)进行硫化处理将外环(14)固定在所述固持罩(13)的环周上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过拉伸和挤压工艺将所述支撑轴承(11)固定在所述固定护罩(13)中,在所述拉伸和挤压工艺中,将环形的凸出部(17)在所述支撑轴承(11)的上方引入到所述固持罩(13)中。
