The existing automatic coin separating machines in the market mainly adopt manual treatment due to high price. The manual treatment has low working efficiency, high labor intensity and easy error.

The big dime slide-out rail, the unitary dime slide-out rail and the small dime slide-out rail on the separating substrate respectively form an angle of 85 degrees with the bottom of the separating substrate.
Four connecting holes are formed in the separation substrate, and four corresponding connecting holes are formed in the separation cover plate; the separating cover plate is connected with the separating base plate by using a nut bolt and penetrating through the connecting hole.
The periphery of the separation substrate is provided with substrate mounting holes, and the separation substrate is connected with the bracket by using substrate nut bolts and penetrating through the substrate mounting holes.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1) According to the different diameters and thicknesses of four types of coins commonly used at present, the large dime, the unitary coin, the pentagonal coin and the small dime are separated in sequence by three ways, and the separation process is clear and reliable.
2) On the basis of the separation substrate, a separation cover plate is additionally arranged, so that coins can be prevented from overlapping or flying out of the track when sliding in the track of the separation substrate, and the coins are ensured to be separated normally and orderly. And the separation cushion block on the separation cover plate can control and adjust the track height of the first coin separation position, so that the separation of coins can be completed according to the thickness difference of the coins.
3) The track on the separation base plate is provided with a round corner structure, so that coins can slide in the track more stably and smoothly, the problems of jumping, collision and the like are avoided, the stability and the accuracy of coin separation are ensured, and the separation efficiency is improved.
4) The sliding-out track on the separating substrate and the bottom of the separating substrate are designed to be at a certain angle, so that coins slide out in a rolling way along the sliding-out track instead of directly sliding off, thereby being beneficial to controlling the speed and facilitating subsequent coin counting and packaging.

The width of the first upper layer track 521 of the second coin separating section 52, which is recessed downward, is larger than the diameter of the unitary coin, and the width of the first lower layer track 522 is larger than the diameter of the pentagonal coin and smaller than the diameter of the unitary coin.

The second separated coin portion 52 of the separating base plate 1 is designed as a double-layer track structure of a first upper layer track 521 and a first lower layer track 522 which are recessed downward. The width of the first upper layer track 521 is greater than 25.00mm of the diameter of the unitary coin, the width of the first lower layer track 522 is greater than 20.50mm of the diameter of the pentagonal coin and less than 25.00mm of the diameter of the unitary coin, so that the unitary coin slides in the first upper layer track 521 which is recessed downwards, and finally the unitary coin slides out of the track 14, and the pentagonal coin and the small-angle coin drop into the first lower layer track 522 slide and then reach the third coin separating position 53.
The third separated coin position 53 on the separating base plate 1 is designed into a double-layer track structure of a second upper layer track 531 and a second lower layer track 532 which are recessed downwards.
